@levi_simeon @TalkTalk They always do this send you different departments to waste time took me weeks to get internet back again or the speed goes up then goes down again, i would tell you to get away from TalkTalk i took random amounts of money out of my account this is know when i talked to my bank

@TalkTalk Have been since you got city fibre to come out and fit "super fast broadband" which made connectivity worse. And since it was fitted it doesn't work and I've had to connect the old way just to be able to work. I've been paying for months for now service. Scandalous

@TalkTalk please can we have an engineer look at the problem with our router. Asking us to switch it off and back on again numerous times doesn’t work. Asking us to move it to a different plug socket despite there not being a problem with the power is ridiculous!!
