Avoid #talktalk worse customer service I've heard about! Call centre worker laughing at an elderly woman because she doesn't have a mobile phone and doesn't understand why she needs TV. Well #talktalk can cancel the contract and employ English staff.

@TalkTalk Hi @talktalk are your retentions team targeted on how many retentions they get? Every time i say i want to cancel and not get a better deal i've been 'mysteriously' cut off twice, and transferred to tech support too
