Will never understand why @BTCare and @TalkTalk both have YouView boxes with just 2 tuners!! Not competitive at all since Sky and Virgin have 6/7 —- 4 tuners minimum are required these days

@TalkTalk Internet is down in Edinburgh, your man on the phone blamed BT and seemed to have no clue anyone else is experiencing this issue. He said it would be 2-3 days which is absurd.
