    @CateSevilla @virginmedia They then tried to fine me for not sending their 'hub' back and refused to refund the house move cost I'd paid a few months earlier. So so incompetent! SO stressful when all of us work from home too. I moved to TalkTalk & is cheaper and no problems so far, at least :)

    @TalkTalk It would be nice if you could reduce or remove a £40 charge for an engineer who called but made no inspection of equipment, explained that Freeview channels had been altered; a fact that your customer services were not aware of, but should have known.

    @TalkTalk I have waited more than a week for my Internet to be activated. Two BT engineers have come and says it works. It worked for two hours and now it says connected without Internet. Your service is very shoddy and I will take this up with ombudsman?

    @TalkTalk Your organisation is an actual joke. It's been 4 weeks and we still have no internet. We've been passed from person to person for days now, promised a call back that never comes. I'm actually disgusted at the treatment we've received. You're a waste of time.

    @TalkTalk I still have problems with WiFi after speaking to 3 of your team over the past 6 weeks and each of them supposedly trying to fix it remotely. I’ve requested a new router many times, but you refuse to send one even though it is 2 years old and is clearly faulty.
