    @TalkTalk Ok so still not working. Router light turned from white to orange about 10:15pm last night and not back. Have tried resetting router, unplugging all wires and plugging back in, and plugging directly into test socket. No change with any of that.

    @TalkTalk unbelievable that you can leave 2 vulnerable adults without a working phone and not send anyone round there. Don’t bother replying as I’m switching my service

    I’ve had such problems with my @TalkTalk internet connection for nearly the past week! Nothing from 07/08 til 10/08 with promises of updates via text when reconnection will happen....NOTHING! Intermittent connection & out for hours at a time since then!! Absolute joke! 😡

    @TalkTalk good morning, I’m trying to cancel my order with you but have been on hold several times. I appreciate that times are challenging right now, but my appointment to start is Monday 6th & it’d be great to be able to let you know so the engineer doesn’t waste a trip!

    @TalkTalk Log into your router via browser on 192.168.1.1 (default) and change your primary and secondary DNS to 8.8.8.8 (Google’s) public Domain Name Server. That should resolve this TalkTalk DNS issue and get you up and running!

    @TalkTalk Internet speed when connected isn't the issue, it's more that for significant periods of time the internet light on my router is either red or off rather than green - so during those times the speed is 0 because it's not connected.

    @TalkTalk Nope switched to @SkyUK who can provide a great service instead of your company who can’t leaving a elderly pensioner the way your company did is a disgrace

    @KeithSNewman @TalkTalk It's to install full fibre (i work at home have seen openreach installing fibre in neighbourhood) but we also never asked for it and can't find any info about it including if it costs anything. Why they forcing it on us? Would you be able to let me know what they say? The cheek.

    Nice one @TalkTalk we've had no Internet for 9 days and the issue is no closer to being resolved? We were told by an engineer a field team were required to switch our ports as that may be the issue. Your call team have been useless and were told...

    @TalkTalk HOURS AND HOURS on a phone to get wifi I signed up for 20 days prior but they have limitations to their job and can’t seem to help , even though they are CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! STAY WELL CLEAR FROM THIS COMPANY MY ANXIETY IS LEVEL 100 WITH THEM

    was changed. It’s really **** because having to cancel my mum in the first place was horrible, like erasing her existence. I’m sat her trying to sort it out yet again and I’m really pissed off and just want to say that I would never recommend @TalkTalk to anyone! Rant over 😡
