I’ve never tweeted but can’t see my issue being resolved in a conventional fashion. It’s crazy not being able to work from home when you’re told to work from home. You also refuse to send out an engineer which was part of the package I paid for. Useless.

We've tried every possible solution and still nothing. I've now had to move out of the house as I work from home and having WiFi connection is vital.

It's taken about 3 hours for them to tell me it will cost me £75 to send a technician out. It's TalkTalk's equipment that has broken and it was TalkTalk's technicians that made a **** up when they upgraded it !
