Now my WiFi is 5 times the speed it should be. I am a key worker and start in the community response team tomorrow and need a stable connection.

They recently asked us to continue with an 18 month contract named Fibre 65 (boasts a 65mbps promise) and apparently this can only achieve up to 35 mbps. I find that unacceptable and false marketing. Anyone having the same issue?

That was Thursday afternoon. I still@have to same fault. None of my devices will connect to the network, let alone watch..
