    @TalkTalk I have raised a complaint - 192 hours later no response, I have tried to cancel my contract but been refused I have called the customer service centre every day.

    @TalkTalk But people need to see how your treated as a TalkTalk customer and gives them an informed decision as to whether they should sign up. It’s called transparency

    @TalkTalk Well thankfully this is hopefully now being sorted. No termination charges and refund from billing. Just seeing about the compensation from the technical side. By the way this is all my own chasing - TalkTalk has never contacted me! Appalling
