Avoid #talktalk worse customer service I've heard about! Call centre worker laughing at an elderly woman because she doesn't have a mobile phone and doesn't understand why she needs TV. Well #talktalk can cancel the contract and employ English staff.

@Kevmac7 @TalkTalk Question is was it talk talk or a fraud, have you cancelled it because a fraud tried to extort money? I've had several messages telling me my connection is about to be cut because payment failed it hadn't I was confident of that and sat back waiting for the cut off never happened

TalkTalk have been WORSE than useless and provided us with no info other than OpenReach are doing “preliminary investigations”. They escalated us today. We’re going to move to Community Fibre. Seriously awful customer service
