    @talktalk 2 hours on phone trying to get tv boost fixed. Put through to several different departments each one telling me something different. Promised to call me back but I'm still waiting. Boost I'm paying for still not working. I can't even cancel as your website is down!

    @TalkTalk Connecting the antenna directly to the service and bypassing the set top box gives reception so it's not the set or the aerial.

    @TalkTalk Log into your router via browser on 192.168.1.1 (default) and change your primary and secondary DNS to 8.8.8.8 (Google’s) public Domain Name Server. That should resolve this TalkTalk DNS issue and get you up and running!

    @TalkTalk My broadband is too slow, was on the phone for an hour why can’t TalkTalk increase the speed seeing as a majority of people are working from home

    @TalkTalk I have since spent three hours on various online chats with your technical support and got nowhere. They have arranged for a home visit but it seems from other tweets that I am not the only one with this issue .

    @TalkTalk having problems with missing channels, particularly Freesports and BBC Four HD and Quest HD .Guide suggests channel retune but this doesn't help and neither does rebooting internet. Help please!

    @TalkTalk certainly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. You don't even talk talk.. You simply send me round in circles on messages. A whole day spent trying to get a simple change made to my account details. Disgraceful

    @TalkTalk Ok so still not working. Router light turned from white to orange about 10:15pm last night and not back. Have tried resetting router, unplugging all wires and plugging back in, and plugging directly into test socket. No change with any of that.

    @TalkTalk already done this around 6times & every time it says it's ok. I still need to reset my router 3 to 4 times a day. I wish to cancel my contract please let me know how I can do this as your not answering the phone

    @TalkTalk Hey! I’ve scoured your help forums and troubleshooting guide for fixing my powerline adaptors but there’s no answer to one of them not connecting to the internet at all. I’ve swapped them, rest them, re-paired them.. nothing. We’ve had no tv for over a week. Help please

    @TalkTalk - so despite touching nothing I can receive NO aerial tv channels. All connections checked and rebooting makes no difference. Not the first time I have had issues with service.. Sort this out @talktalk or I suspend my payments to you.

    @TalkTalk f*cking fuming! Just spent 2 hours slowly DMing with one of your people. About to have an engineer assigned, entered wrong PW character. “Can’t help now - have to phone”. Ext. kboard wouldn’t do upper case . Did it again on phone kboard & all info correct. Nope 😡😡😡

    @TalkTalk My antivrus protection has been down for the last 4/5 days. Spoke to Pamela 3 days ago who was going to run diagnostics. Heard nothing since and still down. Relying on AVG FOR PROTECTION.

    @TalkTalk are the single hardest company to deal with. We took over a line and the previous owner did not inform them, now we have to pay and can't get bills, access anything! And no help at all from talktalk. Wow. Utter brick wall
