@TalkTalk I have no idea how to check as a complete technophobe but it is always freezing I turn wifi off on my phone and use 4g most of the time. Also staff are useless whenever I have an issue. Moving soon will not be taking your services with me !!

@TalkTalk @Experian @MoneySavingExp #TalkTalk in relation to a complaint have satisfied a #CCJ in February however it is still showing on my #CreditReferenceFile having a derogatory effect on credit accounts. I was assured that it would be removed. I will now continue to protest.

@RLong_Bailey @TalkTalk Unless @TalkTalk have replaced their flawed computer systems, which fail to correctly reflect accounts on statements, those apprentices are going to get an education in feeling helpess to resolve customer issues. Hope you have replaced IT that left former users PTSD triggered.

@TalkTalk I am absolutely disgusted at your services!!! After numerous calls and several open reach engineers at my house trying to connect me to broadband with no avail they tell me the problem lies with yourself as as far as open reach are concerned we should be connected!!!
