    @TalkTalk already done this around 6times & every time it says it's ok. I still need to reset my router 3 to 4 times a day. I wish to cancel my contract please let me know how I can do this as your not answering the phone

    @Christi45463861 @TalkTalk Did you resolve your issue? I’ve never tweeted but can’t see my issue being resolved in a conventional fashion. It’s crazy not being able to work from home when you’re told to work from home. Not much fun for kids being dragged into an office to download homework!

    @TalkTalk I have waited more than a week for my Internet to be activated. Two BT engineers have come and says it works. It worked for two hours and now it says connected without Internet. Your service is very shoddy and I will take this up with ombudsman?

    @TalkTalk Connecting the antenna directly to the service and bypassing the set top box gives reception so it's not the set or the aerial.

    @TalkTalk We moved into a new property 8 days ago and our broadband isn't working 48 hours after it was supposedly set up. We've tried every possible solution and still nothing. I've now had to move out of the house as I work from home and having WiFi connection is vital.

    @TalkTalk It would be nice if you could reduce or remove a £40 charge for an engineer who called but made no inspection of equipment, explained that Freeview channels had been altered; a fact that your customer services were not aware of, but should have known.

    @Complyorcry @Back_Two_Mee To @TalkTalk they are okay but the broadband is not a good as VM but it's okay; it cut the monthly bill in half. I have since dropped their tv service and bought a freeview recorder. Monthly bill for broadband/phone £38

    @NickInEngland @TalkTalk I'd recommend @zeninternet if it's your broadband you want. Never had an issue getting through to their customer service and they're always happy to help.

    @TalkTalk Log into your router via browser on 192.168.1.1 (default) and change your primary and secondary DNS to 8.8.8.8 (Google’s) public Domain Name Server. That should resolve this TalkTalk DNS issue and get you up and running!

    @DavidPBMaddox @TalkTalk I'm with BT, great service.. Had Internet probs last week. BT sent me a "4G mini-hub" till engineer can sort prob (March 6th)...Mini hub works off mobile network, not phoneline...Pay a little more for BT, but the service is there when things go wrong.

    @aurylyaresin Im using TalkTalk too :( no issue streaming Jurassic World Evolution last week, but today it was having the same issue. I seem to be going between 0kps and 1500kps. running a bandwidth test sream on twitch inspector and stable at 2500kps. literally no changes outside test v live

    @TalkTalk Just had an engineer come to the house and fix two faults (one with the line and one with the socket). We're grateful to be back online again now but it's interfered with work and uni a lot since it's been about a week with no service.

    @TalkTalk absolutely shite customer service. Ordered a Internet package with TV box included and only got internet. Tried speaking with someone- bad lines and non English speaking. No one free on webchat. Fuming. I’m going to have to cancel.

    @TalkTalk @chasedcunha Yeah, Internet still on/off and when on is incredibly slow, down to 2mbps when should be averaging 67
