@TalkTalk It would be nice if you could reduce or remove a £40 charge for an engineer who called but made no inspection of equipment, explained that Freeview channels had been altered; a fact that your customer services were not aware of, but should have known.

@TalkTalk Internet in Hackney, London went down at 00:01. Anything to do with the scheduled maintenance mentioned on your website? Several router restarts and nothing. This is a near-daily occurrence. Not workable. Please sort it out.

Terribly disappointed with the service from @TalkTalk. I am moving flats. Same building so a new contract of 24 months & a £5 increase. If I leave they will charge me £60. If I want to keep my current package I have to pay £60 installation. New package nets them £120 #broadband

@TalkTalk well after three hours in DM trying to resolve my loss of internet with “Ram” I’m no further on. Still exactly the same problem and “Ram” is now ignoring me!! A whole evening wasted and I still don’t know how this will be resolved. VERY unhappy.

@TalkTalk Since updating my broadband on the 10th of feb I exprinced total loss of service including my phone number which is now different. Endless hours on the phone to customer service still waiting for a repair. I can only say is been the worst exprince ever.
