@TalkTalk having problems with missing channels, particularly Freesports and BBC Four HD and Quest HD .Guide suggests channel retune but this doesn't help and neither does rebooting internet. Help please!

Wow. Reported internet issues to @TalkTalk at 10am, had an @OpenreachHelp engineer turn up at 4pm to fix the problem. Same day!! Luke, my engineer, was a real delight and tried everything he could to help. 🤞 seems to be fixed now 🤞 you've saved me a lot of stress, thank you!

@TalkTalk - so despite touching nothing I can receive NO aerial tv channels. All connections checked and rebooting makes no difference. Not the first time I have had issues with service.. Sort this out @talktalk or I suspend my payments to you.

@CateSevilla @virginmedia They then tried to fine me for not sending their 'hub' back and refused to refund the house move cost I'd paid a few months earlier. So so incompetent! SO stressful when all of us work from home too. I moved to TalkTalk & is cheaper and no problems so far, at least :)

The service my sister has received from @TalkTalk has been shocking. No proper installation of router, multiple routers being sent to her apartment in error and scheduled re-installation staff not showing up to fix the issue. TalkTalk charged her for an unused service. Appalling.

@Ofcom @TalkTalk , so after 7months of internet not working correctly talktalk cancelling 1 complaint another appointment booked they rang and hung up , then next time rang up at wrong time leaving a message on my mobile...Is anyone listening??

@TalkTalk Make it so my wifi isn't running so slow, I'm paying £28 a month for it and despite my PlayStation saying the wifi is at 70mbs it feels slower than when I first had it installed

@TalkTalk @TalkTalk My issue is that the router does not allow you to use symbols in the WiFi password. Only letters and numbers. The firmware appears to be from 2018. None of this is secure. Do you have a new firmware where this is fixed or do I need to source another router/provider?

Internet update! TalkTalk ****** up somewhere so they're having to send the guy back tomorrow, which means we may not have service again till Sunday. Which means no Revisitation today. Attempted to see if I could do it on my phone, but it's just too fiddly editing a site on it.
