    Hey @talktalk you’ve got the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Literally all of your contact options lead to dead ends. Don’t like to dig companies out but you deserve a special mention. I’ve been trying to get hold of you in every conceivable way for 2 hours now.

    @TalkTalk certainly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. You don't even talk talk.. You simply send me round in circles on messages. A whole day spent trying to get a simple change made to my account details. Disgraceful

    @TalkTalk Ok so still not working. Router light turned from white to orange about 10:15pm last night and not back. Have tried resetting router, unplugging all wires and plugging back in, and plugging directly into test socket. No change with any of that.

    I’ve had such problems with my @TalkTalk internet connection for nearly the past week! Nothing from 07/08 til 10/08 with promises of updates via text when reconnection will happen....NOTHING! Intermittent connection & out for hours at a time since then!! Absolute joke! 😡

    @TalkTalk Internet speed when connected isn't the issue, it's more that for significant periods of time the internet light on my router is either red or off rather than green - so during those times the speed is 0 because it's not connected.

    @Turb0Tel @TalkTalk I’d always avoid them.. had a friend that signed up for home internet and they never actually sent him a router yet charged him. After 8 months of arguing and no service he told them to stuff it and they told him he broke the contract and demanded more money from him.

    @TalkTalk The person suggested that there is a slow connection and possible security breach. As it happens we’ve had about 3/4 days of very slow internet, but no, we hadn’t reported anything. Asked me questions such as, how many lights blinking on router.

    @TalkTalk Have just received a phone call from the following number: 02856 446757, claiming to be TalkTalk. Responding to a notification of poor internet speed and possible security breach. I’m far from convinced it was genuine, so terminated call after a while. Can you confirm?

    @TalkTalk Services in Blackpool really bad. Reset router, takes 3 hours to come back online. Cant watch a live stream without buffering.

    I've been helping some elderly family members w/ issue w/ their @TalkTalk landline. No incoming calls for over 3 weeks & they can't even get call-divert working while they supposedly fix the fault. It's a *basic* call routing issue. Lots of important calls missed! @MoneyTelegraph

    @DanLFC We’ve recently invested in our email platform to give it a sizeable upgrade to improve the service, security and functionality. To be able to keep improving TalkTalk Mail, we can no longer provide a free mailbox to customers who don’t have a broadband contract with us. Mike
