@TalkTalk I have no idea how to check as a complete technophobe but it is always freezing I turn wifi off on my phone and use 4g most of the time. Also staff are useless whenever I have an issue. Moving soon will not be taking your services with me !!

@TalkTalk No, no problems. The connection seems very fast, both for upload and download speeds, but every evening we get the same warning that our bandwidth is too big enough when on Amazon Prime. So we try many times and eventually we can play a video.

@TalkTalk Your pinned Tweet says your down from 11pm tonight. But I called yesterday & today & each time was told the system was down & call again in two hours; which I've done. It doesn't help that quality of the line has been poor & your operators ring off when transfered.

@TalkTalk Joined up with talktalk in 21.7 and have had no service no engineer visit the customer service is abysmal. log a complaint was like asking for the Pope's blessing. Talktalk you are the fastest becoming joke and no one rings you back when they promise too! Why such poor service?

@TalkTalk As normal (without anouncement) line goes down for 30 mins near midnight (no amount of resetting improves) and comes back 30 mins later Once or twice a month in Norwich area. How about doing all the stuff you do at 12:00 as 3:00am. Way fewer using then.

hello @TalkTalk , I'm trying really hard to not lose my temper and keep myself calm. your broadband speed is terrible every evening. I've seen many tweets saying the same thing. the daytime service works well enough but it's the night's when your service is unusable.

@KathRella @zeninternet The big issue: if / when a problem arises, how does your ISP cope with: 1. Simple / minor issues 2. Major / infra issues 3. Intermittent faults, possibly requiring monitoring, else excellent communication with OpenReach to see resolution TalkTalk totally fail at 3. Score zero.
