@TalkTalk Hi Noluthando, we've called that number over and over. If we say we're calling about a bereavement it tells us that it's best to call back later and puts the phone down. If we say we want to cancel a subscription it says it will transfer us and then puts the phone down???

@MoneySavingExp I'm with @TalkTalk and I'm a vulnerable disabled customer. Contrary to the information from @MoneySavingExpert I am not exempt from price rise of 9.1% come 1 April having just had online chat with Talk Talk to find out.Vulnerable r affected by price increase.

@TalkTalk @talktalk online chat this am informs me that cannot tell me how much I would be charged if I need to cancel my contract in a few months time - the amount is "computer generated" at the time. Not very transparent is it??? 1/2
