Luxury problem I know but. Modem was to be here 29 Jan. #yodel couldn’t find my flat three times. I changed address to work. They tried sending it my flat three more times but I was at work. Asked #talktalk to step in. 10 days today and no internet. Gaaaaa

@TalkTalk My phone line has not worked for 6 months. You apparently sent an engineer out a few months ago but still not working. Now my WiFi is 5 times the speed it should be. I am a key worker and start in the community response team tomorrow and need a stable connection.

@TalkTalk support tell different story from installation engineer. He said it would connect within 1 hour. @TalkTalk support said upto 24 hours. And didn't know if we can coonect land-line phone to fibre router. Their response was try it???
