@TalkTalk Ok so still not working. Router light turned from white to orange about 10:15pm last night and not back. Have tried resetting router, unplugging all wires and plugging back in, and plugging directly into test socket. No change with any of that.

Hey @talktalk you’ve got the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Literally all of your contact options lead to dead ends. Don’t like to dig companies out but you deserve a special mention. I’ve been trying to get hold of you in every conceivable way for 2 hours now.

@TalkTalk already done this around 6times & every time it says it's ok. I still need to reset my router 3 to 4 times a day. I wish to cancel my contract please let me know how I can do this as your not answering the phone

@TalkTalk Hey! I’ve scoured your help forums and troubleshooting guide for fixing my powerline adaptors but there’s no answer to one of them not connecting to the internet at all. I’ve swapped them, rest them, re-paired them.. nothing. We’ve had no tv for over a week. Help please

@PoliceScotland Unfortunately this is the way of the worls now. I have my 87 year Mother trained in the 2 word command for the call scammers. I have talktalk blocker on house phone. Obviously a different issue than texts but if your demented or fam member is being pestered its an option.

@TalkTalk @MoneyTelegraph no internet for coming up 2 weeks. 2 engineer visits. Several hours on phone and chat line. Nothing. We told you on Thursday that the fault is outside the house. Still you send an engineer to check inside. Worst provider.

@TalkTalk I've spent over an hour with your online chat as my Youview box is not picking up any terrestrial channels (normal TV is picking these up already) over an hour waiting and the best they have come up with is turn it on and off. An hour for that? Why is my box not working
