    @TalkTalk I have no idea how to check as a complete technophobe but it is always freezing I turn wifi off on my phone and use 4g most of the time. Also staff are useless whenever I have an issue. Moving soon will not be taking your services with me !!

    @paraheat @SteeleDamon @PagesPlumbers @BeyondtheStove @TalkTalk Will only improve coverage, speeds and drop outs are down to the extremely poor routers you are supplied.

    @BeyondtheStove @paraheat @SteeleDamon @PagesPlumbers @TalkTalk No worries. Any problems then give me a shout. So easy to set up though once you have your credentials. Plug in, sign into the web page and you’re all set up 👍🏻 no responsibility if it doesn’t help though 😅

    @Janannemorris @TalkTalk TalkTalk is a disaster. We were with them for four years but three data/hacking disasters and, at one time, up to 6 Indian call-centre workers ‘called ‘David’ alerting us to a TT router issue led to us changing to Sky who have a wonderful package allowing us to intercept ...

    @TalkTalk we're having issues in Brighton currently, no internet connection at all. Had issues in the last couple of days that a restart was enough to solve, but no luck today. Are you aware of the issue, and are you trying to fix it? This is severely disrupting our work

    @DeeBeeFree @TalkTalk It’s an area fraught with problems. Any recommendation for someone else can be countered with horror stories about same provider My experience has been EE. been with them thru at least 3 mergers over 15+ years. Have had several hissy fits However

    @TalkTalk My father lives alone in his 90s and his phone line has gone down, his care line will no longer work if he falls over. Offering to ring back in 3 days is not good enough! 😡

    @TalkTalk I've been without internet since 1st September when you mistakingly cut me off. You were suppose to fix it 3 times now. The last time was 3rd Nov but an engingeer did not turn up. I was told somebody was coming tomorrow but yesterday this has again changed... Help!

    @TalkTalk Hi, I’m interested to know why you never bothered to call between 14:00 - 16:00 today as promised regarding my complaint. You guys are just unbelievable. Can’t even phone when you send emails and messages saying you will #badservice #unreal

    @whippletom @maxtappenden19 I got tired of this so left. Went to Vodafone. But now realise my bill has gone up from £27 to 35, for 76MBps. So I checked and I can double my speed with TalkTalk for £30, which I’ve now arranged. Not as fast as VM on my road, but was sick of their customer service.

    @TalkTalk also your customer service is non existent. Been promised call backs twice this week and not heard a thing. Plus im still paying for Internet that ive not had for 2.5 months. Joke of a company
