She's contacted them and they either ask her to put details into live chat or they email her with trouble shooting info. Finally promised engineer visit yesterday -didn't arrive. I'm seething and taking further.

@Chekufeh @TalkTalk @Ofcom I just want them to install a service for me on the day they said they would and at the time that was booked. They've managed to set up my direct debit of course! Every time the advisor tells me it's ok, it turns out not to be. Nobody home on their new date.
