@OpenreachHelp The provider is @TalkTalk however that isn't the problem. It is the fact the dsl and Internet lights on the modem aren't working which is then causing the talktalk router not to connect.

@TalkTalk are you able to help get this fixed again. Had an issue with my Internet connection couple weeks ago that you said you'd send someone out to have a look at, since it was an issue between an exchange and my address, but it's now not working again after being fixed??

@TalkTalk I’ve been with you over 5 years and to be honest I’m shocked at the service to a loyal customer. Please resolve this as a matter of urgency or I will find a new internet provider elsewhere. Your prices have gone up steeply so it’s not even like that’s a benefit any more

Hi @talktalk I have been on the phone now for 45 mins trying to sort this out. I have an email stating I will get an engineer tomorrow to install new broadband. Your help desk say the order is not complete and won’t be happening!!! Still on hold to next level support. 🤬

@WeAreOpenreach having issues with my modem for my talktalk wifi. DSL and Internet light haven't worked at all in the last 36hrs. Worked yesterday up until 14:40 and nothing since then? Is this due to the heatwave or is it an issue with my modem?

@TalkTalk For weeks now my TalkTalk broadband has been extremely intermittent. At least 3 times a week (sometimes more) I have to turn off the router for at least 30 minutes and then reboot it to try and get some sort of decent speed. Is this a problem all over, or do I need a new router?

@TalkTalk I have spoken to Talk Talk 8 times in the last 18 hours or should I say their call centre and my problem is still not resolved, think it’s time I got a provider with customer service, they are quick to come out to install things and take your money, then that’s it

@TalkTalk I’m having the same issues today was supposed to be upgraded to fibre broadband and now the internet completely dropped off! I work from home how the hell can I work like this!! Service centre keep saying engineer working on it when there’s is no one on site!!
