Avoid #talktalk worse customer service I've heard about! Call centre worker laughing at an elderly woman because she doesn't have a mobile phone and doesn't understand why she needs TV. Well #talktalk can cancel the contract and employ English staff.

@TalkTalk Good Morning, I have had problems with my landline making crackling noises for weeks, and last week reported it to yourselves. A BT engineer was despatched last Thursday who then escalated it to Open Reach. So far I have heard nothing.

Be careful when you join @TalkTalk broadband service. They have outdated system unlike more modern from BT or virgin, EE You'll stuck with for 2 years contract, where you'll be give Modem & router separately 2 socket one less ethernet cable sockets. And unstable line.
