    Avoid #talktalk worse customer service I've heard about! Call centre worker laughing at an elderly woman because she doesn't have a mobile phone and doesn't understand why she needs TV. Well #talktalk can cancel the contract and employ English staff.

    @TalkTalk An open complaint about our Internet that was raised in September and talk talk has failed to fix despite goodness knows how many calls and three engineer visits. The call was booked to follow up on "fixes" apparently applied on Sunday.

    @TalkTalk No, I was still working and unable to take the call, I will call back when I am home. I explained this in the painful conversation on Sunday when trying to book the call. I've had so many "booked" calls that don't take place. It's ridiculous and I'm an extremely unhappy customer

    @TalkTalk - your text message service is one of the most frustrating services that I've had the misfortune of using. It's taken me two hours to (hopefully) book an engineer appointment..... Two hours!! I've never had to repeat myself so much!

    @TalkTalk Thanks Mike, once again no call back and a pointless link sent to a help page. You keep sending me cancellation letters just do it, but no penalty charges as the cancellation request is not from me but from Talk Talk. And don’t get me started on the broadband speed (lack of)

    @TalkTalk Services in Blackpool really bad. Reset router, takes 3 hours to come back online. Cant watch a live stream without buffering.

    I've been helping some elderly family members w/ issue w/ their @TalkTalk landline. No incoming calls for over 3 weeks & they can't even get call-divert working while they supposedly fix the fault. It's a *basic* call routing issue. Lots of important calls missed! @MoneyTelegraph
