    @Gummo31 @David39133380 That's a different argument. He is saying that he will forcibly take these companies back. Imagine if you had shares in TalkTalk or Sky Broadband and the government nationalised that service, you would lose everything

    @DavidBeckitt @virginmedia In my experience (so might be wrong), all the others use the same BT/Openreach infrastructure - so much of a muchness. I’ve got TalkTalk, it’s cheap & the new router is good. The customer service is poor tho’!

    Hi @talktalk I have been on the phone now for 45 mins trying to sort this out. I have an email stating I will get an engineer tomorrow to install new broadband. Your help desk say the order is not complete and won’t be happening!!! Still on hold to next level support. 🤬

    @TalkTalk dreadful service. Customer's are required to provide a month's notice to terminate. TalkTalk retains the Wi-Fi preventing new tenants from selecting their own provider😳

    @TalkTalk I’ve been with you over 5 years and to be honest I’m shocked at the service to a loyal customer. Please resolve this as a matter of urgency or I will find a new internet provider elsewhere. Your prices have gone up steeply so it’s not even like that’s a benefit any more

    The LAST Talktalk update. We will be getting our WiFi back..with BT. Yeeup. The TT incident went so bad, we weren't allowed to have our "within 2 hours" complaints slot, because they lost the person that was supposed to deal with it. 17 hours of phonecalls. 2 weeks. No net.

    @LauraTGoold @TalkTalk I have the same issue. Just finished chatting to TalkTalk via DM and it's a big issue in the UK concerning On Demand TV and subscription services. Their engineers are investigating it as a high priority. There's a service update page on their website. Hoping the golf comes back!

    @TalkTalk Internet has been down in Nottingham for 2 hours now, tried live chat and no one is available, no call back from the case I submitted. Tried your troubleshooting process too but no joy, been stuck like thie for 2 hours now without you ever trying to solve it.

    @TalkTalk Hello talktalk. Internet down all afternoon. In Faringdon, Oxon which is not on list of affected exchanges. Have done line test, no fault found, router and connection to master socket OK. Can you tell me what's going on please.

    @TalkTalk spent most of this afternoon trying to get through to sort out problem with landline. On going on since 8th Feb. Everything takes so long. Can't get through on website or phone. Can't get help from twitter. Looking for new provider. Awful service.
