    Having a @TalkTalk kind of day. You know, the one where you spend 2 and a half hours chatting to tech support. Get cut off 3 times and then they go with the ‘reboot your laptop’ line. Painful.

    @TalkTalk 2 a shoutout as that was superb service. Never had an issue with talktalk, been a customer for years. I cant comment on facebook as no comment option available to me

    Continually frustrated by @TalkTalk and its inconsistent service and performance. Have today purchased a freeview recorder to replace their box and will be actively looking for new broadband provider.

    Talk talk are ****!! Called to just get a new remote the Chinese were partying in the background and have stall me tv!!!! @TalkTalkGroup @TalkTalk got no tv no remote!!! Disgusting behaviour not only are we on a lockdown but u guys want to rub it in partying!!! Send me a remote!!

    @NickInEngland @TalkTalk I'd recommend @zeninternet if it's your broadband you want. Never had an issue getting through to their customer service and they're always happy to help.

    @TalkTalk My partner has been on the phone to you multiple times but can we not just have an engineer visit the property to sort this out? I must admit first impressions of your service are shocking. Surely you can do better than this?

    Just got fobbed off with an email link from @TalkTalk regarding my devices not connecting to the new. The router is connecting to the net, devices are not connecting to the net but are linked to the router. Devices telling me it's a DNS and wifi issue. No help.

    @Complyorcry @Back_Two_Mee To @TalkTalk they are okay but the broadband is not a good as VM but it's okay; it cut the monthly bill in half. I have since dropped their tv service and bought a freeview recorder. Monthly bill for broadband/phone £38

    @TalkTalk We moved into a new property 8 days ago and our broadband isn't working 48 hours after it was supposedly set up. We've tried every possible solution and still nothing. I've now had to move out of the house as I work from home and having WiFi connection is vital.

    @TalkTalk cant seem to find an e-mail to cancel my engineer visit.I log in to 'My Account' and click on track my order and nothing happens.Have spent 45 mins trying to find a way to contact talk talk outside of hours..no joy..seriously peed off!! I am in Italy and can't phone

    @TalkTalk Thank you for messaging. My mums who is 94 and has had her bill increase from £29 monthly to £50! I spent two hours on the phone . Unfortunately poor customer service and after today we are going to find a new provider for her.

    @CameronFawcett @LornaGleaves @TalkTalk We left talk talk a few years ago as our phone number was sold on by them (there costumer service advisor confirmed that our tel number & info had been sold). We were getting none stop calls, including scam ones. Talk Talk offered no help or assistance to us.

    @TalkTalk No I did but was simple told to call but I'm pay as you go and you's damaged my property I didn't damage yours so you's should be contacting me not the other way round I'm not even one of your customers but its OK to do this to people's homes.

    love how the first 2-3 months of talktalk broadband it was faultless and now that i can’t cancel it the connection has dropped significantly to the point I can’t even load a 10 second YouTube video
