@TalkTalk I have waited more than a week for my Internet to be activated. Two BT engineers have come and says it works. It worked for two hours and now it says connected without Internet. Your service is very shoddy and I will take this up with ombudsman?

  • adrianplummer5 adrian plummer (@adrianplummer5) reported from Billericay, England

@Christi45463861 @TalkTalk Did you resolve your issue? I’ve never tweeted but can’t see my issue being resolved in a conventional fashion. It’s crazy not being able to work from home when you’re told to work from home. Not much fun for kids being dragged into an office to download homework!

  • Livvy1984 Olivia (@Livvy1984) reported from Southend-on-Sea, England

@TalkTalk I’ve been trying to get hold of someone to cancel the engineer appointment tomorrow but the chat isn’t working and the phone number cuts me off. How can I get hold of a human being?

  • Davidp1103 David-19 (@Davidp1103) reported from Gravesend, England

@TalkTalk It would be nice if you could reduce or remove a £40 charge for an engineer who called but made no inspection of equipment, explained that Freeview channels had been altered; a fact that your customer services were not aware of, but should have known.

  • PoppiesFD Poppies FloralDesign (@PoppiesFD) reported from Chelmsford, England

@TalkTalk I bought WiFi for a property a few weeks ago that was due to go live 2 days ago, every single time the tenants call you say the system is down. You also refuse to send out an engineer which was part of the package I paid for. Useless.

  • danwalker0203 Daniel Walker (@danwalker0203) reported from Grays, England

@talktalk 2 hours on phone trying to get tv boost fixed. Put through to several different departments each one telling me something different. Promised to call me back but I'm still waiting. Boost I'm paying for still not working. I can't even cancel as your website is down!

  • Davidp1103 David-19 (@Davidp1103) reported from Gravesend, England

@TalkTalk Connecting the antenna directly to the service and bypassing the set top box gives reception so it's not the set or the aerial.

@TalkTalk Log into your router via browser on 192.168.1.1 (default) and change your primary and secondary DNS to 8.8.8.8 (Google’s) public Domain Name Server. That should resolve this TalkTalk DNS issue and get you up and running!
