@TalkTalk It would be nice if you could reduce or remove a £40 charge for an engineer who called but made no inspection of equipment, explained that Freeview channels had been altered; a fact that your customer services were not aware of, but should have known.

@e_therp @TalkTalk That is disgusting. You need to switch providers ASAP. May I recommend @zeninternet? A local company,well established,recruit locally (from Lancashire) predominantly. I use them & recommend them to all my clients. Support & service second to none. Not the cheapest but great value

@e_therp @TalkTalk @zeninternet Talk Talk are not a company I would recommend, their outsourcing overseas of so much of their work, losing so many customers personal details, and general lack of support for the UK, using us as cash cows, really puts me off. Zen have always been Lancashire based.
