    @Christi45463861 @TalkTalk Did you resolve your issue? I’ve never tweeted but can’t see my issue being resolved in a conventional fashion. It’s crazy not being able to work from home when you’re told to work from home. Not much fun for kids being dragged into an office to download homework!

    @Tractorgirl @TalkTalk @VodafoneUK If that happens I'll just cancel my dd and accept a number change. I don't understand how one of the biggest broadband companies don't have the technology to move their staff to home working and continue operating.

    Wow. Reported internet issues to @TalkTalk at 10am, had an @OpenreachHelp engineer turn up at 4pm to fix the problem. Same day!! Luke, my engineer, was a real delight and tried everything he could to help. 🤞 seems to be fixed now 🤞 you've saved me a lot of stress, thank you!

    @TalkTalk Log into your router via browser on 192.168.1.1 (default) and change your primary and secondary DNS to 8.8.8.8 (Google’s) public Domain Name Server. That should resolve this TalkTalk DNS issue and get you up and running!

    @TalkTalk already done this around 6times & every time it says it's ok. I still need to reset my router 3 to 4 times a day. I wish to cancel my contract please let me know how I can do this as your not answering the phone

    @talktalk #talktalk I am astounded. No Internet for the 4th week day and the customer service is a recorded message saying they are closed due to the virus!!

    @RSdriver00 @TalkTalk That is very poor. Never been with them, but heard a few tales. Best way is to find new provider and they will migrate across. When I left Virgin I went back to BT 6 years ago now, was the best decision, but varies a lot depending on post code. Good luck!

    @Tractorgirl @TalkTalk It's crazy, their message is that they're not running those services because of covid which suggests they haven't managed to make the move to working from home. I would've just upgraded with them but instead I'm moving to @VodafoneUK who've been great and will cancel TT for me.

    @Tractorgirl @TalkTalk @VodafoneUK My internet is so slow that when I video call a group of friends I'm unable to join in. They can't hear me and my screen keeps freezing, I can only communicate by typing in chat whilst watching them chat away to each other. I live alone, internet is so important for me to connect

    @TalkTalk Hey! I’ve scoured your help forums and troubleshooting guide for fixing my powerline adaptors but there’s no answer to one of them not connecting to the internet at all. I’ve swapped them, rest them, re-paired them.. nothing. We’ve had no tv for over a week. Help please

    @TalkTalk @_remajn I have been through all the DM route. Out of contract, Talktalk confirmed this and confirmed no more payments would be taken, yet again this month the normal bill email appears. Told again to call the customer service number........hopeless.

    Three network- You pay peanuts, you die in a terrible incident. Seriously though - I've worked on mobile phone networks for over 20 years and would never touch Three, no matter how cheap (same goes for TalkTalk landlines too)

They increased my month subscription from £24 to £35.36 (punishment for leaving there network OUT OF CONTRACT!) AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

    @MJ19992576 @TalkTalk Same situation for me. I have never had a service !!! Talk talk blamed city fibre city fibre blamed talk talk. No Internet connect ever and now l am receiving emails demanding payment.
