Hey @talktalk you’ve got the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Literally all of your contact options lead to dead ends. Don’t like to dig companies out but you deserve a special mention. I’ve been trying to get hold of you in every conceivable way for 2 hours now.

@DeeBeeFree @TalkTalk It’s an area fraught with problems. Any recommendation for someone else can be countered with horror stories about same provider My experience has been EE. been with them thru at least 3 mergers over 15+ years. Have had several hissy fits However

@chrislewispics @TalkTalk It would appear so, no access to my emails since yesterday morning, they said it should be fixed tomorrow, quite a few customers have the same problem, it’s not good enough this day & age,hospitals use emails to contact patients !

@TalkTalk Why hasn't this been posted on your website which still says all is well? I've wasted far too much time messing with email clients, trying to login to forum (needs password reset which is done by email 😱) and googling the problem. Appalling lack of communication on your website
