You also refuse to send out an engineer which was part of the package I paid for. Useless.

A failed businessman who treated his workers like dirt. He kept the profits from his stores rather than investing in them, crucially in IT. Dido failed to invest to keep her customers safe. I would've just upgraded with them but instead I'm moving to @VodafoneUK who've been great and will cancel TT for me.
