    @Christi45463861 @TalkTalk Did you resolve your issue? I’ve never tweeted but can’t see my issue being resolved in a conventional fashion. It’s crazy not being able to work from home when you’re told to work from home. Not much fun for kids being dragged into an office to download homework!

    @YardleyShooting @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup Go elsewhere. I did after they were hacked for data and I have been pestered by foreign call centres ever since. Unreliable signal.

    @talktalk 2 hours on phone trying to get tv boost fixed. Put through to several different departments each one telling me something different. Promised to call me back but I'm still waiting. Boost I'm paying for still not working. I can't even cancel as your website is down!

    @TalkTalk Hey! I’ve scoured your help forums and troubleshooting guide for fixing my powerline adaptors but there’s no answer to one of them not connecting to the internet at all. I’ve swapped them, rest them, re-paired them.. nothing. We’ve had no tv for over a week. Help please

    @TalkTalk Connecting the antenna directly to the service and bypassing the set top box gives reception so it's not the set or the aerial.

    @TalkTalk I have waited more than a week for my Internet to be activated. Two BT engineers have come and says it works. It worked for two hours and now it says connected without Internet. Your service is very shoddy and I will take this up with ombudsman?

    @Complyorcry @Back_Two_Mee To @TalkTalk they are okay but the broadband is not a good as VM but it's okay; it cut the monthly bill in half. I have since dropped their tv service and bought a freeview recorder. Monthly bill for broadband/phone £38

    @TalkTalk Log into your router via browser on 192.168.1.1 (default) and change your primary and secondary DNS to 8.8.8.8 (Google’s) public Domain Name Server. That should resolve this TalkTalk DNS issue and get you up and running!

    @TalkTalk already done this around 6times & every time it says it's ok. I still need to reset my router 3 to 4 times a day. I wish to cancel my contract please let me know how I can do this as your not answering the phone

    @TalkTalk I bought WiFi for a property a few weeks ago that was due to go live 2 days ago, every single time the tenants call you say the system is down. You also refuse to send out an engineer which was part of the package I paid for. Useless.

    @TalkTalk It would be nice if you could reduce or remove a £40 charge for an engineer who called but made no inspection of equipment, explained that Freeview channels had been altered; a fact that your customer services were not aware of, but should have known.

    @bendjmercer @TalkTalk Indeed they are. Last month they charged me twice for the same line ( Engineers visit). After spending an hour on their chat service, they said they will refund . No refund after a week. Had to spend another hour to get it right. They don’t value your time

    @TalkTalk Please could you let me know how to cancel my contract with @talktalk? Have tried 2 live chats taking 30 mins each and 2 phone calls of 30 mins and 40 mins on hold. I have moved to another supplier which is working brilliantly and yet can't cancel my account with @talktalk

    @TalkTalk I have no internet connection. I have returned home from 2 weeks holiday and my router has a solid orange light and there is no internet. I have been told it will take 2/3 days to resolve which is not acceptable. I have been a customer for 10 years. Please advise

    @TalkTalk I'm not a customer but have found a TalkTalk TV plus box. How can I get a return package sent to me. Calling TalkTalk doesn't help as I don't have a TalkTalk account or number. Any suggestions?
