@DavidBeckitt @virginmedia In my experience (so might be wrong), all the others use the same BT/Openreach infrastructure - so much of a muchness. I’ve got TalkTalk, it’s cheap & the new router is good. The customer service is poor tho’!

@TalkTalk dreadful service. Customer's are required to provide a month's notice to terminate. TalkTalk retains the Wi-Fi preventing new tenants from selecting their own provider😳

@TalkTalk I did a lot of tests with the support team over the phone . Every time I am being told that I have been blessed with the mimium speed promised but I hadnt opted for just the “minimum” when I took the service. I was getting a decent speed initially.

@lulumccoy As TalkTalk et al use the BT infrastructure, and they rely on BT engineers, they get pushed down the priority list for callouts, for a domestic line with critical uses then probably worth paying extra and going direct with BT

@LMBD1418 @TalkTalk Absolutely. I work in telecoms and I know how difficult the processes can be and how no one seems to communicate with each other, getting passed around, having to repeat yourself etc BT has a Priority Back In Service (PBIS) scheme that you may be able to use, worth asking about?

@LMBD1418 @TalkTalk They are a nightmare. Cancelled my partners and started my own account for a better deal. Then they offered my partner a better deal wich we accepted. Then Cancelled my order. A month later they wanted me to pay for something i never recived. Hope you get sorted soon.
