    @TalkTalk we're having issues in Brighton currently, no internet connection at all. Had issues in the last couple of days that a restart was enough to solve, but no luck today. Are you aware of the issue, and are you trying to fix it? This is severely disrupting our work

    @TalkTalk this is ridiculous! The customer service went down so much! The representative have raised the voice on me, been very rude and when I demanded to talk to the manager the manager declined to talk to me twice. The issue which I had have not been resolved or even heard!

    @TalkTalk You can't help in DMs. I have to call some number that's only open during office hours. And when I do eventually get through and explain the ongoing, I get cut off. Then start the whole process again. And get CUT OFF. It's an absolute joke
