@TalkTalk Connecting the antenna directly to the service and bypassing the set top box gives reception so it's not the set or the aerial.

@Complyorcry @Back_Two_Mee To @TalkTalk they are okay but the broadband is not a good as VM but it's okay; it cut the monthly bill in half. I have since dropped their tv service and bought a freeview recorder. Monthly bill for broadband/phone £38

@TalkTalk wins the prize for having the worst customer service of any company I have dealt with. My vulnerable mum moved a month ago & still has no telephone or broadband service. Hours of attempting to contact this company with no progress.

Continually frustrated by @TalkTalk and its inconsistent service and performance. Have today purchased a freeview recorder to replace their box and will be actively looking for new broadband provider.

@TalkTalk It would be nice if you could reduce or remove a £40 charge for an engineer who called but made no inspection of equipment, explained that Freeview channels had been altered; a fact that your customer services were not aware of, but should have known.

@TalkTalk having problems with missing channels, particularly Freesports and BBC Four HD and Quest HD .Guide suggests channel retune but this doesn't help and neither does rebooting internet. Help please!

@TalkTalk - so despite touching nothing I can receive NO aerial tv channels. All connections checked and rebooting makes no difference. Not the first time I have had issues with service.. Sort this out @talktalk or I suspend my payments to you.

Having a @TalkTalk kind of day. You know, the one where you spend 2 and a half hours chatting to tech support. Get cut off 3 times and then they go with the ‘reboot your laptop’ line. Painful.

@TalkTalk already done this around 6times & every time it says it's ok. I still need to reset my router 3 to 4 times a day. I wish to cancel my contract please let me know how I can do this as your not answering the phone

I am tweeting to warn others, that this organisation is the most incompetent company I have ever dealt with. Zero customer service, passing you between dept. only to drop the calls. I would recommend that you use 2 tin cans and string before deciding to switch to @TalkTalk.

@RDodsworth1 @TalkTalk Thanks Rebecca, I changed accounts 9 months ago, yet still even after an Ofcom complaint was upheld, they are still coming after her. I have a full audit trail, so if they want to take her to court, they will lose.

@TalkTalk Hey! I’ve scoured your help forums and troubleshooting guide for fixing my powerline adaptors but there’s no answer to one of them not connecting to the internet at all. I’ve swapped them, rest them, re-paired them.. nothing. We’ve had no tv for over a week. Help please

@TalkTalk If you can look at the Twitter chain and the message this is not something you can help with. I will be writing to your regulator as that is not an acceptable response to a complaint letter for leaving a vulnerable person without a service for 6 weeks.

@TalkTalk Yes I have. I have an open case. I am still waiting. I am really unhappy with the service. I am have a list of text messages assuring me everything is being done however I see no evidence of this. I have had nothing but trouble with the service since taking the contract up.

Had another appointment with the engineer today to fix my WiFi connection,waited for hours again he didn't came,talktalk is the worse company ever,they treat there customers very badly and I am cancelling my contract with talktalk,I suggest everyone should avoid talktak.

Not normally someone to complain about service on Twitter, but absolutely appalled with @TalkTalk customer service. Who'd have thought it would be so bloody difficult to get an outstanding account balance paid and the Internet back on - argh!!!!

@TalkTalk Hi for some reason 'My Account' doesn't render on screen in Chrome browser. Works ok in Firefox but I think you need to get someone to fix it else people using Chrome wont be able to see bills etc.
