Most impressed by Talk Talk @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup automated services and repairs re recent landline and broadband problems. My rage could be heard by seagulls in Shoreham. Normally I don't take prisoners. But all seems improved.

Cool, it's after 4pm and TalkTalk didn't ring me like they promised (between 2pm-4pm) to sort out my complaint. I've also had no update on when the new flat will be connected to the internet. I'm aware there's engineer strikes but there's no reason they can't keep me informed.

Anyway I'm shopping around for a new broadband provider because despite not having any issues with my internet in the past, I'm getting run round in circles and no actual service from TalkTalk. Since 30th July.
