    @TalkTalk thank you for suggesting via customer service agents, that I was ‘confused’. Over 30 mins wasted with no resolutions or explanations. Appalling service to a customer of over 10 years.

    @TalkTalk Yes, apparently TV is now no longer free, but I've been billed before notification, I also have multiroom but have to buy a box, so I am paying for a service I can't use

    @TalkTalk Anyone thinking of signing a contract with Talk Talk for internet wifi. Don't! Pay the few quid extra and get BT, SKY or Virgin. They are a bunch of clowns. Once you have a problem you will realise it's a tinpot outfit. Useless in every department. Disgraceful company!

    @TalkTalk Our contract is up. Due to the appalling performance of our fast, fibre broadband, it's time we considered jumping ship and saying bye! We've been loyal to you through hacking scandals, poor reviews, always hoping for a speedy, solid internet connection, but not to be.

    @TalkTalk So tomorrow i will start collecting £8 per day from you for leaving me with no internet. Plus when my landlord takes you to the small claims court i'm claiming for loss of earnings. I've never lost a claim there, because you companies never show up. 5 wins & counting.

    @flowergirl_lon @TalkTalk According to them o have to pay £40 call out fee for an enginnwr, I’ve asked for a manager to call, for an email and absolutely nothing! Appalling customer service so far

    @irishayesha @TalkTalk It’s on them, they have to pay you £8 a day after 48hrs with no internet. Automatically happens in 30 days.. right result when my Now TV signal dropped.

    @TalkTalk Are there issues with set boxes at the moment. Mines been terrible for about a week. Freezing several times a day especially when watching a recording, not recording. Reset it tonight and it's still "starting up" 20 mins later.
