  Avoid #talktalk worse customer service I've heard about! Call centre worker laughing at an elderly woman because she doesn't have a mobile phone and doesn't understand why she needs TV. Well #talktalk can cancel the contract and employ English staff.

  @TalkTalk Internet has been really bad over last few days, speed wise is fine but connectivity has been really terrible and if this keeps up i may not renew and as a new streamer i cant have do what i want to do.

  @BBCWomansHour @didoharding @Emmabarnett "TalkTalk boss Dido Harding's utter ignorance is a lesson to us all" Harding has major form when it comes to incompetence and she should never have been allowed anywhere near public services especially when it comes to matters as serious as a lethal pandemic.

  Well, never thought I’d be saying this but, many thanks to @TalkTalk and their real people team. I called a number just sent to me via email, spoke to Khalisha, she was brilliant, the old account has been credited. All done. Amazing:).

  @TalkTalk I have done. My laptop pong was 6 times faster running of my 4G iPhone hotspot than it was through the “service” from you guys!
