Avoid #talktalk worse customer service I've heard about! Call centre worker laughing at an elderly woman because she doesn't have a mobile phone and doesn't understand why she needs TV. Well #talktalk can cancel the contract and employ English staff.

@ITVX A brief scan of this thread suggest that ITV has made a huge blunder and broken the previously functional ITV hub app on stbs and smart TVs. Certainly it working on a TalkTalk YouView.

@TimelessP I spent an awful week complaining to some careless TalkTalk agents. The issue was the 2 yo router. Eventually replaced and reconnected to the world. Painful experience as I don’t have mobile network. They eventually apologised. Good luck.
