Why is every broadband service provider in the UK impossible to have a straightforward onboarding process? I have used BT & Sky on several occasions, now I’ve chosen @TalkTalk and I’m getting absolutely nowhere. Livid.

Most impressed by Talk Talk @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup automated services and repairs re recent landline and broadband problems. My rage could be heard by seagulls in Shoreham. Normally I don't take prisoners. But all seems improved.

@TalkTalk terrible customer service on a Sunday, internet chat is the only option, prob a total of 5 hours and to be told what we allready know. My partner works from home and yet has to wait till wendsday for someone to come out.#poorcustomerservice

@TalkTalk So finally cancelled the contract and but still no compensation. So I paid for a service I never had from the 12 August and 3 half days waiting for engineers that were never booked and hours of phone calls . Can you please sort this

@TalkTalk disgusting service again. My full fibre has been down since yesterday. You help call number is only available from 9am to 6pm.. ridiculous. I need my full fibre up and running. You are affecting my work now. Its been over 15 hours. Not acceptable. Resolve this ASAP.

@virginmedia It can only be so long before ISPs can't do this and will be forced to protect loyalty. It has happened with car insurance. I remember at TalkTalk that the cost to win a customer was significantly more expensive than just being fair to loyal customers.

@virginmedia My original bill was something like £37, then it rocketed hugely and I had to do the usual negotiations which went down to around £50 mark. Now £84.50! Surely, that is obviously unreasonable. @TalkTalk £35, 500mbs 18 months. I have contacted @FreedomFibre

@TalkTalk we have it in writing the renewal contract then an idiot got involved stated we will only get part of the offer we need to call to basically discuss paying more money mean wile ur taking £54 pounds a month old contract was £32 new contract £27 you say your trying to help
