    @OpenreachHelp The provider is @TalkTalk however that isn't the problem. It is the fact the dsl and Internet lights on the modem aren't working which is then causing the talktalk router not to connect.

    @WeAreOpenreach having issues with my modem for my talktalk wifi. DSL and Internet light haven't worked at all in the last 36hrs. Worked yesterday up until 14:40 and nothing since then? Is this due to the heatwave or is it an issue with my modem?

    Hi @talktalk I have been on the phone now for 45 mins trying to sort this out. I have an email stating I will get an engineer tomorrow to install new broadband. Your help desk say the order is not complete and won’t be happening!!! Still on hold to next level support. 🤬

    @TalkTalk I’ve been with you over 5 years and to be honest I’m shocked at the service to a loyal customer. Please resolve this as a matter of urgency or I will find a new internet provider elsewhere. Your prices have gone up steeply so it’s not even like that’s a benefit any more

    @TalkTalk 'volumes of ticket' is your problem. You agreed to provide 150 Fibre to my home. In the past month I've had repeated disconnections and in this week I've had only 1/3 of minimum guaranteed speed as well as disconnections. 3 different engineers visists in 2 weeks and no fix yet.

    @TalkTalk Been there, tried that and got told it is because of what my house is built with or the size of it - despite the fact that my house has been the same for decades and we have been with you for years without these problems - and the house hasn’t changed either!

    @DEANS1S1 @TalkTalk I'm with BT and I have no issues with wired ethernet or wifi, I would highly recommend if you can get it in your area because what you're with now isn't worth 1p!

    @TalkTalk, your customer service is so bad, you do the big "talk" of doing best by your customers. So if anyone is having problems BT have just matched the price of talk talk and are offering more too. Will never In the future ever go with talk talk again.
