Avoid #talktalk worse customer service I've heard about! Call centre worker laughing at an elderly woman because she doesn't have a mobile phone and doesn't understand why she needs TV. Well #talktalk can cancel the contract and employ English staff.

I've now had a text from @talktalk promising "contact you about your complaint". Any chance the call will be to tell me I changed the wifi settings (which I haven't), so it's my fault that they are sending me a new router?
