    Hi @talktalk I have been on the phone now for 45 mins trying to sort this out. I have an email stating I will get an engineer tomorrow to install new broadband. Your help desk say the order is not complete and won’t be happening!!! Still on hold to next level support. 🤬

    @DavidBeckitt @virginmedia In my experience (so might be wrong), all the others use the same BT/Openreach infrastructure - so much of a muchness. I’ve got TalkTalk, it’s cheap & the new router is good. The customer service is poor tho’!

    @TalkTalk I’ve been with you over 5 years and to be honest I’m shocked at the service to a loyal customer. Please resolve this as a matter of urgency or I will find a new internet provider elsewhere. Your prices have gone up steeply so it’s not even like that’s a benefit any more

    @TalkTalk When can the thousands of people across the Uk, myself included, expect your company to fix the major outages you have been facing? Over the passed 36 hours, we've been lucky if our broadband has held out for all of ten minutes at a time. And that's being generous.

    @TalkTalk I've sent you DMs for assistance in the past and it wasn't helpful as there's some disconnect between your cust service and social media teams... That's why I moved to @virginmedia but they are just as bad to be honest...😡
