We've tried every possible solution and still nothing. I've now had to move out of the house as I work from home and having WiFi connection is vital.

Never had so much trouble with broadband, the only resolution you can come up with is to give me another router (the same as I have) or CHARGE me for a super router! It worked for two hours and now it says connected without Internet. Your service is very shoddy and I will take this up with ombudsman?
