Just made the fatal mistake of asking someone on @TalkTalk customer services their name, so they hung up on me. Possibly the least professional company I've ever had the mispleasure of dealing with.

@Susankerrison2 @GeorgeMonbiot I had a very difficult time several years ago dealing with TalkTalk on behalf of my elderly father, now deceased. I had to threaten them with legal action to get them to back down. It looks like they've not improved at all. What a terrible company and a lousy service.
