Call centre worker laughing at an elderly woman because she doesn't have a mobile phone and doesn't understand why she needs TV. Well #talktalk can cancel the contract and employ English staff.

They recently asked us to continue with an 18 month contract named Fibre 65 (boasts a 65mbps promise) and apparently this can only achieve up to 35 mbps. I find that unacceptable and false marketing. Anyone having the same issue?

They text a link so you can report the fault…using the broadband that isn’t working. So, if you’ve no mobile data, it’s perfect: you need the internet to tell them you don’t have the internet.🙄

EE couldnt do more to help me when TalkTalk treated me badly after DECADES with them. Even claimed my wi fi was working when not and that they would cut my phone line off when not linked!!
