@TalkTalk I did a lot of tests with the support team over the phone . Every time I am being told that I have been blessed with the mimium speed promised but I hadnt opted for just the “minimum” when I took the service. I was getting a decent speed initially.

@virginmedia So when I reported the issue why didn't anyone try and help me at that time? Why was I told to talk to TalkTalk. This could easily have been rectified at the time, but no I was told to talk to TalkTalk and TalkTalk told me to talk to you. Why was that?

@TalkTalk Just cancelled my service due to change of address and your agent was appallingly rude. I was very polite and said upfront I know there is fees for early cancellation. Honestly if you ever wanted me back as a customer your retention agent has screwed that up

.@TalkTalk keeps sending generic mail ads via Royal Mail but I think they need to sort their customer service out first. I remember back to about two weeks ago when I requested them to ring me thrice and they didn’t! Then tried contacting direct and on hold for 2 hours!
