-
S (@Il0vemygirls) reported from Chelmsford, England@TalkTalk Yes! I have just got off the phone from reporting the number and setting up 1472 to protect myself. This service should be made public on social media for those who are not aware of it and don't actually know where to turn. @TalkTalk #scammers @MartinSLewis @MoneySavingExp

-
Roland Armes (@roley999) reported@TalkTalk here we go again: Parents (I am the account holder) have another fault with their broadband. They’re on the vulnerable customer list. I have tried the number I was given by the chief exec team last time but am now stuck in a text/bot chat loop of doom. Please reach out.
-
Lewboy (@dbboy29) reported@TalkTalk Well hello, one for the Management Team to take on board, but a bit late now you've done the damage. There is a saying, "if it ain't broke, don't fix it", clearly one they have not recently thought about. 3:45

Jack Rtd. 🏴🇮🇨 (@jacks_almanac) reportedRe your business account people: they are the most spectacularly useless script-reading nincompoops I’ve dealt with. I cannot access my own account because you’ve decided an email I have never used is the only acceptable proof I exist. I’ve provided every piece of ID except my inside-leg measurement. You still don’t believe me. Direct Debit cancelled. Congratulations on the customer-retention masterclass.@TalkTalk
