Why is every broadband service provider in the UK impossible to have a straightforward onboarding process? I have used BT & Sky on several occasions, now I’ve chosen @TalkTalk and I’m getting absolutely nowhere. Livid.

Most impressed by Talk Talk @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup automated services and repairs re recent landline and broadband problems. My rage could be heard by seagulls in Shoreham. Normally I don't take prisoners. But all seems improved.

Hello @BBCXRay. I signed up to a new broadband contract with @TalkTalk where they guaranteed me 56MBps speed but they are now telling me I can only have 42Mbps. I believe this is breach of contract. Would you be happy to help me with this case?
