I’ve had such problems with my @TalkTalk internet connection for nearly the past week! Nothing from 07/08 til 10/08 with promises of updates via text when reconnection will happen....NOTHING! Intermittent connection & out for hours at a time since then!! Absolute joke! 😡

@TalkTalk Internet speed when connected isn't the issue, it's more that for significant periods of time the internet light on my router is either red or off rather than green - so during those times the speed is 0 because it's not connected.

@TalkTalk Ok so still not working. Router light turned from white to orange about 10:15pm last night and not back. Have tried resetting router, unplugging all wires and plugging back in, and plugging directly into test socket. No change with any of that.

@TalkTalk Internet down in SP5. Spent over an hour trying to chat with your online support, who was useless. After 25 mins of holding, I’ve been on the phone to support for an hour - still no fixed, no idea what the problem is, and no engineer until Monday. Awful.

@TalkTalk Either every single one of your customers have decided to simultaneously remove their microfilters/turn off the router/change their connection settings..or..the problem is at your end. How about an acknowledgement that there is a widespread issue, and a timeline for a remedy???
