    @jules0455 @virginmedia We had no landline for 5 weeks,6 days..We just were told there was a problem at the exchange..But it seemed it was just our property..In the end Hubby told TalkTalk just what they could do,& it was resolved in 3 days...Very frustrating..Try to stay calm..💕x

    @TalkTalk how does one actually speak to a human being I have spent the last two hours trying to a refund owed to my mother. Won’t let me go thru normal channels keeps saying doesnt recognize number. Even the text service didn’t work Talk talk. Not really living up to your name

    @RSdriver00 @TalkTalk That is very poor. Never been with them, but heard a few tales. Best way is to find new provider and they will migrate across. When I left Virgin I went back to BT 6 years ago now, was the best decision, but varies a lot depending on post code. Good luck!

    Wow. Reported internet issues to @TalkTalk at 10am, had an @OpenreachHelp engineer turn up at 4pm to fix the problem. Same day!! Luke, my engineer, was a real delight and tried everything he could to help. 🤞 seems to be fixed now 🤞 you've saved me a lot of stress, thank you!

    @TalkTalk I bought WiFi for a property a few weeks ago that was due to go live 2 days ago, every single time the tenants call you say the system is down. You also refuse to send out an engineer which was part of the package I paid for. Useless.

    @TalkTalk @jshovelt I’m a legitimate customer of 10 years + ,recieved message saying my e mail account being shut March as it’s not connected to paying internet account!!,probably having same problem as me!

    @TalkTalk Well that was a waste of 26 minutes. No one answered. Sooo how about instead of expecting the customer to so the running around, actually be customer friendly and sort this mess out. I knew going back to talk tall was a stupid idea. Prove me wrong!

    Bloody Talktalk Internet down all day again !! got a good mind to tell them to go and get stuffed. Good job I have unlimited data on my mbl, using it as a hotspot. But cannot watch any iplayer shows etc !!!
