@WeAreOpenreach having issues with my modem for my talktalk wifi. DSL and Internet light haven't worked at all in the last 36hrs. Worked yesterday up until 14:40 and nothing since then? Is this due to the heatwave or is it an issue with my modem?

@TalkTalk I did a lot of tests with the support team over the phone . Every time I am being told that I have been blessed with the mimium speed promised but I hadnt opted for just the “minimum” when I took the service. I was getting a decent speed initially.

@TalkTalk guess what me again. So just had the engineer out to look at the problem for my wifi/broadband cutting out all the time and he said nothing has left and it's still cutting out all the time. Are you actually going to fix this issue?!?

@OpenreachHelp The provider is @TalkTalk however that isn't the problem. It is the fact the dsl and Internet lights on the modem aren't working which is then causing the talktalk router not to connect.

I work for a university with thousands of staff working remotely. We utilize TeamViewer as a business to support staff and do things that require admin rights. @TalkTalk think it's a brilliant idea to block TeamViewer completely. Now I have a university professor who cant work.
