@TalkTalk I have no idea how to check as a complete technophobe but it is always freezing I turn wifi off on my phone and use 4g most of the time. Also staff are useless whenever I have an issue. Moving soon will not be taking your services with me !!

@RedWizza @TalkTalk For the 2 weeks over Christmas I wrote to the chief exec and got about £120. Six months ago I dealt with customer services and got £10 for a 2 days outage. £10 not nearly enough for all the hassle and inconvenience of chasing @TalkTalk to reinstate the service you’re paying for.
