The official call centre was handing customer details to the scammers next door! I'm wondering when the #NHS typing will be taken back in house? Normally takes some severe malpractice payout to force them to do an about-face

Hugh Gorton 🇪🇺 🔶 #FBPA #FBPE #FBPPR #GTTO (@hughie_go) reported from Kelvedon Hatch, England@RunnymedeTrust @GoodLawProject She reminds me of Philip Green. As a former TalkTalk customer I never had secure email.

Bharath Netha (@BharathNetha21) reported@TalkTalk My contract ended May 2026. I declined renewal, returned my router, and was explicitly promised NO fees on the phone. Now I'm being chased for a £21.05 bill (including admin fees) for a closed account! Your phones aren't connecting. DM me to fix this immediately.
-

Catherine Arthur (@CatArthurian) reportedUpdate... They want my 82 yr old mum to send a speed test result by connecting the computer (upstairs) to the router (downstairs) via ethernet cable (which they don't have). 🤨 I explained that they won't be able to do that - they don't have a laptop, and it's not practical to unplug their pc and relocate it next to the router - they just can't physically do it. TalkTalk were not interested and insist it's the only way they can check if they are not receiving the correct speeds – although they did tell me during my first call that they could see the speed was only 12mbps...🤔 They will send an ethernet cable by post anyway, or could send someone out to do it – £150 call out fee. Never mind. Contract ends in October and won't be renewed... Nice service for the elderly, what?

Dave O (@llqdave) reported@edsxevents Talktalk and "great leadership" in the same post? Aren't they frantically selling off parts of the company before they go bust? Take one look at their customer service reviews and ask whether "the right trade-offs" include offshoring customer support.
