    Blooming @TalkTalk is driving me mad. For over an hour I’ve been trying to switch off scam protection as it is blocking my work website and it keeps telling me to phone up. I’ve followed all the steps that they persist in telling me is the only way to fix it 1/2

    @TalkTalk I did a lot of tests with the support team over the phone . Every time I am being told that I have been blessed with the mimium speed promised but I hadnt opted for just the “minimum” when I took the service. I was getting a decent speed initially.

    Dear @TalkTalk, ten days and two engineers later, our Wi-Fi is still down. That’s ten days that could’ve been shortened if the first engineer hadn’t left us with the wrong conclusion and wrong solution. Ten days is a long time in the Wi-Fi Age. Some help? Soon? Please. #TalkTalk

    @TalkTalk I have had fibre installed but be told the poles dead. It wasnt reported so I ve talked to 6 people and got nowhere no sign of city fibre no help from talk talk
