@RSdriver00 @TalkTalk That is very poor. Never been with them, but heard a few tales. Best way is to find new provider and they will migrate across. When I left Virgin I went back to BT 6 years ago now, was the best decision, but varies a lot depending on post code. Good luck!

@talktalk 2 hours on phone trying to get tv boost fixed. Put through to several different departments each one telling me something different. Promised to call me back but I'm still waiting. Boost I'm paying for still not working. I can't even cancel as your website is down!

@TalkTalk Ok so still not working. Router light turned from white to orange about 10:15pm last night and not back. Have tried resetting router, unplugging all wires and plugging back in, and plugging directly into test socket. No change with any of that.

@TalkTalk already done this around 6times & every time it says it's ok. I still need to reset my router 3 to 4 times a day. I wish to cancel my contract please let me know how I can do this as your not answering the phone

Is anyone having issues with @Talktalk. My fibre broadband speeds drop to about 10meg at 9pm every night. This has been going on for over a month and can't get talktalk to sort it. Just woundering if anyone else is having similar problems. Talktalk are completely useless
