Put through to several different departments each one telling me something different. Promised to call me back but I'm still waiting. Boost I'm paying for still not working. A failed businessman who treated his workers like dirt. He kept the profits from his stores rather than investing in them, crucially in IT. Dido failed to invest to keep her customers safe. As a former TalkTalk customer I never had secure email.

EE couldnt do more to help me when TalkTalk treated me badly after DECADES with them. Even claimed my wi fi was working when not and that they would cut my phone line off when not linked!!

Pratab Ali (@pratab_a) reported@DrMarianaClaire @TalkTalk I left talktalk in March 2025 best decision I made. Price increase £35 for 75M. Moved to Vodafone £25 for 150M. Talktalk worked over cityfibre and regularly had random outages their end. Vodafone also on cityfibre. No problems so far. There was one outage but that was explained.
