Put through to several different departments each one telling me something different. Promised to call me back but I'm still waiting. Boost I'm paying for still not working. Never had so much trouble with broadband, the only resolution you can come up with is to give me another router (the same as I have) or CHARGE me for a super router! It's taken about 3 hours for them to tell me it will cost me £75 to send a technician out. It's TalkTalk's equipment that has broken and it was TalkTalk's technicians that made a **** up when they upgraded it !
