    @RunnymedeTrust @GoodLawProject She reminds me of Philip Green. A failed businessman who treated his workers like dirt. He kept the profits from his stores rather than investing in them, crucially in IT. Dido failed to invest to keep her customers safe. As a former TalkTalk customer I never had secure email.

    @TalkTalk We moved into a new property 8 days ago and our broadband isn't working 48 hours after it was supposedly set up. We've tried every possible solution and still nothing. I've now had to move out of the house as I work from home and having WiFi connection is vital.

    @TalkTalk I have spent over 3 hours talking to them on and off over 6 months and the issue is still not settled. How do I contact them by email. I also want to make a formal complaint. I would have thought a bereavement team would act and get things done first time to reduce distress.

    Having a @TalkTalk kind of day. You know, the one where you spend 2 and a half hours chatting to tech support. Get cut off 3 times and then they go with the ‘reboot your laptop’ line. Painful.

    @Complyorcry @Back_Two_Mee To @TalkTalk they are okay but the broadband is not a good as VM but it's okay; it cut the monthly bill in half. I have since dropped their tv service and bought a freeview recorder. Monthly bill for broadband/phone £38

    Just got fobbed off with an email link from @TalkTalk regarding my devices not connecting to the new. The router is connecting to the net, devices are not connecting to the net but are linked to the router. Devices telling me it's a DNS and wifi issue. No help.

    @NickInEngland @TalkTalk I'd recommend @zeninternet if it's your broadband you want. Never had an issue getting through to their customer service and they're always happy to help.

    @TalkTalk This has been going on since 15th Oct... I've spent hours on the phone. Engineer has been and replaced the master socket and you've replaced the router and its still not working. I can never talk to anyone that can help.

    @TalkTalk can someone please contact me, I’ve tried to call 4 times and each time I get through the robot (which is a nightmare as I’m a fibre customer with no landline which you insist on asking for one). I upgraded and now have been left with no Wi-Fi!

    Well I would rather gnaw off my own arm than ever be a customer of @TalkTalk again been with them from their 1st day and 51 minutes it has taken me to try and cancel my contract that is out of agreement..everything is a sale and stalling tactics. No sure I have cancel it.

    @Davina______ @TalkTalk Similar with Virgin. The first few weeks (or was it DAYS) fast service after switching to faster service and paying double as much (50£/month). Now appallingly slow , loading all the time and crashing/disconnecting. 🤮It’s a racket. All of them. I think I’ve tried them all-same.
