    @TalkTalkGroup 1 I am a new customer, set up tv box and router on Weds, couldn’t get several apps to play content all had their own error boxes. Online chat with talktalk for ages, nothing helped. I decided to do a factory settings tv box reset - now works but pushes on every

    Hi @talktalk I have been on the phone now for 45 mins trying to sort this out. I have an email stating I will get an engineer tomorrow to install new broadband. Your help desk say the order is not complete and won’t be happening!!! Still on hold to next level support. 🤬

    @TalkTalk I’ve been with you over 5 years and to be honest I’m shocked at the service to a loyal customer. Please resolve this as a matter of urgency or I will find a new internet provider elsewhere. Your prices have gone up steeply so it’s not even like that’s a benefit any more

    @TalkTalk When I complained 1st off 8 days ago instead of being told to wait 24hrs and then 2 -3 working days, the resolution would of been to send 1 out next day recorded delivery with a different courier. And no i don't want to dm as I have the same outcome

    @TalkTalk is a frustrating place to be. For months i have had a problem with my service,had 3 engineers out no improvement,only gets worse.Insultingly I have to pay for the engineer to come out and fix it. I have to leave home to work and wait 8 days for next engineer.

    Stay well away from @TalkTalk. No WiFi for almost 2 weeks because of no router delivered amd still waiting. Customer services are completely unprofessional and unhelpful. A message will follow this saying can you dm us to get this resolved for me to do that and it not be resolved
