    @Tractorgirl @TalkTalk It's crazy, their message is that they're not running those services because of covid which suggests they haven't managed to make the move to working from home. I would've just upgraded with them but instead I'm moving to @VodafoneUK who've been great and will cancel TT for me.

    @TalkTalk Log into your router via browser on 192.168.1.1 (default) and change your primary and secondary DNS to 8.8.8.8 (Google’s) public Domain Name Server. That should resolve this TalkTalk DNS issue and get you up and running!

    @TalkTalk Hey! I’ve scoured your help forums and troubleshooting guide for fixing my powerline adaptors but there’s no answer to one of them not connecting to the internet at all. I’ve swapped them, rest them, re-paired them.. nothing. We’ve had no tv for over a week. Help please

    @RSdriver00 @TalkTalk That is very poor. Never been with them, but heard a few tales. Best way is to find new provider and they will migrate across. When I left Virgin I went back to BT 6 years ago now, was the best decision, but varies a lot depending on post code. Good luck!

    @Tractorgirl @TalkTalk @VodafoneUK If that happens I'll just cancel my dd and accept a number change. I don't understand how one of the biggest broadband companies don't have the technology to move their staff to home working and continue operating.

    @TalkTalk already done this around 6times & every time it says it's ok. I still need to reset my router 3 to 4 times a day. I wish to cancel my contract please let me know how I can do this as your not answering the phone

    @TalkTalk My broadband is too slow, was on the phone for an hour why can’t TalkTalk increase the speed seeing as a majority of people are working from home

    @Tractorgirl @TalkTalk @VodafoneUK My internet is so slow that when I video call a group of friends I'm unable to join in. They can't hear me and my screen keeps freezing, I can only communicate by typing in chat whilst watching them chat away to each other. I live alone, internet is so important for me to connect

    @TalkTalk Takes 32 minutes with the bereavement team.Then they sell you a new service without telling you all the costs.Then they tell you you can complain via Twitter. 30 minutes of that does not work. Then an hour and 20 minutes on chat which again they say you can complain on

    @TalkTalk what a bloody shambles . WiFi been down 4 days and still not rectified! Apparently problem was fixed 2 days ago but obviously it wasn't . Now it's been handed up to someone else so god knows what's going on. Oh and compensation? Pah!

    @TalkTalk I've got 15 messages now from 10 different people and the OpenReach person fixed the cable and managed to get us a new TalkTalk router but 4 days later still no internet. We work from home and would like it to work tomorrow... How can you help us?

    @TalkTalk Sort it out, Internet keeps going down every day. I work from home and can't do things when your service is this bad. Honestly going to move to a new provider soon, TalkTalk is absolutely useless.
