Avoid #talktalk worse customer service I've heard about! Call centre worker laughing at an elderly woman because she doesn't have a mobile phone and doesn't understand why she needs TV. Well #talktalk can cancel the contract and employ English staff.

@TalkTalk I've done this already, got given 2 numbers to ring. Both put us through to someone else and on both occasions we got told, call back Wednesday and now its call back Friday (tomoz). Dunno when to cancel our old broadband or anything. Should I still DM?

@TalkTalk Well phoning you and after you cut us off after 45minutes.we are now back on the phone to you again just to carry out another 45 minutes of checks that we carried out last night.talktalk if a customer tells your tech guys they have completed checks that should be enough .

@TalkTalk Virgin have nothing to be scared about from @talktalk @CityFibre cable laid in my street 2 years ago. Talk Talk have told me twice it's available and twice it's not AFTER advising me to close my Virgin account down and reducing my credit score with a hard credit search
