    @TalkTalk certainly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. You don't even talk talk.. You simply send me round in circles on messages. A whole day spent trying to get a simple change made to my account details. Disgraceful

    @DeeBeeFree @TalkTalk It’s an area fraught with problems. Any recommendation for someone else can be countered with horror stories about same provider My experience has been EE. been with them thru at least 3 mergers over 15+ years. Have had several hissy fits However

    Hey @talktalk you’ve got the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Literally all of your contact options lead to dead ends. Don’t like to dig companies out but you deserve a special mention. I’ve been trying to get hold of you in every conceivable way for 2 hours now.

    @pugpugvw1 @fmwales It is slow enough as it is with the extra demands from the wfh & online learning. Even @talktalk have admitted that & invest in more broadband. Raising prices £2 per month to pay for it. Luckily on a fixed contract for now. Hidded joys of business reliance on home broadband.
