  Avoid #talktalk worse customer service I've heard about! Call centre worker laughing at an elderly woman because she doesn't have a mobile phone and doesn't understand why she needs TV. Well #talktalk can cancel the contract and employ English staff.

  @TalkTalk So not really “fixed price” then is it. Thankfully we’re no longer with you as you never really supplied us WiFi in the first place, hardly works! Time to find a better broadband👍🏼. Thanks!

  so much hassle trying to cancel our @TalkTalk contract after the price rise. Then trying to tell us we had a variable contract (I have the order email stating fixed price) ... now to wait for “back office” to accept our cancellation 😴. What a drama 😶.
