@talktalk so you email to say the price is increasing, call to cancel and I get a great saving to stay, which is less than I pay. Got to say I'm happy with the saving, but I would have happily carried on my current plan. Why annoy customers mid contract, just wait till the end?

@TalkTalk Your service has become worse. What’s more annoying is we are half way contract and I have to pay you to cancel, yet your service has been unreliable from the word to. Go.

@TalkTalk our internet has gone off, it doesn’t seem to be on at the wall box we’re moving in a week and our internet isn’t supposed to be off the 16th of April. You’re charging us and charged us a large cancellation fee but cut off our service it seems

@TalkTalk I will cancel my contract with you. I spent ages waiting on the phone, you are apparently unable to update renew my current contract to a cheaper one. Each time, I call you I'm told there's a problem on my account and you can't update it then you let me wait for ages.

@TalkTalk Dear TalkTalk ill-programmed support automation #bot, do tell me how a DLM reset [which kicks off sync speed negotiation for a week or so] will improve issues related to rain water ingress to a DP/termination at the telegraph pole? Also, do you support Sheffield Friday?
