@TalkTalk I’ve been with you over 5 years and to be honest I’m shocked at the service to a loyal customer. Please resolve this as a matter of urgency or I will find a new internet provider elsewhere. Your prices have gone up steeply so it’s not even like that’s a benefit any more

Hi @talktalk I have been on the phone now for 45 mins trying to sort this out. I have an email stating I will get an engineer tomorrow to install new broadband. Your help desk say the order is not complete and won’t be happening!!! Still on hold to next level support. 🤬

@TalkTalk Lie. And when you want a returns box they stall that. After asking 6 times... Andy where is the box ??... you said you send one, mind you 5 other ppl said the same. Thier SM ppl lie and when caught out they stop messaging!! #Liars #conmerchants This is bad.
