@DavidBeckitt @virginmedia In my experience (so might be wrong), all the others use the same BT/Openreach infrastructure - so much of a muchness. I’ve got TalkTalk, it’s cheap & the new router is good. The customer service is poor tho’!

@TalkTalk I’ve been with you over 5 years and to be honest I’m shocked at the service to a loyal customer. Please resolve this as a matter of urgency or I will find a new internet provider elsewhere. Your prices have gone up steeply so it’s not even like that’s a benefit any more

Update on my complaint with #TalkTalk we agreed a compensation payment for being misled, however the price increase from £27.50 to £36.00 is 31% and far higher than inflation and CPI or RPI. More profits and huge bonuses for the executive board!!
