I am tweeting to warn others, that this organisation is the most incompetent company I have ever dealt with. Zero customer service, passing you between dept. only to drop the calls. I would recommend that you use 2 tin cans and string before deciding to switch to @TalkTalk.

@CateSevilla @virginmedia They then tried to fine me for not sending their 'hub' back and refused to refund the house move cost I'd paid a few months earlier. So so incompetent! SO stressful when all of us work from home too. I moved to TalkTalk & is cheaper and no problems so far, at least :)

@RDodsworth1 @TalkTalk Thanks Rebecca, I changed accounts 9 months ago, yet still even after an Ofcom complaint was upheld, they are still coming after her. I have a full audit trail, so if they want to take her to court, they will lose.

@TalkTalk I cancelled with them on Wednesday as my contract had been up for a couple of months now they then sent an email saying I had a bill to pay of £58 they can piss off,one of the worse broadbands I’ve ever had and terrible service when trying to get help

@TalkTalk you have a problem I've had no Internet now for the last 4hours I've done all the checks listed on your Web site and all the tests and it says there is no problem but clearly there is only 2 lights on the router light up tried to contact you but no joy what can I do?
