Avoid #talktalk worse customer service I've heard about! Call centre worker laughing at an elderly woman because she doesn't have a mobile phone and doesn't understand why she needs TV. Well #talktalk can cancel the contract and employ English staff.

@TalkTalk That’s great apart from the 3 working day lead time on an engineer whilst 2 people try to work from home. Only had the service a couple of weeks and had more issues than 18 months with Sky

Last month it was @TalkTalk bad time. Now @HiveHelper @HiveHomeUK British Gas. Bought & paid for smart thermostat & hub. BG man ‘forgot’ last week to bring hub (paid for) - ‘will drop by today/tomorrow’. 3 long tedious sessions online Hive chat. No hub but elevated to 2nd level😤

@TalkTalk more terrible service. Now been charged an early exit fee despite being told that I wouldn't because you're unable to provide a service to my new flat. Can't contact you via phone or live chat. Helpful as ever! Please can you make sure these charges are removed now.

@mateybloke Possible but not sure that'd cause loss of internet on all devices at times. Feels like it's wiring or an ISP issue. Not easy getting support today @TalkTalk
