  • GiffordNick Nick Gifford (@GiffordNick) reported from Findon, England

@TalkTalk So finally cancelled the contract and but still no compensation. So I paid for a service I never had from the 12 August and 3 half days waiting for engineers that were never booked and hours of phone calls . Can you please sort this

  • GiffordNick Nick Gifford (@GiffordNick) reported from Findon, England

@TalkTalk Yes as long as they don’t put the phone down again

  • Declankalli98 That'seasy (@Declankalli98) reported from Bognor Regis, England

@TalkTalk We pay for a service. If you are not providing the service than why am I paying. Another day without Internet and forget you're useless online agents who take 3 hours and still don't resolve the issue.

  • irvinbalagosa Irvin Balagosa (@irvinbalagosa) reported from Chichester, England

Anyone around Chichester on @TalkTalk? They recently asked us to continue with an 18 month contract named Fibre 65 (boasts a 65mbps promise) and apparently this can only achieve up to 35 mbps. I find that unacceptable and false marketing. Anyone having the same issue?

  • SavvySarahSPM Savvy Sarah (Sarah Harvey) (@SavvySarahSPM) reported from Chichester, England

@JWebbConsulting @TalkTalk I know BT gets a bad press but our broadband is very fast and reliable. Not the cheapest but rarely gives us problems.

  • CTIDBen Ben Jordan (@CTIDBen) reported from Chichester, England

Anyone else having problems with TalkTalk. I have had no internet for 3 days now. Finding it really difficult to log into my account. Keeps kicking me out if I’m luck to get in it. Spoke to an agent via message but not resolved . #talktalk

  • CTIDBen Ben Jordan (@CTIDBen) reported from Chichester, England

@TalkTalk My phone line has not worked for 6 months. You apparently sent an engineer out a few months ago but still not working. Now my WiFi is 5 times the speed it should be. I am a key worker and start in the community response team tomorrow and need a stable connection.

  • boshamBaker suzanna mashal (@boshamBaker) reported from Bosham, England

@TalkTalk thank you for suggesting via customer service agents, that I was ‘confused’. Over 30 mins wasted with no resolutions or explanations. Appalling service to a customer of over 10 years.

  • Karlross11 Karl (@Karlross11) reported from Chichester, England

@TalkTalk Yes, apparently TV is now no longer free, but I've been billed before notification, I also have multiroom but have to buy a box, so I am paying for a service I can't use

@TalkTalk wifi down intermittently all day in NW2. Please advise when it will be fixed

  • easygoing48 easygoing48 (@easygoing48) reported

Absolutely no surprise. Ofcom releases latest stats for broadband complaints it received between October & December 2022. 1. Shell Energy 2. Vodafone 3. TalkTalk 4. Virgin Media. Not only are Vodafone useless they also deliberately ignore an are greedy for customer’s money

  • Vecnaria Vecnaria Yamaoka (@Vecnaria) reported

@TalkTalk i pay for 900 down 100 up and i only get 100 max. Pure fluctuations too on full fibre. Aint that fun?

  • Jesss_Chels Jess ⭐️⭐️ (@Jesss_Chels) reported

@TalkTalk I have called your customer service line and got it sorted now Thanks

  • ingridtorjesen Ingrid Torjesen (@ingridtorjesen) reported

If I’ve got standard broadband with @TalkTalk and they are not providing a useable service despite acknowledging I’m overpaying why would It be any better if I locked myself in to a long-term contract with them.

  • ingridtorjesen Ingrid Torjesen (@ingridtorjesen) reported

@Ofcom if @TalkTalk can’t provide a decent service can I expect a decent service from another provider using the same copper lines. Logically I think not so I’m hesitant to lock myself in with anyone

  • ingridtorjesen Ingrid Torjesen (@ingridtorjesen) reported

@Ofcom i’ve been with @TalkTalk for about 20 years are they not obligated to provide me with a broadband service that works without me having to pay for an engineer to look at it or lock myself in to an even more expensive deal

  • ingridtorjesen Ingrid Torjesen (@ingridtorjesen) reported

@Ofcom @TalkTalk say they will send an engineer but I will have to pay £75 if they can’t find the problem. They’ve sent an engineer before who hasn’t been able to find a problem. He said I needed to sign up to fibre

  • ingridtorjesen Ingrid Torjesen (@ingridtorjesen) reported

@Ofcom I’m being charged £50+ a month. My internet drops out constantly and I can’t stream, use zoom or upload files. @TalkTalk imply that because I have not locked myself in to a fixed contact they don’t have to fix it. Is this right?

  • preshous99 michelle preshous (@preshous99) reported

@sophiejb_x @TalkTalk Mine as been down for a couple of hours
