@TalkTalk I have no idea how to check as a complete technophobe but it is always freezing I turn wifi off on my phone and use 4g most of the time. Also staff are useless whenever I have an issue. Moving soon will not be taking your services with me !!

We were with them for four years but three data/hacking disasters and, at one time, up to 6 Indian call-centre workers ‘called ‘David’ alerting us to a TT router issue led to us changing to Sky who have a wonderful package allowing us to intercept ...

This is how @TalkTalk operates in UK. Call them on phone for technical problems and an auto message says 'we got a limited team to answer your calls, so please go to online chat '. ANd when you go to Chat, it says "We’re sorry to keep you waiting, all our agents are busy" :-)

@TalkTalk taken the last 45 mins to get thru to your technical team (who obviously don’t want to answer the phones)as every time I get thru all they do is hang up on me. Your customer service is as bad as your full fibre.

@TalkTalk My Wi-Fi box is not working anymore is been 2 days now, but i still not sure what is happening, i called and they said there is work going on in certain days, however those dates are far from today and it completely stopped working, no alerts from the service itself at all:( help
