@TalkTalk I have waited more than a week for my Internet to be activated. Two BT engineers have come and says it works. It worked for two hours and now it says connected without Internet. Your service is very shoddy and I will take this up with ombudsman?

@TalkTalk It would be nice if you could reduce or remove a £40 charge for an engineer who called but made no inspection of equipment, explained that Freeview channels had been altered; a fact that your customer services were not aware of, but should have known.

Anyone else think @TalkTalk internet is completely subpar, also cutting my internet in the middle of the day having to wait for it to come online up to 24 hours while working at home. Just let me cancel early and get a good ISP.

@TalkTalk Already addressed things with the retention team this morning. We are leaving on Monday. The scam calls are just the tip of a very very large iceberg of shocking internet and none existent customer services. We have signed up to a new provider.
