Put through to several different departments each one telling me something different. Promised to call me back but I'm still waiting. Boost I'm paying for still not working. I can't even cancel as your website is down!

You also refuse to send out an engineer which was part of the package I paid for. Useless.

I would've just upgraded with them but instead I'm moving to @VodafoneUK who've been great and will cancel TT for me.

The best review an ISP can ever get is someone who used to work for them leaving and not saying their network is crap. (I worked for Sky BB and TalkTalk in the past. Sky BB is probably the best without going for crazy business-focused accounts).
