Mark Bright (@MarkBright1982) reported from Maidstone, England@TalkTalk Internet speed when connected isn't the issue, it's more that for significant periods of time the internet light on my router is either red or off rather than green - so during those times the speed is 0 because it's not connected.

Nothing from 07/08 til 10/08 with promises of updates via text when reconnection will happen....NOTHING! Intermittent connection & out for hours at a time since then!! Absolute joke! 😡

Have tried resetting router, unplugging all wires and plugging back in, and plugging directly into test socket. No change with any of that.

In the last 2 days I’ve spoken to them 8 times and was promised 5 call backs that never happened. Today it got so frustrating it left me in tears. I’ve now cancelled and switched to BT.
