    @TalkTalk I have spent over 3 hours talking to them on and off over 6 months and the issue is still not settled. How do I contact them by email. I also want to make a formal complaint. I would have thought a bereavement team would act and get things done first time to reduce distress.

    @TalkTalk Log into your router via browser on 192.168.1.1 (default) and change your primary and secondary DNS to 8.8.8.8 (Googleโ€™s) public Domain Name Server. That should resolve this TalkTalk DNS issue and get you up and running!

    @TalkTalk Connecting the antenna directly to the service and bypassing the set top box gives reception so it's not the set or the aerial.

    Talktalk are just utterly horrendous for Internet. I lost count of how many times I've had to restart the router because it's just slowed itself down to nothing. Do better ffs

    @RunnymedeTrust @GoodLawProject She reminds me of Philip Green. A failed businessman who treated his workers like dirt. He kept the profits from his stores rather than investing in them, crucially in IT. Dido failed to invest to keep her customers safe. As a former TalkTalk customer I never had secure email.

    @TalkTalk My partner has been on the phone to you multiple times but can we not just have an engineer visit the property to sort this out? I must admit first impressions of your service are shocking. Surely you can do better than this?

    @TalkTalk you really are terrible! Never had so much trouble with broadband, the only resolution you can come up with is to give me another router (the same as I have) or CHARGE me for a super router! BT have already confirmed there is no fault!!! No wonder you are so cheap! ๐Ÿ˜ก

    @TalkTalk loads of people with no WiFi in RM15 but your telephone service agents haven't got a clue about it. Online search says there's no issues but it's down over a wide area. At least support the people who pay for this service correctly.

    @TalkTalk We moved into a new property 8 days ago and our broadband isn't working 48 hours after it was supposedly set up. We've tried every possible solution and still nothing. I've now had to move out of the house as I work from home and having WiFi connection is vital.

    @TalkTalk Yes! I have just got off the phone from reporting the number and setting up 1472 to protect myself. This service should be made public on social media for those who are not aware of it and don't actually know where to turn. @TalkTalk #scammers @MartinSLewis @MoneySavingExp

    @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup hello, can someone help! Broadband still not working after 2 very long hours yesterday evening on phone to customer services, was told it would be fixed by midnight! Letter sent to customers with wrong info and no customer comms. Very dissatisfied

    @TalkTalk I had problems, they got sorted about 8.30am...its now 8.30pm and MORE problems. Resetting the router has not helped

    @DrMarianaClaire @TalkTalk I left talktalk in March 2025 best decision I made. Price increase ยฃ35 for 75M. Moved to Vodafone ยฃ25 for 150M. Talktalk worked over cityfibre and regularly had random outages their end. Vodafone also on cityfibre. No problems so far. There was one outage but that was explained.

I had an equipment problem earlier this month and lost internet and while I was waiting for the new cable to be delivered, I hooked my Sky Stream and my smart tv up to my phones hotspot - worked
