The router is connecting to the net, devices are not connecting to the net but are linked to the router. Devices telling me it's a DNS and wifi issue. No help.

Online search says there's no issues but it's down over a wide area. At least support the people who pay for this service correctly.

How do I contact them by email. I also want to make a formal complaint. I would have thought a bereavement team would act and get things done first time to reduce distress.

Put through to several different departments each one telling me something different. Promised to call me back but I'm still waiting. Boost I'm paying for still not working. My daughter joined at same time but has been with Virgin and Sky since and had nothing but trouble. I’m hoping my luck carries on, but you never know 🤞
