You also refuse to send out an engineer which was part of the package I paid for. Useless.

I would've just upgraded with them but instead I'm moving to @VodafoneUK who've been great and will cancel TT for me.

The router is connecting to the net, devices are not connecting to the net but are linked to the router. Devices telling me it's a DNS and wifi issue. No help.

Put through to several different departments each one telling me something different. Promised to call me back but I'm still waiting. Boost I'm paying for still not working. I have had Shell, TalkTalk and now Utility Warehouse as my contract changed hands. All equally poor in their own way. At last house, in the middle of nowhere, had BT, and never had a problem.
