Such terrible customer service from @TalkTalk. As if that wasn't bad enough complaints team meant to have called me by 2pm and nothing. Seriously had enough now. Got no phone line and 2 disabled people in house. #talktalk #notabletotalktalk
-
Connor Kinch (@ConnorKinch) reported from Canvey Island, England
@TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup You should lower your prices considering how goddamn often your connections go bad, it's like every 3 days :/
-
Cliff Masterson (@cliffmasterson) reported from Higham, England
Having a @TalkTalk kind of day. You know, the one where you spend 2 and a half hours chatting to tech support. Get cut off 3 times and then they go with the ‘reboot your laptop’ line. Painful.
-
Fiona 🇬🇧🇪🇺🇮🇹 (@fiona_skywalker) reported from Grays, England
@NickInEngland @TalkTalk I'd recommend @zeninternet if it's your broadband you want. Never had an issue getting through to their customer service and they're always happy to help.
-
Davidp (@Davidp1103) reported from Gravesend, England
@Complyorcry @Back_Two_Mee To @TalkTalk they are okay but the broadband is not a good as VM but it's okay; it cut the monthly bill in half. I have since dropped their tv service and bought a freeview recorder. Monthly bill for broadband/phone £38
-
Davidp (@Davidp1103) reported from Snodland, England
Continually frustrated by @TalkTalk and its inconsistent service and performance. Have today purchased a freeview recorder to replace their box and will be actively looking for new broadband provider.

Davidp (@Davidp1103) reported from Snodland, England
@TalkTalk major issues with internet in ME6 post code. What's wrong?
-
David-19 (@Davidp1103) reported from Gravesend, England
@TalkTalk It would be nice if you could reduce or remove a £40 charge for an engineer who called but made no inspection of equipment, explained that Freeview channels had been altered; a fact that your customer services were not aware of, but should have known.
-
Boycie (@boyci3) reported from Gravesend, England
@TalkTalk I cancelled my broadband service as it never worked, it was all agreed on the phone & chat. Why am I getting emails to pay a bill ?
-
TracyJG (@tracy13561) reported from Gravesend, England

Jason Stone 🔶 🇪🇺🇬🇧🏴🇧🇷 (@jasonjamesstone) reported from Sutton at Hone, England
@TalkTalk Are there broadband service problems in Sutton SM3?
-
David-19 (@Davidp1103) reported from Gravesend, England
@TalkTalk Connecting the antenna directly to the service and bypassing the set top box gives reception so it's not the set or the aerial.
-
David-19 (@Davidp1103) reported from Snodland, England
@TalkTalk - so despite touching nothing I can receive NO aerial tv channels. All connections checked and rebooting makes no difference. Not the first time I have had issues with service.. Sort this out @talktalk or I suspend my payments to you.
-
David-19 (@Davidp1103) reported from Snodland, England
@TalkTalk Visit arranged for the weekend! But it see me from twitter that I'm not the only one with this problem, so I'm guessing it's not a domestic issue but one from the signal source i.e. @TalkTalk
-
David-19 (@Davidp1103) reported from Snodland, England
@TalkTalk I have since spent three hours on various online chats with your technical support and got nowhere. They have arranged for a home visit but it seems from other tweets that I am not the only one with this issue .
-
David-19 (@Davidp1103) reported from Snodland, England

Absolutely no surprise. Ofcom releases latest stats for broadband complaints it received between October & December 2022. 1. Shell Energy 2. Vodafone 3. TalkTalk 4. Virgin Media. Not only are Vodafone useless they also deliberately ignore an are greedy for customer’s money

Vecnaria Yamaoka (@Vecnaria) reported
@TalkTalk i pay for 900 down 100 up and i only get 100 max. Pure fluctuations too on full fibre. Aint that fun?

Ingrid Torjesen (@ingridtorjesen) reported
If I’ve got standard broadband with @TalkTalk and they are not providing a useable service despite acknowledging I’m overpaying why would It be any better if I locked myself in to a long-term contract with them.
-
Ingrid Torjesen (@ingridtorjesen) reported
@Ofcom if @TalkTalk can’t provide a decent service can I expect a decent service from another provider using the same copper lines. Logically I think not so I’m hesitant to lock myself in with anyone
-
Ingrid Torjesen (@ingridtorjesen) reported
@Ofcom i’ve been with @TalkTalk for about 20 years are they not obligated to provide me with a broadband service that works without me having to pay for an engineer to look at it or lock myself in to an even more expensive deal
-
Ingrid Torjesen (@ingridtorjesen) reported
@Ofcom @TalkTalk say they will send an engineer but I will have to pay £75 if they can’t find the problem. They’ve sent an engineer before who hasn’t been able to find a problem. He said I needed to sign up to fibre
-
Ingrid Torjesen (@ingridtorjesen) reported
@Ofcom I’m being charged £50+ a month. My internet drops out constantly and I can’t stream, use zoom or upload files. @TalkTalk imply that because I have not locked myself in to a fixed contact they don’t have to fix it. Is this right?
