    @Gummo31 @David39133380 That's a different argument. He is saying that he will forcibly take these companies back. Imagine if you had shares in TalkTalk or Sky Broadband and the government nationalised that service, you would lose everything

    @DavidBeckitt @virginmedia In my experience (so might be wrong), all the others use the same BT/Openreach infrastructure - so much of a muchness. I’ve got TalkTalk, it’s cheap & the new router is good. The customer service is poor tho’!

    @TalkTalk I’ve been with you over 5 years and to be honest I’m shocked at the service to a loyal customer. Please resolve this as a matter of urgency or I will find a new internet provider elsewhere. Your prices have gone up steeply so it’s not even like that’s a benefit any more

    When @TalkTalk tell your the issues will be sorted and then just as the time limit of when you can cancel finishes it starts playing up again. 🤬 you can only have a technical issue after 9am. They should pay the customers to use them, as it never works

    @TalkTalk possibly the worst customer service I have ever known . My mother , an elderly lady on her own with a phone that doesn’t work. 3 hours talking with a customer service operator and had to insist an engineer is called
