    @TalkTalk I have waited more than a week for my Internet to be activated. Two BT engineers have come and says it works. It worked for two hours and now it says connected without Internet. Your service is very shoddy and I will take this up with ombudsman?

    Having a @TalkTalk kind of day. You know, the one where you spend 2 and a half hours chatting to tech support. Get cut off 3 times and then they go with the ‘reboot your laptop’ line. Painful.

    @TalkTalk Log into your router via browser on 192.168.1.1 (default) and change your primary and secondary DNS to 8.8.8.8 (Google’s) public Domain Name Server. That should resolve this TalkTalk DNS issue and get you up and running!

    @Christi45463861 @TalkTalk Did you resolve your issue? I’ve never tweeted but can’t see my issue being resolved in a conventional fashion. It’s crazy not being able to work from home when you’re told to work from home. Not much fun for kids being dragged into an office to download homework!

    @TalkTalk We moved into a new property 8 days ago and our broadband isn't working 48 hours after it was supposedly set up. We've tried every possible solution and still nothing. I've now had to move out of the house as I work from home and having WiFi connection is vital.

    @TalkTalk Hey! I’ve scoured your help forums and troubleshooting guide for fixing my powerline adaptors but there’s no answer to one of them not connecting to the internet at all. I’ve swapped them, rest them, re-paired them.. nothing. We’ve had no tv for over a week. Help please

    @TalkTalk I have spent over 3 hours talking to them on and off over 6 months and the issue is still not settled. How do I contact them by email. I also want to make a formal complaint. I would have thought a bereavement team would act and get things done first time to reduce distress.

    @TalkTalk My partner has been on the phone to you multiple times but can we not just have an engineer visit the property to sort this out? I must admit first impressions of your service are shocking. Surely you can do better than this?

    @Complyorcry @Back_Two_Mee To @TalkTalk they are okay but the broadband is not a good as VM but it's okay; it cut the monthly bill in half. I have since dropped their tv service and bought a freeview recorder. Monthly bill for broadband/phone £38

    @TalkTalk Connecting the antenna directly to the service and bypassing the set top box gives reception so it's not the set or the aerial.

    @TalkTalk Lol you offered me the same service for less when It was clear I was leaving... TalkTalk basically drove a loyal customer away to another ISP for no good reason really if they were able to leave my agreement in place or offer an improvement on the service I was already paying for

    @TalkTalk atrocious customer service. I have started 3 live chats today only to be frozen out of it and also made 3 phone calls only to be ignored and the line goes dead after waiting about 30 minutes. Issue still not sorted. Disgraceful

    @TalkTalk your tech support is absolute garbage, been sitting for an hour on call to sort out wi-fi connectivity to be told they're doing the same tests they've already done several times. Unreliable signal throughout my whole house and every "fix" doesn't help. Laughable company

    Incidently while trying to load TalkTalk website tonight I was totally unable to open it, all it was doing was clocking, so I was unable to contact customer services. There has been no improvement in our internet service since going live on the 16th April 2021. @TalkTalk
