Avoid #talktalk worse customer service I've heard about! Call centre worker laughing at an elderly woman because she doesn't have a mobile phone and doesn't understand why she needs TV. Well #talktalk can cancel the contract and employ English staff.

Placed an order with @TalkTalk today - took 2 minutes. Decided to cancel right away, but ofc it goes through their customer service. Been on hold for 1h57 minutes, last 45 mins it says i'm first in line. Yeah right. Best customer service ever!

@nowtvhelp When joining from talktalk can I keep my landline number? Interested in the fibre and call packages but am really worried about losing number (noted from past customer reviews). Can the order/contract be cancelled if unable to port hence keeping my number?

I have spent over 12 hours trying to get someone at talktalk to fix this, it will be almost 6 weeks before they attempt to install the fibre connection for 2nd time. All I have from TalkTalk is there front line people telling me how sorry they are

@TalkTalk Once again my internet has gone! Nothing is being done!! I’ve been complaining for weeks and I’m still payingg for a service I’m not receiving! This is not on! Pls can I get out of this dreadful contract asp so I can go to BT!! Distressed and upset!!!
