    Why is every broadband service provider in the UK impossible to have a straightforward onboarding process? I have used BT & Sky on several occasions, now I’ve chosen @TalkTalk and I’m getting absolutely nowhere. Livid.

    @TalkTalk It was back, but it has now dropped again. I need the Internet for work. Just in the last 24 hours, we have had several cuts on the service. Please sort it out for good or let us know the time frame to fix it so we can make the appropriate arrangements for your terrible service.

    I recommend no one ever joins @Talktalk the most unreliable internet I've ever witnessed abysmal customer service who barely know anything about what they're trying to help you with I'm literally trying to FaceTime, why am I freezing every two seconds? Zero value for money

    @TalkTalk What is the point! I have done that numerous times over the weekend, only for you to keep testing my line. Why? It is a larger issue than my house, yet you didn't acknowledge that. Suggest that you remove this tweet and acknowledge the issue was NOT fixed and provide an update.
