Avoid #talktalk worse customer service I've heard about! Call centre worker laughing at an elderly woman because she doesn't have a mobile phone and doesn't understand why she needs TV. Well #talktalk can cancel the contract and employ English staff.

@TalkTalk I have sent a DM and they have told me they can't help me as it is future fibre. Gave me a phone number so I can go on hold for an hour. I am thinking that future fibre means sometime in the future you will get Internet.
