@TalkTalk I have no idea how to check as a complete technophobe but it is always freezing I turn wifi off on my phone and use 4g most of the time. Also staff are useless whenever I have an issue. Moving soon will not be taking your services with me !!

@TalkTalk It’s supposed to be a Christmas bank holiday today. Why are you sending people out canvassing? I have a sign on my door saying ‘no uninvited callers’ yet they ignore it. So irritated I will never sign up to TalkTalk now.

@YodelOnline Issue not resolved by Yodel. TalkTalk sending equipment out again but due to backlog it'll take several weeks for them to be able to provide. Yet again they're opting for Yodel as the delivery company. Hopefully it doesn't go missing in the Livi warehouse again ae?
