    Talk talk are ****!! Called to just get a new remote the Chinese were partying in the background and have stall me tv!!!! @TalkTalkGroup @TalkTalk got no tv no remote!!! Disgusting behaviour not only are we on a lockdown but u guys want to rub it in partying!!! Send me a remote!!

    @Complyorcry @Back_Two_Mee To @TalkTalk they are okay but the broadband is not a good as VM but it's okay; it cut the monthly bill in half. I have since dropped their tv service and bought a freeview recorder. Monthly bill for broadband/phone £38

    Having a @TalkTalk kind of day. You know, the one where you spend 2 and a half hours chatting to tech support. Get cut off 3 times and then they go with the ‘reboot your laptop’ line. Painful.

    Just got fobbed off with an email link from @TalkTalk regarding my devices not connecting to the new. The router is connecting to the net, devices are not connecting to the net but are linked to the router. Devices telling me it's a DNS and wifi issue. No help.

    @TalkTalk We moved into a new property 8 days ago and our broadband isn't working 48 hours after it was supposedly set up. We've tried every possible solution and still nothing. I've now had to move out of the house as I work from home and having WiFi connection is vital.

    @NickInEngland @TalkTalk I'd recommend @zeninternet if it's your broadband you want. Never had an issue getting through to their customer service and they're always happy to help.

    @TalkTalk Fix the issue but I didn't get any confirmation for it . One of the customer service agents mentioned that the engineer will come between 1-6 yesterday

    supposed to be digging up and fixing the line but no communications and no way of getting in touch with them to get an update. When I contact talktalk I just get told to check the router etc. It is an Openreach problem, not in the house! Can someone PLEASE get an update from
