@DavidBeckitt @virginmedia In my experience (so might be wrong), all the others use the same BT/Openreach infrastructure - so much of a muchness. I’ve got TalkTalk, it’s cheap & the new router is good. The customer service is poor tho’!

@TalkTalk I’ve been with you over 5 years and to be honest I’m shocked at the service to a loyal customer. Please resolve this as a matter of urgency or I will find a new internet provider elsewhere. Your prices have gone up steeply so it’s not even like that’s a benefit any more

@TalkTalk I want to raise a complain. I’ve tried to cancel my subscription. I provided my name, I didn’t know what the happened but they said that’s not the right name so I couldn’t get it done. They advised me to come back and check my correspondence. They name I gave is right.

@ejames500 @Plusnet personally I'd stick with Plusnet. they are all just as bad. Vodafone screwed me over last year it took hours to sort out. TalkTalk had the worst online rants last I checked. And I'm sat here with no broadband trying to get through to them though, it's generally reliable.💤
