@TalkTalk Connecting the antenna directly to the service and bypassing the set top box gives reception so it's not the set or the aerial.

@TalkTalk having problems with missing channels, particularly Freesports and BBC Four HD and Quest HD .Guide suggests channel retune but this doesn't help and neither does rebooting internet. Help please!

@TalkTalk It would be nice if you could reduce or remove a £40 charge for an engineer who called but made no inspection of equipment, explained that Freeview channels had been altered; a fact that your customer services were not aware of, but should have known.

@TalkTalk Log into your router via browser on 192.168.1.1 (default) and change your primary and secondary DNS to 8.8.8.8 (Google’s) public Domain Name Server. That should resolve this TalkTalk DNS issue and get you up and running!

@TalkTalk Hey! I’ve scoured your help forums and troubleshooting guide for fixing my powerline adaptors but there’s no answer to one of them not connecting to the internet at all. I’ve swapped them, rest them, re-paired them.. nothing. We’ve had no tv for over a week. Help please

@TalkTalk - so despite touching nothing I can receive NO aerial tv channels. All connections checked and rebooting makes no difference. Not the first time I have had issues with service.. Sort this out @talktalk or I suspend my payments to you.

@TalkTalk Ive explained what’s happened. You cocked up the switch, left us with no internet over Christmas, then sent us a bill for over £200 when we decided to move to a different provider based on the poor service within our grace period. I’ve not come here for support.

@TalkTalk No we’ve not had any service from you at all. Our switch date was Wednesday and we still have no internet since the service from the previous provider ended. I didn’t say anything about ‘barely’ using. Nice of you to downplay it, though.

@enuffsa1d @VodafoneBiz I've used Three for a long time for various smart phones and TalkTalk for my landline and internet. The only concern I ever had was when TalkTalk got hacked into but no problems since.
