    @Complyorcry @Back_Two_Mee To @TalkTalk they are okay but the broadband is not a good as VM but it's okay; it cut the monthly bill in half. I have since dropped their tv service and bought a freeview recorder. Monthly bill for broadband/phone £38

    @TalkTalk It would be nice if you could reduce or remove a £40 charge for an engineer who called but made no inspection of equipment, explained that Freeview channels had been altered; a fact that your customer services were not aware of, but should have known.

    @CateSevilla @virginmedia They then tried to fine me for not sending their 'hub' back and refused to refund the house move cost I'd paid a few months earlier. So so incompetent! SO stressful when all of us work from home too. I moved to TalkTalk & is cheaper and no problems so far, at least :)

    @TalkTalk I have waited more than a week for my Internet to be activated. Two BT engineers have come and says it works. It worked for two hours and now it says connected without Internet. Your service is very shoddy and I will take this up with ombudsman?

    Talk talk are ****!! Called to just get a new remote the Chinese were partying in the background and have stall me tv!!!! @TalkTalkGroup @TalkTalk got no tv no remote!!! Disgusting behaviour not only are we on a lockdown but u guys want to rub it in partying!!! Send me a remote!!

    @TalkTalk When you sign up customers please warn them to plan their diaries carefully, in case they die of frustration or old age. I wasted 190 minutes and got nowhere with customer service asking a question which would help me decide whether to risk £40 to book an engineer.

    @TalkTalk I tried that. Says it doesn’t work for my account so chat. Chatted for 20 minutes and they then said they can’t help with ultra so have me a number. That closes at 6pm. All a bit poor.All I want to know is if the issue 7 miles away can affect me and an update on likely downtime?!

    @TalkTalk My Internet connection is down. I've run the connection test and it says there is no problem. I waited 15 mins, it still says that and yet no connection is available. I'm in the Borough of Ealing.

    After 6 years with @TalkTalk we find out our phone line is somehow dual registered with our neighbours. Only realised when our neighbours tried to change providers. An hour on the phone to both talk talk and the other provider and there is still no resolution!

    @TalkTalk It's not on a contract, that ran out ages ago so I've been paying over the odds for months. Took ages to cancel, wrong depts etc all the delays possible to stop me cancelling..
