    Why is every broadband service provider in the UK impossible to have a straightforward onboarding process? I have used BT & Sky on several occasions, now I’ve chosen @TalkTalk and I’m getting absolutely nowhere. Livid.

    @TalkTalk poor customer service, approx 5 hours on crap internet chat being told to take the facebox off the phone socket and all sorts, now has to wait till wendsday for someone to come out. My partner works from home, now she will lose a 3 day's pay. #poorcustomerservice

    Most impressed by Talk Talk @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup automated services and repairs re recent landline and broadband problems. My rage could be heard by seagulls in Shoreham. Normally I don't take prisoners. But all seems improved.

    @TalkTalk It has now escalated to a case manager because nothing has been done via online agents so I had to phone to actually get any sense or help. Your online advisors really need more training on technical issues & not just repeatedly tell people to reset/hard reset/power down

    @TalkTalk I want to cancel my bullshit fibre service. Technical error can’t get access account. 7 hours calls to you in a week since fibre installed and being told no engineer is coming the service is working fine! Joke !! Requested broadband again been told 2 months wait. Total shite
