    Blooming @TalkTalk is driving me mad. For over an hour I’ve been trying to switch off scam protection as it is blocking my work website and it keeps telling me to phone up. I’ve followed all the steps that they persist in telling me is the only way to fix it 1/2

    Anyone out in there can help me with my broadband speed just joined Vodafone and it’s absolutely crap was on the phone to them yesterday for over 2 hours no help - sorry I ever left TalkTalk stay clear folks @VodafoneGroup @EUombudsman @Ofcom

    @TalkTalk it’s been 7 days since I requested the CEO team to contact me. What are your timescales for customer contact? Having to wait 7 days is ridiculous! If you listened and did your jobs properly you we wouldn’t be in this position!

    @virginmedia Already told your colleagues to cancel my contract. They did not listen to my needs and tried to sell me something I clearly did not want. I thought you guys looked after your loyal customers. Hopefully @skytv or @TalkTalk can help me out?
