@TalkTalk we're having issues in Brighton currently, no internet connection at all. Had issues in the last couple of days that a restart was enough to solve, but no luck today. Are you aware of the issue, and are you trying to fix it? This is severely disrupting our work

@TalkTalk I have no idea how to check as a complete technophobe but it is always freezing I turn wifi off on my phone and use 4g most of the time. Also staff are useless whenever I have an issue. Moving soon will not be taking your services with me !!

@OpenreachHelp I did during the first outage on Thursday a.m, but they couldn't see anything wrong. Then I discovered that locally people on NowTV, Sky, BT, Vodafone, PlusNet and TalkTalk were all complaining of a simultaneous outage - and Openreach is obviously the common denominator. W7 area

@TalkTalk Yes we have ... getting nowhere and it’s beyond a joke that you sent the engineer forward BEFORE we could access the property and now saying we won’t have internet til the 23rd !! We are v unimpressed with this service now. Please give me a number of a UK based customer service.

Hey @TalkTalk - any idea when you will get us connected to the internet after our house move? Live chat no help. Phone service said we were using the wrong title so couldn’t speak to us...LOL. Please get this sorted. I need to WFH and that’s a bit tricky with NO internet....!!!
