@TalkTalk thank you for suggesting via customer service agents, that I was ‘confused’. Over 30 mins wasted with no resolutions or explanations. Appalling service to a customer of over 10 years.

@TalkTalk Yes, apparently TV is now no longer free, but I've been billed before notification, I also have multiroom but have to buy a box, so I am paying for a service I can't use

Me n mum have WiFi problems no internet coming through for 2 or 3 days but lights are all green on the router all that time and we have to use all our mobile data got no WiFi in the house we are in Edinburgh EH11 I am on my mobile data just now @TalkTalk @OpenreachHelp

@TalkTalk im thinking what i might do is tweet links to broadband providers each day that you fail to fix my internet in the hope that it persuades people to go elsewhere and not become another casualty. Is BT really not worth the extra when you compare the service?

@TalkTalk Absolutely terrible service. In early December 2021 reported my sister’s death as she was a customer. I got stuck In a loop with live Chat and then when there was a point blank refusal to provide a callback eons waiting for a human being to answer the call I was being charged 4

@TalkTalk Hi Talktalk. My broadband engineer has failed to show for a scheduled appointment. You're all front-end. Need to employ less sales staff and employ more service staff to answer the phone.

@TalkTalk I see customer service still hopeless. I’ve just spent 40 mins trying to book an engineer you asked me to book - on the number you text me - and had to give up after three operators couldn’t help me. Pls contact me. 🤯

@TalkTalk @OpenreachHelp Yet again let down by OpenReach. Was expecting an engineer between 8-1 yesterday. No show. Tried calling his mobile, no answer, left a message, didn't hear a thing. Called customer services to be told noone knew where engineer was, noone could contact him
