    Talktalk are just utterly horrendous for Internet. I lost count of how many times I've had to restart the router because it's just slowed itself down to nothing. Do better ffs

    @TalkTalk how does one actually speak to a human being I have spent the last two hours trying to a refund owed to my mother. Wonโ€™t let me go thru normal channels keeps saying doesnt recognize number. Even the text service didnโ€™t work Talk talk. Not really living up to your name

    Iโ€™ve had such problems with my @TalkTalk internet connection for nearly the past week! Nothing from 07/08 til 10/08 with promises of updates via text when reconnection will happen....NOTHING! Intermittent connection & out for hours at a time since then!! Absolute joke! ๐Ÿ˜ก

    @TalkTalk already done this around 6times & every time it says it's ok. I still need to reset my router 3 to 4 times a day. I wish to cancel my contract please let me know how I can do this as your not answering the phone

    @TalkTalk 2 a shoutout as that was superb service. Never had an issue with talktalk, been a customer for years. I cant comment on facebook as no comment option available to me

    @TalkTalk I cancelled my broadband service as it never worked, it was all agreed on the phone & chat. Why am I getting emails to pay a bill ?

    @TalkTalk Log into your router via browser on 192.168.1.1 (default) and change your primary and secondary DNS to 8.8.8.8 (Googleโ€™s) public Domain Name Server. That should resolve this TalkTalk DNS issue and get you up and running!

    @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup hello, can someone help! Broadband still not working after 2 very long hours yesterday evening on phone to customer services, was told it would be fixed by midnight! Letter sent to customers with wrong info and no customer comms. Very dissatisfied

    @jules0455 @virginmedia We had no landline for 5 weeks,6 days..We just were told there was a problem at the exchange..But it seemed it was just our property..In the end Hubby told TalkTalk just what they could do,& it was resolved in 3 days...Very frustrating..Try to stay calm..๐Ÿ’•x

    @talktalk 2 hours on phone trying to get tv boost fixed. Put through to several different departments each one telling me something different. Promised to call me back but I'm still waiting. Boost I'm paying for still not working. I can't even cancel as your website is down!

    @TalkTalk I have waited more than a week for my Internet to be activated. Two BT engineers have come and says it works. It worked for two hours and now it says connected without Internet. Your service is very shoddy and I will take this up with ombudsman?

    @NickInEngland @TalkTalk I'd recommend @zeninternet if it's your broadband you want. Never had an issue getting through to their customer service and they're always happy to help.

    @TalkTalk I have spent over 3 hours talking to them on and off over 6 months and the issue is still not settled. How do I contact them by email. I also want to make a formal complaint. I would have thought a bereavement team would act and get things done first time to reduce distress.

    @TalkTalk Yes I've been a customer for years and always report the numbers advising on Twitter when possible. In the hope to raise awareness for others to prevent them being scammed!!! I hope your tech team can block this number.

    Anyone having issues with @TalkTalk - their DNS servers appear to be the issue. I got back online by manually changing the DNS in my router's settings. I used 1.1.1.1 and 8.8.8.8 - mostly because they're the ones I know off the top of my head!

    @TalkTalk glitchy slow WiFi for hours now. On off on router. Hard chat on live chat. Followed all instructions. Still same this morn. Paying alot each month. They said an issue & did tests. Its not resolved. How & when please???

    What is going on with TalkTalk ? My WiFi suddenly cut off hours ago. I can't login to my account. It returns to the login page over and over again asking a verification code which has been given. The chat service appears to have been disabled. I just despair with it.
