It worked for two hours and now it says connected without Internet. Your service is very shoddy and I will take this up with ombudsman?

You also refuse to send out an engineer which was part of the package I paid for. Useless.

They can't hear me and my screen keeps freezing, I can only communicate by typing in chat whilst watching them chat away to each other. I live alone, internet is so important for me to connect

How do I contact them by email. I also want to make a formal complaint. I would have thought a bereavement team would act and get things done first time to reduce distress.

Online search says there's no issues but it's down over a wide area. At least support the people who pay for this service correctly.

I would've just upgraded with them but instead I'm moving to @VodafoneUK who've been great and will cancel TT for me.

I’ve never tweeted but can’t see my issue being resolved in a conventional fashion. It’s crazy not being able to work from home when you’re told to work from home. She cannot receive or make calls on her landline, and she’s on the priority register as she has an alarm dependent on the landline. I was spoken to awfully by CS, who cut me off and shouted at me. Talktalk worked over cityfibre and regularly had random outages their end. Vodafone also on cityfibre. No problems so far. There was one outage but that was explained.
