Those #talktalk or #BT scam phone calls that leave me seething, other than being obviously abusive, I’ve thought of 2 possibilities, say wait whilst I turn on my pc and leave ‘en hanging, or press my brass honker down the phone...

@Tractorgirl @TalkTalk @VodafoneUK My internet is so slow that when I video call a group of friends I'm unable to join in. They can't hear me and my screen keeps freezing, I can only communicate by typing in chat whilst watching them chat away to each other. I live alone, internet is so important for me to connect

@NickInEngland @TalkTalk I'd recommend @zeninternet if it's your broadband you want. Never had an issue getting through to their customer service and they're always happy to help.

@TalkTalk moving into new home. Decided to use your services. Someone in the team cancelled my order for installation. They are now telling me can’t get another appointment for 4 days!! Not a great start to a service.

  • MarianasBits
    🥬 🍓 Mariana Feijó 🍓 🥬 (@MarianasBits) reported from Hackney, England

What I want to know is who will reimburse me for the service I’m paying for while not being able to use it & who’s paying for the extra data I’m having to pay for in order to do my actual work which pays for my home & food? @TalkTalk @bt_uk (3/3)

  • MarianasBits

  • natb990
Natalie Bradley (@natb990) reported from Poplar, England

In a time where we are so reliant on our Internet connections I would discourage anyone from considering using @TalkTalk... patchy connection and impossible to get through to customer service 😡

  • imy
Imraan Sathar (@imy) reported from Poplar, England

@stfujahn @odekul @nolkeD @M1dKn1gh7 There’s already universal service obligations in place and market based regulated pricing at postcode level for Openreach - ofcom has done a relatively good job at keeping things in check - and when they don’t talktalk and sky have taken them to court because they suffer the most

  • Jones1966Lisa
lisa jones (@Jones1966Lisa) reported from Dartford, England

@TalkTalk My broadband is too slow, was on the phone for an hour why can’t TalkTalk increase the speed seeing as a majority of people are working from home

@TalkTalk when will you fix your god awful website. Takes forever to load and when trying view account setting it decides to log me out.

  • BurridgeLes12
    Burridge Les (@BurridgeLes12) reported

@TalkTalk We have been with Talktalk (AOL) for over 20+ years, and to be honest, they were never the best in the business. However, since transferring over to fibre optic in 2025, it has gone from bad to worse, and we are getting out ASAP.

  • Finias
    Finiasfinn (@Finias) reported

@TalkTalk Way way too late for that!! You should have helped every time I raised my lack of good connection and then perhaps when you lost mt service completely but claimed it was fixed!!

  • cynicalkind
    James Taylor (@cynicalkind) reported

@TalkTalk even your online help bot doesn't respond. Useless

  • graham69717
    Bill Graham (@graham69717) reported

@entrustTMF @virginmedia Only way to get good service is to use BT/Open Reach as provider; but you will pay! I have had Shell, TalkTalk and now Utility Warehouse as my contract changed hands. All equally poor in their own way. At last house, in the middle of nowhere, had BT, and never had a problem.

  • Slide2Survive
    SlidetoSurvive (@Slide2Survive) reported

@TalkTalk hi is there a reason why you have failed to fix my mother in laws phone since Christmas and have still taken her payments and now she has stopped them you send payment demands.

  • alliewillie38
    allie ♥️ (@alliewillie38) reported

@TalkTalk can you kindly let me know when your engineer is coming. No Internet since Friday lunch, purposely delaying sending an engineer whilst us being on your accessibility scheme?? Appalling customer service. The messages from your operatives have been incredibly rude.

  • lilacbeagle
    💜lilac💜 (@lilacbeagle) reported

@TalkTalk @WeAreOpenreach Tomorrow, Friday, will be our 5th day without an internet connection/broadband. It says on your website there is a problem but in the meantime we are without broadband and apps and having to use mobile data. Can you help? Elizabeth

Talktalk why is Talktalk broadband done again only beginning of this week was not working

  • bigoltiddies
    Tigol (@bigoltiddies) reported

@JU51LNS @TalkTalk It was never YOUR email, it belonged to TalkTalk and they simply rented it to you as a perk of being subscribed to their service. You've cancelled or are cancelling so they're no longer giving you a free email and instead asking you to pay. BT does/did the same. As did/does Sky. Virginmedia just straight delete the email address after 90 days. You're making a deal out of nothing. Pay the fiver a month and use the time to port out valuable emails by forwarding them to your other email then when you're confident you've got it all transferred, cancel the payment.
