    @TalkTalk I’ve been with you over 5 years and to be honest I’m shocked at the service to a loyal customer. Please resolve this as a matter of urgency or I will find a new internet provider elsewhere. Your prices have gone up steeply so it’s not even like that’s a benefit any more

    @TalkTalk Rose, there isn't enough characters to type what we've had to put up with from talktalk in the last month! We did subscribe to talktalk several weeks ago and have yet, to this day, to have anything installed at our home. Yet, we are getting bills for a service we do not have.

    @Ofcom Did you look at #TalkTalk? Virtually impossible to find a phone number or even email contact form to speak with them, nevermind waiting times! Instead you have to sign up & ask a 'community' your question. Total lottery who answers or whether anyone will. Not good service at all.

    Left high & dry by @OpenreachHelp this evening. No internet since 5pm. An exchange fault impacting over 400 homes in DA3. It has an electric issue so batteries need to be changed every 4 hrs. They were last changed at around 1330hrs!! @TalkTalk not much help either!
