Hey @talktalk you’ve got the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Literally all of your contact options lead to dead ends. Don’t like to dig companies out but you deserve a special mention. I’ve been trying to get hold of you in every conceivable way for 2 hours now.

@TalkTalk refused to fix mums internet. REFUSED. Paying £40 a month with no internet for a year and no service = BYE BYE! Switching service to someone who actually sends someone out to fix issues...
