Avoid #talktalk worse customer service I've heard about! Call centre worker laughing at an elderly woman because she doesn't have a mobile phone and doesn't understand why she needs TV. Well #talktalk can cancel the contract and employ English staff.

@TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup worst company EVER to deal with. After my dad passed my mum asked me to fix sort the broadband as price shoot up.. fine out of contract. Hour long call and thought all done.. next month same price. Said I only changed account to mum not new pricing...lies

Truly terrible customer service from @TalkTalk. Asked to speak to a manager and told they will get back to me in 24-48 hours. Absolutely shameful. Glad I have switched my broadband provider to @Hyperoptic at least they appreciate their customers.

@TalkTalk oh my goodness the most awful frustrating service we have ever had. Our broadband has been terrible for the last 4 weeks we called and a new router has been promised 4 times and still no delivery. Customer service keeps saying the same thing. I AM MOVING UNLESS SORTED
