@TalkTalk thank you for suggesting via customer service agents, that I was ‘confused’. Over 30 mins wasted with no resolutions or explanations. Appalling service to a customer of over 10 years.

@TalkTalk Yes, apparently TV is now no longer free, but I've been billed before notification, I also have multiroom but have to buy a box, so I am paying for a service I can't use

@TalkTalk Cancelled my account 8th Aug, get email confirmation that it will be cancelled on 9th Sept. Today I receive a bill for all September. Support tell me that my name isn't on the termination "spreadsheet" even though TalkTalk sent an email confirming account end date.

@TalkTalk Well thanks, that's another two hours on my time wasted,...waiting for your to call me! Along with the 10 hours already spent talking and messaging you to resolve this fault. Disgusting service, 13 days now with no Internet...cancel my contract!
