    Avoid #talktalk worse customer service I've heard about! Call centre worker laughing at an elderly woman because she doesn't have a mobile phone and doesn't understand why she needs TV. Well #talktalk can cancel the contract and employ English staff.

    Me: my new provider is taking over on 30th December. @TalkTalk: no problem, your Internet will be disconnected on 30th December and you will not pay anything after that. 27th December - @TalkTalk disconnects our Internet Worst company to call too - this is never being sorted

    @skippy_c @virginmedia I don't think there's one single, genuinely good internet service in in the UK. I'm with TalkTalk and they're ok, and way cheaper, but not amazing. However their latest package gives you something like 300mbps.

    @TalkTalk Cheers for the crappy broadband talktalk. On and off every few minutes since 14th December. Booked engineer never turned up. I'll happily pay the £148 exit fee as soon as I've received the £8.60 per day compensation you promised. How can I have '0' problems with sky for
