First two weeks of course were great but as the clock struck 12 on the 3rd week the expected happened. Download speeds dropped from 25-30MBps to 1-3MBps. Recently I have been getting KBps!

We have had a engineer in, new routers sent and done all of what’s in those articles. It seems that there’s no clear solution here.

Put through to several different departments each one telling me something different. Promised to call me back but I'm still waiting. Boost I'm paying for still not working. Instead you have to sign up & ask a 'community' your question. Total lottery who answers or whether anyone will. Not good service at all.

We did subscribe to talktalk several weeks ago and have yet, to this day, to have anything installed at our home. Yet, we are getting bills for a service we do not have.
