I’ve had such problems with my @TalkTalk internet connection for nearly the past week! Nothing from 07/08 til 10/08 with promises of updates via text when reconnection will happen....NOTHING! Intermittent connection & out for hours at a time since then!! Absolute joke! 😡

Tells you how bad @TalkTalk are when agent can't put you through to complaints team as they're too busy... Manager supposed to call back 6 hrs ago.Instead they sent a text with complaints ref number... already wasted 5 hrs, ******* garbage!! 10 yrs of this **** bigger fool me!

1) I understand now, people's frustration with @talktalk. If only you could just log a fault! Chat route, details, checks, power down etc then wait! No internet, limited phone data! End chat, go back later, start all over again, no record of your problem!
