    @talktalk 2 hours on phone trying to get tv boost fixed. Put through to several different departments each one telling me something different. Promised to call me back but I'm still waiting. Boost I'm paying for still not working. I can't even cancel as your website is down!

    @TalkTalk Ok so still not working. Router light turned from white to orange about 10:15pm last night and not back. Have tried resetting router, unplugging all wires and plugging back in, and plugging directly into test socket. No change with any of that.

    @TalkTalk Hey! I’ve scoured your help forums and troubleshooting guide for fixing my powerline adaptors but there’s no answer to one of them not connecting to the internet at all. I’ve swapped them, rest them, re-paired them.. nothing. We’ve had no tv for over a week. Help please

    @TalkTalk Log into your router via browser on 192.168.1.1 (default) and change your primary and secondary DNS to 8.8.8.8 (Google’s) public Domain Name Server. That should resolve this TalkTalk DNS issue and get you up and running!

    @TalkTalk having problems with missing channels, particularly Freesports and BBC Four HD and Quest HD .Guide suggests channel retune but this doesn't help and neither does rebooting internet. Help please!

    @TalkTalk I have since spent three hours on various online chats with your technical support and got nowhere. They have arranged for a home visit but it seems from other tweets that I am not the only one with this issue .

    @TalkTalk already done this around 6times & every time it says it's ok. I still need to reset my router 3 to 4 times a day. I wish to cancel my contract please let me know how I can do this as your not answering the phone

    @TalkTalk despite numerous attempts to resolve our complaint, the service is dismal. We have the privilege of paying £55 pm for WIFI that is more off than on. We have just had a conversation with someone who and had zero interest in any meaningful dialogue, an entertainer.

    @YardleyShooting @TalkTalk I can sympathize! We have had no hot water or heating now for 17 days. We have emergency home insurance with boiler cover @HomeServeUK . They are only as good as their contractors and 11 day lead time to find a leak is to me not an emergency service. Shouting louder has no impact

    @TalkTalk city fibre installed my full fibre January 7th. Yodel lost the eero. I have been on the phone twice a week, and every week I’ve been promised delivery in 5 days, but it never happens. Cancelling and sticking with Virgin media if not sorted next week.

    @TalkTalk I have been hearing this same excuse for the past one month. Nothing is done yet. The internet connection would come on for a few hours but since yesterday till now I don’t have internet. If it’s an open reach fault, it should impact other service providers too, so why only TT
