    @TalkTalk Thanks for the reply. At this point I've already started the switch to EE. First 2 calls to customer service made me realize switching was the least frustrating option. My 3rd I tried to turn off kidsafe & even that couldn't be done easily. Confirmed I made the right decision.

    Only took 7 days in London to realize @TalkTalk has the worst realibility and customer service. They have some nerve asking £40 month for broadband and phone service that barely works. Can't wait for the switchover to another provider. Ended up being less expensive too.

    @TalkTalk I can’t be arsed tbh I’m busy at work and don’t have time.... my line has only just been reinstalled in my house and has improved some what from 14 down to 22 down but I’m paying for 40 down. @virginmedia will give me what I want without all the fuse and problems.

    @TalkTalk Yes, I did. But that didn’t fix it. I called up again and the agent I spoke to this time was much more helpful. However, then conclusion wasn’t satisfactory. OpenReach are replacing cables. A fault with the connection cannot be raised. I have to wait until they finish in 5 days.

    I’m not sure whether this would be categorised as the worst service ever but I have had loss of broadband service since last week Wednesday & today is Monday. @TalkTalk have advised they cannot provide me with an estimated date for when the fault will be resolved & no updates! 🤔

    @plusnethelp i don’t know what is wrong with it. we switched from talktalk (as they were shit as well) and right from initial setup, you have been far worse than talktalk. very slow, connection drops out all the time, have to continually reset it, half the time that doesn’t help either

    @TalkTalk our internet is abysmal. Signed in to upgrade service, I was rejected! Online chat had me about to scream! Asked for total to leave early and what do ya know, was told I COULD have my upgrade!!... Well you can ram it!!! Gladly pay the fee to leave!!
