    @Christi45463861 @TalkTalk Did you resolve your issue? I’ve never tweeted but can’t see my issue being resolved in a conventional fashion. It’s crazy not being able to work from home when you’re told to work from home. Not much fun for kids being dragged into an office to download homework!

    @TalkTalk I bought WiFi for a property a few weeks ago that was due to go live 2 days ago, every single time the tenants call you say the system is down. You also refuse to send out an engineer which was part of the package I paid for. Useless.

    @TalkTalk Log into your router via browser on 192.168.1.1 (default) and change your primary and secondary DNS to 8.8.8.8 (Google’s) public Domain Name Server. That should resolve this TalkTalk DNS issue and get you up and running!

    @talktalk 2 hours on phone trying to get tv boost fixed. Put through to several different departments each one telling me something different. Promised to call me back but I'm still waiting. Boost I'm paying for still not working. I can't even cancel as your website is down!

    Wow. Reported internet issues to @TalkTalk at 10am, had an @OpenreachHelp engineer turn up at 4pm to fix the problem. Same day!! Luke, my engineer, was a real delight and tried everything he could to help. 🤞 seems to be fixed now 🤞 you've saved me a lot of stress, thank you!

    @RSdriver00 @TalkTalk That is very poor. Never been with them, but heard a few tales. Best way is to find new provider and they will migrate across. When I left Virgin I went back to BT 6 years ago now, was the best decision, but varies a lot depending on post code. Good luck!

    @TalkTalk how does one actually speak to a human being I have spent the last two hours trying to a refund owed to my mother. Won’t let me go thru normal channels keeps saying doesnt recognize number. Even the text service didn’t work Talk talk. Not really living up to your name

    @jules0455 @virginmedia We had no landline for 5 weeks,6 days..We just were told there was a problem at the exchange..But it seemed it was just our property..In the end Hubby told TalkTalk just what they could do,& it was resolved in 3 days...Very frustrating..Try to stay calm..💕x

    @TalkTalk Emails sent from Outlook via TalkTalk stopped yesterday for a few hours before suddenly starting again. Today sending any emails fails. Sending error (0x800CCC13) : 'Cannot connect to the network.' Internet, games & email receive OK. Anyone else got this problem?

    @OpenreachHelp Trust me when i say: yes, but no, but maybe, and with respect: HORSE. ****. Sir! If fault via a quality ISP, there’d be little trouble resolving, after a little monitoring identified it as linked to rain+snow events.. But @talktalk?!! That ball would be 100% in OpenReach’s court.

    @TalkTalk 13/04/21 Outlook email send failure. Various Error messages re no connection to TalkTalk server. 18:16 started working again. 14/04/21 email send failure all day. Message error (0x800CCC13) : 'Cannot connect to the network.' Internet & games OK, but no email sent. Please fix.

    @TalkTalk any danger of my UFO broadband working any time soon? I’ve been dealing with terrible customer service and frankly insulting offers of compensation for 3 weeks now, seriously considering taking my business elsewhere.

    Whatever you do don’t use @TalkTalk after over charging, horrific customer service and nothing they provide actually working it’s just a scam, don’t waste your time!

    @TalkTalk Think I have been transferred 6 times now chasing a refund for a tv boost that hasn’t been provided the last couple months, the service is appalling. Nobody knows what they are doing let alone understand the system. Wherever in the world the call center is. #hopeless #talktalk
