    @TalkTalk I have tried through your DM and chat session to be now directed to your ‘Customer Service’ 0345 number and have been sat on hold for 39.5 minutes so far!!! I am asking myself now, why am I attempting to renew a contract with a company who clearly has zero value for customers?

    @TalkTalk I'll tell you what I find bizarre about this is that even though my cables are provided by @CityFibre I'm told doesn't matter I'm a TT customer and yet when I ask about the TT TV offer I'm told I can have it as I'm a @CityFibre customer 😡😡😡

    @TalkTalk Your service is shocking. Stopped replying to my dms. Forced me to pay a one off payment last night as I was “late” which I’m not. Then take the direct debit anyway advising it wouldn’t be taken. You have now charged me twice. ******* ridiculous give me my money back.

    No internet for a week, broken appointment, no new appointment given, no communication or apology sent by @TalkTalk Truly the worst customer care I have ever had.
