Put through to several different departments each one telling me something different. Promised to call me back but I'm still waiting. Boost I'm paying for still not working. I can't even cancel as your website is down!

I would've just upgraded with them but instead I'm moving to @VodafoneUK who've been great and will cancel TT for me.

Never had so much trouble with broadband, the only resolution you can come up with is to give me another router (the same as I have) or CHARGE me for a super router! BT have already confirmed there is no fault!!! No wonder you are so cheap! π‘

The last time was 3rd Nov but an engingeer did not turn up. I was told somebody was coming tomorrow but yesterday this has again changed... Help!
