    @TalkTalk Yes, apparently TV is now no longer free, but I've been billed before notification, I also have multiroom but have to buy a box, so I am paying for a service I can't use

    @TalkTalk thank you for suggesting via customer service agents, that I was ‘confused’. Over 30 mins wasted with no resolutions or explanations. Appalling service to a customer of over 10 years.

    @TalkTalk My phone line has not worked for 6 months. You apparently sent an engineer out a few months ago but still not working. Now my WiFi is 5 times the speed it should be. I am a key worker and start in the community response team tomorrow and need a stable connection.

    @hejaro14 @beaubrummie11 @MichaelLCrick She has been reported several times as having recommended Paula Vennells for the chair position at Imperial College NHS Trust. Vennells contracted TalkTalk as internet provider for Post Office. TalkTalk then had the worst ever data breach. Both promoted after serious failures.

    @TalkTalk What you do is increase prices wait 30 days to let people decide if they want to leave there contract then drop prices for new customers . Don't treat your customers as been dumb 😴 It's shady business shenanigans

    @TalkTalk spenk ages trying to get a live chat once I got one got cut off. Tried reconnecting only to be directed to off line or community support. You don't make easy to upgrade or change your account. Your call advisor had all my details so why do they not call/email back.

    @TalkTalk In 'my account' I cannot see my latest bill, just a blank page. If I do not see an itemised bill before 30th April I will cancel the direct debit and close my account. You deliberately avoid contact by email - you are supposed to be a TELECOMMUNICATIONS Company.

    @TalkTalk internet down in Leicestershire 5 times in the past 3 days, Beyond a joke now. I believe you are in breach of contract as this broadband is not fit for purpose. I wish to cancel as soon as possible but I am not paying you any early termination charges

    @TalkTalk Hi I need to set up a direct messaging session with your accounts or fraud team in the UK ASAP. This follows a suspected fraudulent DD charged to my bank account by your company. I've wasted over 1/2 hour on the phone to your offshore call centre and need help right now

    Talktalk price increase to be able to still provide service as price has gone up to provide this service LIES JUST A WITHIN CONTRACT PRICE HIKE IF IT Was becouse prices to provide your service gone up if that was true why are they still offering same service at your contractprice
