Had a @TalkTalk engineer call today to sort out our lack of internet service. He was so miserable and rude! Once he'd left (without fixing the problem) the OH and I fell about laughing.

@TalkTalk Just been back on the phone to TalkTalk and have been told that they want £45 to cancel my contract, despite previously been told earlier this evening on the phone that you were prepared to waive any fee, as you are in breach of contract. What a terrible company to try to leave

@TalkTalk you are the absolutely worst company I have ever dealt with. Now in the 75th minute of trying to have my broadband disconnected. I have been passed around 5 times to different "departments". Me and my 4 housemates will be leaving 1 star reviews on TrustPilot.
