@TalkTalk Ok so still not working. Router light turned from white to orange about 10:15pm last night and not back. Have tried resetting router, unplugging all wires and plugging back in, and plugging directly into test socket. No change with any of that.

@talktalk 2 hours on phone trying to get tv boost fixed. Put through to several different departments each one telling me something different. Promised to call me back but I'm still waiting. Boost I'm paying for still not working. I can't even cancel as your website is down!

@TalkTalk Hey! I’ve scoured your help forums and troubleshooting guide for fixing my powerline adaptors but there’s no answer to one of them not connecting to the internet at all. I’ve swapped them, rest them, re-paired them.. nothing. We’ve had no tv for over a week. Help please

@TalkTalk Log into your router via browser on 192.168.1.1 (default) and change your primary and secondary DNS to 8.8.8.8 (Google’s) public Domain Name Server. That should resolve this TalkTalk DNS issue and get you up and running!

@TalkTalk having problems with missing channels, particularly Freesports and BBC Four HD and Quest HD .Guide suggests channel retune but this doesn't help and neither does rebooting internet. Help please!

@TalkTalk That's why they offered fibre upgrade for free. It's rubbish! Never had a fault that lasted that long (4 days) when I had copper wire internet (Tiscali, Sky or Talktalk themselves). Don't upgrade! Or you'll regret it.

@s8mb Yeah that’s similar to what I was getting from Vodafone until recently. Just switched to TalkTalk Fibre150 (it’s not FTTH, it’s “GFast”) and get 150 down/30 up with 7ms ping. £30pcm. Did consider Three 5G as we get it on iPhone. But I’m old fashioned and trust cables more!
