    @talktalk 2 hours on phone trying to get tv boost fixed. Put through to several different departments each one telling me something different. Promised to call me back but I'm still waiting. Boost I'm paying for still not working. I can't even cancel as your website is down!

    I’ve had such problems with my @TalkTalk internet connection for nearly the past week! Nothing from 07/08 til 10/08 with promises of updates via text when reconnection will happen....NOTHING! Intermittent connection & out for hours at a time since then!! Absolute joke! 😡

    @jules0455 @virginmedia We had no landline for 5 weeks,6 days..We just were told there was a problem at the exchange..But it seemed it was just our property..In the end Hubby told TalkTalk just what they could do,& it was resolved in 3 days...Very frustrating..Try to stay calm..💕x

    @TalkTalk I bought WiFi for a property a few weeks ago that was due to go live 2 days ago, every single time the tenants call you say the system is down. You also refuse to send out an engineer which was part of the package I paid for. Useless.

    @TalkTalk awful service. Renewed my contract in Nov. told I needed a new router for which I had to pay ONLY for delivery. I checked my recent bill in December and I have been charged £50. Contacted Cust Serv and they gave me credit on the 27th Dec via mail. Now been charged £50!

    @TalkTalk help! Accidentally opted out of free full fibre upgrade. Would like line upgraded but to stay on current contract. "You won’t pay any more than you do today and your contract will remain unchanged." Accidentally hit the opt out and not getting anywhere with cust service

    40 minutes on the phone to @TalkTalk and have told 7 people that I want to cancel my phone and broadband because we're not using it. You pass me from cancellations to home movers and back. I'm not moving home, I just want to cancel. ANd now you've hung up on me after 45 mins
