    @TalkTalk thank you for suggesting via customer service agents, that I was ‘confused’. Over 30 mins wasted with no resolutions or explanations. Appalling service to a customer of over 10 years.

    @TalkTalk Yes, apparently TV is now no longer free, but I've been billed before notification, I also have multiroom but have to buy a box, so I am paying for a service I can't use

    Is anyone else having problems with the changes in @TalkTalk TV service from TV Boosts to NOW packages? After a week, they still cannot provide what I asked for, & I’m now in a circular discussion with them. I’ve even escalated this to their CEO #talktalk

    @slightlydotty @TalkTalk My family had major issues with TalkTalk as well. It was virtually impossible to get them to change a name from a Maiden name to a married one. But we got there eventually.
