@Christi45463861 @TalkTalk Did you resolve your issue? I’ve never tweeted but can’t see my issue being resolved in a conventional fashion. It’s crazy not being able to work from home when you’re told to work from home. Not much fun for kids being dragged into an office to download homework!

Wow. Reported internet issues to @TalkTalk at 10am, had an @OpenreachHelp engineer turn up at 4pm to fix the problem. Same day!! Luke, my engineer, was a real delight and tried everything he could to help. 🤞 seems to be fixed now 🤞 you've saved me a lot of stress, thank you!

@TalkTalk You are overcharging my father-in-law - absolute joke when you can’t get in touch! Signed him on a new contract without him really understanding & now we cannot get in touch at all 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬Phone lines are not open at the moment. Terrible customer service!!!!

@TalkTalk I have waited more than a week for my Internet to be activated. Two BT engineers have come and says it works. It worked for two hours and now it says connected without Internet. Your service is very shoddy and I will take this up with ombudsman?

@CateSevilla @virginmedia They then tried to fine me for not sending their 'hub' back and refused to refund the house move cost I'd paid a few months earlier. So so incompetent! SO stressful when all of us work from home too. I moved to TalkTalk & is cheaper and no problems so far, at least :)

@TalkTalk It would be nice if you could reduce or remove a £40 charge for an engineer who called but made no inspection of equipment, explained that Freeview channels had been altered; a fact that your customer services were not aware of, but should have known.

@TalkTalk Connecting the antenna directly to the service and bypassing the set top box gives reception so it's not the set or the aerial.

@TalkTalk Log into your router via browser on 192.168.1.1 (default) and change your primary and secondary DNS to 8.8.8.8 (Google’s) public Domain Name Server. That should resolve this TalkTalk DNS issue and get you up and running!

Hi @NHS_Lothian the telephone exchange for Astley Ainsley seems to be down, the department numbers don't work, nor does the switchboard 0131 537 9000. Tried from Talktalk, BT and Tesco Mobile networks. Hope everything is OK?

@TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup Internet connection drops, working from home impossible.customer advisor insisted on sending replacement router that engineer already replaced few days ago. Problem not resolved. Proposed to monitor the line for 24 hrs, deaf hears.

@TalkTalk for 3 hours now I have been trying to resolve the issue where you are trying to steal money from me with false charges. 7 different people on 4 different chats where each time you have disconnected. Tried calling but when I advise its a complaint you decide your closed
