How do I contact them by email. I also want to make a formal complaint. I would have thought a bereavement team would act and get things done first time to reduce distress.

You also refuse to send out an engineer which was part of the package I paid for. Useless.

We've tried every possible solution and still nothing. I've now had to move out of the house as I work from home and having WiFi connection is vital.

Never had so much trouble with broadband, the only resolution you can come up with is to give me another router (the same as I have) or CHARGE me for a super router! And today it turns out TalkTalk made errors and we have been “chatting”to SEVERAL “departments” for four hours still not sorted. This is criminal! Moving asap to a UK based one.
