    Hey @talktalk you’ve got the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Literally all of your contact options lead to dead ends. Don’t like to dig companies out but you deserve a special mention. I’ve been trying to get hold of you in every conceivable way for 2 hours now.

    @TalkTalk I have no idea how to check as a complete technophobe but it is always freezing I turn wifi off on my phone and use 4g most of the time. Also staff are useless whenever I have an issue. Moving soon will not be taking your services with me !!

    @TalkTalk Your pinned Tweet says your down from 11pm tonight. But I called yesterday & today & each time was told the system was down & call again in two hours; which I've done. It doesn't help that quality of the line has been poor & your operators ring off when transfered.

    @TalkTalk No, no problems. The connection seems very fast, both for upload and download speeds, but every evening we get the same warning that our bandwidth is too big enough when on Amazon Prime. So we try many times and eventually we can play a video.

    @virginmedia Rang you up. Found out our phone service had been transferred to TalkTalk. Blimey that was the first I knew about it. Worked out that our phone service had been "slammed". Was told to get in touch with TT to ask for it to be transferred back to VM. Was told by them I couldnt.
