I would've just upgraded with them but instead I'm moving to @VodafoneUK who've been great and will cancel TT for me.

I’ve never tweeted but can’t see my issue being resolved in a conventional fashion. It’s crazy not being able to work from home when you’re told to work from home. Not much fun for kids being dragged into an office to download homework!

You also refuse to send out an engineer which was part of the package I paid for. Useless.

Put through to several different departments each one telling me something different. Promised to call me back but I'm still waiting. Boost I'm paying for still not working. They can't hear me and my screen keeps freezing, I can only communicate by typing in chat whilst watching them chat away to each other. I live alone, internet is so important for me to connect

I’ve swapped them, rest them, re-paired them.. nothing. We’ve had no tv for over a week. Help please
