    @TalkTalk I have no idea how to check as a complete technophobe but it is always freezing I turn wifi off on my phone and use 4g most of the time. Also staff are useless whenever I have an issue. Moving soon will not be taking your services with me !!

    @TalkTalk been having issues since yesterday with our router dropping signal for a handful of minutes at a time. line check is fine, can't do it when the signal drops as i cant get logged in fast enough 🤦 customer services have said there's no issues. I'm in Cumbria so no alerts

    Absolutely dreadful experience with the @TalkTalk "bereavement" team and a worse one with the supposed complaint handler. How come all the other utility companies, HMRC and the Council can manage things efficiently and sensitively and you can't?

    @vikkio88 @TalkTalk My personal experience suggests that there are significant differences between them. One thing Zen does well is that if you have an issue you can call them and speak to someone knowledgeable.
