@TalkTalk - so despite touching nothing I can receive NO aerial tv channels. All connections checked and rebooting makes no difference. Not the first time I have had issues with service.. Sort this out @talktalk or I suspend my payments to you.

@TalkTalk Connecting the antenna directly to the service and bypassing the set top box gives reception so it's not the set or the aerial.

@CateSevilla @virginmedia They then tried to fine me for not sending their 'hub' back and refused to refund the house move cost I'd paid a few months earlier. So so incompetent! SO stressful when all of us work from home too. I moved to TalkTalk & is cheaper and no problems so far, at least :)

@TalkTalk having problems with missing channels, particularly Freesports and BBC Four HD and Quest HD .Guide suggests channel retune but this doesn't help and neither does rebooting internet. Help please!

@TalkTalk Hey! I’ve scoured your help forums and troubleshooting guide for fixing my powerline adaptors but there’s no answer to one of them not connecting to the internet at all. I’ve swapped them, rest them, re-paired them.. nothing. We’ve had no tv for over a week. Help please

Wow. Reported internet issues to @TalkTalk at 10am, had an @OpenreachHelp engineer turn up at 4pm to fix the problem. Same day!! Luke, my engineer, was a real delight and tried everything he could to help. 🤞 seems to be fixed now 🤞 you've saved me a lot of stress, thank you!

@TalkTalk Log into your router via browser on 192.168.1.1 (default) and change your primary and secondary DNS to 8.8.8.8 (Google’s) public Domain Name Server. That should resolve this TalkTalk DNS issue and get you up and running!

@RSdriver00 @TalkTalk That is very poor. Never been with them, but heard a few tales. Best way is to find new provider and they will migrate across. When I left Virgin I went back to BT 6 years ago now, was the best decision, but varies a lot depending on post code. Good luck!

@TalkTalk I have since spent three hours on various online chats with your technical support and got nowhere. They have arranged for a home visit but it seems from other tweets that I am not the only one with this issue .

@rougednb @TalkTalk We were with Vodafone previously and had no problems whatsoever, we would have stayed with them and wanted to, but we had to come out of our contract as they couldn’t provide a service to our new postcode. Stupid cabinet monopolies. 😒

@mattaburns @TalkTalk I think I’m “lucky” that my outage only lasted 24hrs, 22 hrs more than my neighbours. 🧐 Good luck with yours. Didn’t get the “notification text”, I’ve just been checking every 39 mins. Their service fails on all fronts and I’ll be switching ASAP.

@TalkTalk I’ve been with you long enough to know everything about how much multiple devices consume. My issue, is the fact that I’m experiencing problems EVERYDAY, even now as I send this message, I’m having to use my mobile data because (as per usual) YOUR WiFi is not providing..........

@TalkTalk I have received an email from Ryanair stating that our outbound flight time has changed. The problem is it's changed to a day earlier than scheduled. What will happen with our accommodation? Will we have rooms available with arriving a day early?

@LifeInKilburn I had to rebudget myself and pay premium with Vodafone Internet. Number of outage since I've been with them: Zero and I've been WFH full time since March20. BUT!! It is not cheap I was with TalkTalk before and it was a nightmare

@OpenreachHelp I did during the first outage on Thursday a.m, but they couldn't see anything wrong. Then I discovered that locally people on NowTV, Sky, BT, Vodafone, PlusNet and TalkTalk were all complaining of a simultaneous outage - and Openreach is obviously the common denominator. W7 area

@cumrolad *more devolution lol But yeah, in all seriousness, I'd suggest to swap providers if you're with TalkTalk. I've been with them before and their service was horrendous. It comes down to the equipment they are providing you with. You've got a similar download speed to me

@TalkTalk People in my building on BT and Plusnet - and basically ANY OTHER provider, had a 2 hr outage. Meanwhile I’m going on 20. Come on, why can they sort it and you can’t?
