So just had the engineer out to look at the problem for my wifi/broadband cutting out all the time and he said nothing has left and it's still cutting out all the time. I have an email stating I will get an engineer tomorrow to install new broadband. Your help desk say the order is not complete and won’t be happening!!! Still on hold to next level support. 🤬

And today it turns out TalkTalk made errors and we have been “chatting”to SEVERAL “departments” for four hours still not sorted. This is criminal! Moving asap to a UK based one.
