Avoid #talktalk worse customer service I've heard about! Call centre worker laughing at an elderly woman because she doesn't have a mobile phone and doesn't understand why she needs TV. Well #talktalk can cancel the contract and employ English staff.

Almost an hour on the phone tonight, 2 hours in chat through twitter DMs, people I was talking to were running line tests, trying to diagnose my WiFi problem, and still, even though it's obvious the router is the problem, @talktalk won't send me a replacement

4 months now having trouble with my router, 3 months of phone calls to @TalkTalk, lost count of the number of line tests, router reboots, factory resets and still they won't send me a replacement router even though its still under a year old, worst customer service ever

@TalkTalk I've been a customer for 4 years, not had any broadband now since Sunday, the level of support I have received has been absolutely shocking, 5 phone calls and 5 online chats to be told every time to turn my router on and off for an hour.

Hi @TalkTalk - My account closed on 14 Oct, yet you are still emailing me about not paying my balance. I have twice complained about this through your chat service (each took over 45 mins) when your people promised that they were closing the account. Can you just close it?
