You also refuse to send out an engineer which was part of the package I paid for. Useless.

I’ve never tweeted but can’t see my issue being resolved in a conventional fashion. It’s crazy not being able to work from home when you’re told to work from home. How do I contact them by email. I also want to make a formal complaint. I would have thought a bereavement team would act and get things done first time to reduce distress.

We've tried every possible solution and still nothing. I've now had to move out of the house as I work from home and having WiFi connection is vital.
