So easy to set up though once you have your credentials. Plug in, sign into the web page and you’re all set up 👍🏻 no responsibility if it doesn’t help though 😅

My dad has called customer services and suggested that it may be the setup. I have checked and there is no issue Is there an outage in the London region?
