@TalkTalk Log into your router via browser on 192.168.1.1 (default) and change your primary and secondary DNS to 8.8.8.8 (Google’s) public Domain Name Server. That should resolve this TalkTalk DNS issue and get you up and running!

@TalkTalk Ok so still not working. Router light turned from white to orange about 10:15pm last night and not back. Have tried resetting router, unplugging all wires and plugging back in, and plugging directly into test socket. No change with any of that.

@TalkTalk Hey! I’ve scoured your help forums and troubleshooting guide for fixing my powerline adaptors but there’s no answer to one of them not connecting to the internet at all. I’ve swapped them, rest them, re-paired them.. nothing. We’ve had no tv for over a week. Help please

So @TalkTalk your service to NE33 has been a disaster today with frequent drop outs that made my working day a horror as I kept disconnecting from servers I was using and falling out of meetings as the connection failed again and again. Now same is happening with Spotify and FB
