    @TalkTalk My phone line has not worked for 6 months. You apparently sent an engineer out a few months ago but still not working. Now my WiFi is 5 times the speed it should be. I am a key worker and start in the community response team tomorrow and need a stable connection.

    Luxury problem I know but. Modem was to be here 29 Jan. #yodel couldn’t find my flat three times. I changed address to work. They tried sending it my flat three more times but I was at work. Asked #talktalk to step in. 10 days today and no internet. Gaaaaa

    @JWebbConsulting @TalkTalk I know BT gets a bad press but our broadband is very fast and reliable. Not the cheapest but rarely gives us problems.

    Anyone around Chichester on @TalkTalk? They recently asked us to continue with an 18 month contract named Fibre 65 (boasts a 65mbps promise) and apparently this can only achieve up to 35 mbps. I find that unacceptable and false marketing. Anyone having the same issue?

    @TalkTalk Oh I sure hope so. That’s the message I got 44 hours ago tho so It doesn’t sound like this customer is very important. I can still be made a happy customer tho

    Avoid #talktalk worse customer service I've heard about! Call centre worker laughing at an elderly woman because she doesn't have a mobile phone and doesn't understand why she needs TV. Well #talktalk can cancel the contract and employ English staff.

    They have had a lot of stick in the past for bad CS but must say have been really impressed with @TalkTalk over the last 2 days. #greatimprovement

    @TalkTalk Yes, apparently TV is now no longer free, but I've been billed before notification, I also have multiroom but have to buy a box, so I am paying for a service I can't use

    @TalkTalk We pay for a service. If you are not providing the service than why am I paying. Another day without Internet and forget you're useless online agents who take 3 hours and still don't resolve the issue.

    @TalkTalk @TalkTalk after spending over 2 hours going through basic remedial solutions eg do I have a microfilter with your online chat, it highlights @TalkTalk s ineptitude to resolve problems. Multiple engineer visits previously highlights the issue is 150meters from my house, I give in

    @TalkTalk so your Wi-Fi at my house breaks down 24 hours I then have to use my 02 data , data runs out and I’m asked to pay for more , but you can’t compensate that or get me out of a dilemma of having no data on my phone , ad well as house Wi-Fi so no phone - not right this !!!
