    Avoid #talktalk worse customer service I've heard about! Call centre worker laughing at an elderly woman because she doesn't have a mobile phone and doesn't understand why she needs TV. Well #talktalk can cancel the contract and employ English staff.

    @maobook @TalkTalk They are not the best. One agent once told me the box was not working as I had carpets. He then explained to me how static works😑 and how it damages electric devices.

    @TalkTalk Hi Jo have sorted with city fibre decided to cancel installation due to disruption inside house. Inner box needs to be opposite outside box to reduce inside wiring also requires its own socket then presume wire connector to router so for my needs happy with what I have.
