    @JWebbConsulting @TalkTalk I know BT gets a bad press but our broadband is very fast and reliable. Not the cheapest but rarely gives us problems.

    Anyone else having problems with TalkTalk. I have had no internet for 3 days now. Finding it really difficult to log into my account. Keeps kicking me out if I’m luck to get in it. Spoke to an agent via message but not resolved . #talktalk

    @TalkTalk My phone line has not worked for 6 months. You apparently sent an engineer out a few months ago but still not working. Now my WiFi is 5 times the speed it should be. I am a key worker and start in the community response team tomorrow and need a stable connection.

    @TalkTalk thank you for suggesting via customer service agents, that I was ‘confused’. Over 30 mins wasted with no resolutions or explanations. Appalling service to a customer of over 10 years.

    @TalkTalk Yes, apparently TV is now no longer free, but I've been billed before notification, I also have multiroom but have to buy a box, so I am paying for a service I can't use

    @LifeInKilburn I had to rebudget myself and pay premium with Vodafone Internet. Number of outage since I've been with them: Zero and I've been WFH full time since March20. BUT!! It is not cheap I was with TalkTalk before and it was a nightmare

    @TalkTalk I’m trying to understand what unlimited means to you. Because I can’t even connect my phone to my WiFi without it interrupting the internet speed to my tv/laptop. Why am I paying for this service if it don’t bloody work. I want it CANCELLED NOW

    @TalkTalk teaching live lessons is really difficult with a download speed of 0.82 and an upload speed of 0.25... maybe my complaint emails simply haven’t been received yet as a result and that’s why I’ve had no response. I’m assuming a refund is coming my way?

    @TalkTalk the service. Your misleading people into thinking your line speeds can manage the demands of using multiple devices at one time, no matter the speed, download amount etc. I’m fed up with this nonsense and I am FED UP of being robbed by your company for something I’m not receiving

    @TalkTalk People in my building on BT and Plusnet - and basically ANY OTHER provider, had a 2 hr outage. Meanwhile I’m going on 20. Come on, why can they sort it and you can’t?

    @TalkTalk Yes we have ... getting nowhere and it’s beyond a joke that you sent the engineer forward BEFORE we could access the property and now saying we won’t have internet til the 23rd !! We are v unimpressed with this service now. Please give me a number of a UK based customer service.
