    @TalkTalk already done this around 6times & every time it says it's ok. I still need to reset my router 3 to 4 times a day. I wish to cancel my contract please let me know how I can do this as your not answering the phone

    @RSdriver00 @TalkTalk That is very poor. Never been with them, but heard a few tales. Best way is to find new provider and they will migrate across. When I left Virgin I went back to BT 6 years ago now, was the best decision, but varies a lot depending on post code. Good luck!

    @TalkTalk I bought WiFi for a property a few weeks ago that was due to go live 2 days ago, every single time the tenants call you say the system is down. You also refuse to send out an engineer which was part of the package I paid for. Useless.

    @TalkTalk how does one actually speak to a human being I have spent the last two hours trying to a refund owed to my mother. Won’t let me go thru normal channels keeps saying doesnt recognize number. Even the text service didn’t work Talk talk. Not really living up to your name

    I’ve had such problems with my @TalkTalk internet connection for nearly the past week! Nothing from 07/08 til 10/08 with promises of updates via text when reconnection will happen....NOTHING! Intermittent connection & out for hours at a time since then!! Absolute joke! 😡

    @jules0455 @virginmedia We had no landline for 5 weeks,6 days..We just were told there was a problem at the exchange..But it seemed it was just our property..In the end Hubby told TalkTalk just what they could do,& it was resolved in 3 days...Very frustrating..Try to stay calm..💕x

    @talktalk 2 hours on phone trying to get tv boost fixed. Put through to several different departments each one telling me something different. Promised to call me back but I'm still waiting. Boost I'm paying for still not working. I can't even cancel as your website is down!

    @TalkTalk 1 Windows 10 desktop. 1 UNIX laptop. Not at the same time. Please stop finding reasons fir the server admins not to do their job and fix it.

    @TalkTalk Not been able to logon to app or website for days now. Just get the egg timer spinning round and page attempting to reload time after time. Will this be fixed soon please? Never had problems in the past.

    @TalkTalk Agree entirely with all complainants. One 'outage' lasted a whole weekend. No promised reply from the technical department. Nor again more recently. 'Complaint closed'! Network down this morning. No explanations, no apologies, no discounted bill. Searching for a better ISP.

    @TalkTalk @TalkTalkBizCare I have to say, if what I have experienced this evening is your standard in customer service, then I am sorry but we will be moving at the earliest opportunity. Being held to ransom because your CS team can't process a line move correctly is shocking!
