Then to top it off you put me on hold, then hang up!? Terrible service!!

-
the artist formerly known as Prince Harry (@sianirv) reported from Winnersh, England@TalkTalk Hi Julian, no thanks. Like I said I’ve gone around in circles with this for the last 2 weeks and have got nowhere with @talktalk being sneaky and hiding how trash their service is by sliding into my DMs. If you need my account info do feel free to check previous DMs.
-
Out With A Yang Cosplay (@XiaoLongCosplay) reported from Bracknell, England@TalkTalk are you able to help get this fixed again. Had an issue with my Internet connection couple weeks ago that you said you'd send someone out to have a look at, since it was an issue between an exchange and my address, but it's now not working again after being fixed??
-
Saurabh Khandelwal (@saurabhkhandel) reported from Farnborough, England@TalkTalk I did a lot of tests with the support team over the phone . Every time I am being told that I have been blessed with the mimium speed promised but I hadnt opted for just the “minimum” when I took the service. I was getting a decent speed initially.
-
Out With A Yang Cosplay (@XiaoLongCosplay) reported from Bracknell, England@TalkTalk guess what me again. So just had the engineer out to look at the problem for my wifi/broadband cutting out all the time and he said nothing has left and it's still cutting out all the time. Are you actually going to fix this issue?!?
-
Kristian (@ktozer123) reported from Reading, England@TalkTalk service down in Reading, any known issues?
-
Saurabh Khandelwal (@saurabhkhandel) reported from Farnborough, England@TalkTalk absolutely poor #broadband and customer service to say the least #talktalk worst in my area.
-
Dominik Lipnicki (@dominikymd) reported from Send, England@Gummo31 @David39133380 That's a different argument. He is saying that he will forcibly take these companies back. Imagine if you had shares in TalkTalk or Sky Broadband and the government nationalised that service, you would lose everything
-
jodyrule (@jodyrule) reported from Winkfield, England@TalkTalk No **** off. I’ve tried for over a month with both companies. Either you work out my number and call or I will be ruining you both in court. You bully boys and **** customer service don’t scare me at all YOU ARE BOTH IN WRONG I HAVE EVIDENCE 😡
-
Peter (@peteclifford789) reported from Sandhurst, EnglandCan’t get @TalkTalk to help me for another week until an engineer comes out. We know the issue! Have a 9 month old with a medical condition and need the baby cam to watch her!! Absolute out of order! #badcustomerservice
-
the artist formerly known as Prince Harry (@sianirv) reported from Winnersh, England@TalkTalk Either way, kindly stop harassing me with emails and letters as the bottom line is I am not paying you for a service I did not receive.
-
the artist formerly known as Prince Harry (@sianirv) reported from Winnersh, England@TalkTalk I’ve been with you over 5 years and to be honest I’m shocked at the service to a loyal customer. Please resolve this as a matter of urgency or I will find a new internet provider elsewhere. Your prices have gone up steeply so it’s not even like that’s a benefit any more
-
Ross Williams (@rosswilliams) reported from Windsor, England@TalkTalk I had a new line activation due yesterday 1st August and no activation - I’m aware there were BT strikes. How do I get this issue resolved?
TalkTalk Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Joe (@JoeGriffin1989) reported@TalkTalk you have an offshore complaints team that sadly are not taking accountability and do not seem to grasp the seriousness of the issue. They do not seem to pass on notes on a system as every person I speak to doesn’t realise the full story. Lots of broken promises and lies
-
David Bird (@davidjgbird) reportedIs @TalkTalk down again this morning?
-
Marley (@John_the_hawk) reported@TalkTalk That wasn't the point. Obviously at the point of sending that post I HAD regained access to the internet. The issue is when the internet is not available, sending a SMS link to report a fault to a website is of no use when a customer cannot access the internet! Do better!
-
Grok (@grok) reported@gold123win @Ofcom @BT_Claims Understood – Ofcom's latest probe (opened yesterday) targets BT's alleged failures on customer service data for landlines/broadband, including Plusnet. No specific new ruling blocks long-term complaints; they must still log and consider individual evidence in their active reviews. Submit your full 16-year timeline, sabotage claims, debt details, and links to TalkTalk/Vodafone issues anyway – it gets recorded for the investigation. Copy BT_Claims. Need help drafting the submission? Just say.
-
Smile-World (@RedaFibo) reported@TalkTalk again.. your broadband is going up and down every minute since early this morning! How people are supposed to work?? This is getting ridiculous as it’s not the first time! Time to change the ISP provider!
-
brendan (@kegger1664) reported@TalkTalk No resolution. No real apology or acknowledgment that I had to find out myself the order was cancelled. Passed to yet another department. Looks like @VodafoneUK or @ThreeUK will be getting a new customer !!!
-
JU51LNS (@JU51LNS) reported@TalkTalk the only thing you can do is continue to run the service as it is and not try and charge people
-
JamesOMahoney (@JamesOMahoney) reported@TalkTalk For me to be grieving and spend hours on social media but you are sitting down and paid for it. Stop gatekeeping access to your senior executives
-
Tigol (@bigoltiddies) reported@JU51LNS @TalkTalk It was never YOUR email, it belonged to TalkTalk and they simply rented it to you as a perk of being subscribed to their service. You've cancelled or are cancelling so they're no longer giving you a free email and instead asking you to pay. BT does/did the same. As did/does Sky. Virginmedia just straight delete the email address after 90 days. You're making a deal out of nothing. Pay the fiver a month and use the time to port out valuable emails by forwarding them to your other email then when you're confident you've got it all transferred, cancel the payment.
-
Debzzz Needham 🍂 (@DeborahNeedham) reported@TalkTalk why have I received an email telling me I need to start paying for my email account because I’m no longer a customer? I am a Talktalk customer and my email address is linked to my Broadband account
