@TalkTalk My phone line has not worked for 6 months. You apparently sent an engineer out a few months ago but still not working. Now my WiFi is 5 times the speed it should be. I am a key worker and start in the community response team tomorrow and need a stable connection.

Avoid #talktalk worse customer service I've heard about! Call centre worker laughing at an elderly woman because she doesn't have a mobile phone and doesn't understand why she needs TV. Well #talktalk can cancel the contract and employ English staff.

@TalkTalk Talktalk can't confirm why I haven't had internet since April 20th (because I cancelled and changed provider) they say a fault, but I should've notified them that I had no internet, even though I asked them to cancel it on that date.

So basically @TalkTalk are appalling. They've managed to completely break my landline so it's impossible to call in or out, have done nothing about it despite literal hours explaining it to them and never call back when they say they will. I'm stuck with this for 2 years.
