Mark Bright (@MarkBright1982) reported from Maidstone, England@TalkTalk Internet speed when connected isn't the issue, it's more that for significant periods of time the internet light on my router is either red or off rather than green - so during those times the speed is 0 because it's not connected.

Zero customer service, passing you between dept. only to drop the calls. I would recommend that you use 2 tin cans and string before deciding to switch to @TalkTalk.

I will be writing to your regulator as that is not an acceptable response to a complaint letter for leaving a vulnerable person without a service for 6 weeks.

Have tried resetting router, unplugging all wires and plugging back in, and plugging directly into test socket. No change with any of that.

Rod Wallace (@rodtheplodNo9) reported@ajithiran @Ofcom @TalkTalk I was the same, they pushed me around saying it was a fault in my house. Ended up a fault with the BT land line. Took 3 months to fix. Keep complaining and ask for compensation. I was given 6 months free once it was fixed.
