    @TalkTalk My phone line has not worked for 6 months. You apparently sent an engineer out a few months ago but still not working. Now my WiFi is 5 times the speed it should be. I am a key worker and start in the community response team tomorrow and need a stable connection.

    @JWebbConsulting @TalkTalk I know BT gets a bad press but our broadband is very fast and reliable. Not the cheapest but rarely gives us problems.

    Anyone else having problems with TalkTalk. I have had no internet for 3 days now. Finding it really difficult to log into my account. Keeps kicking me out if I’m luck to get in it. Spoke to an agent via message but not resolved . #talktalk

    @TalkTalk thank you for suggesting via customer service agents, that I was ‘confused’. Over 30 mins wasted with no resolutions or explanations. Appalling service to a customer of over 10 years.

    Avoid #talktalk worse customer service I've heard about! Call centre worker laughing at an elderly woman because she doesn't have a mobile phone and doesn't understand why she needs TV. Well #talktalk can cancel the contract and employ English staff.

    @TalkTalk Yes, apparently TV is now no longer free, but I've been billed before notification, I also have multiroom but have to buy a box, so I am paying for a service I can't use

    @DDariaDee @TalkTalk @CitizensAdvice Yet three network sent me an email. Stated on it important. 3 ish weeks b4. Stating contract coming to an end. Option carry on with them or go 2 a new provider. Professional. Fair. Honest. And happy stayed with them.. Dont think people will go backwithhassle

    @TalkTalk No. I’m not well. I had an awful experience with you lot yesterday and it took hours out of my day. And no Wi-Fi until next Friday. Contradictions and unable to understand your staff. Shocking for this from a comms company.

    @Christo_p_her @UswitchUK @TalkTalk Which I had been understanding about but cause of the one bad experience my understanding of yea the flats was put in and the broadband lines have issues became fix it now. It’s interesting how small things change a whole relationship.

    @Christo_p_her @UswitchUK @TalkTalk I had a horrific time with them it’s interesting but they was great till there was an issue, around the time of the upgrade and the customer service was awful. Heavily missold things however for the price they wasn’t bad on ground level sales and customer service less so.

    @emmalindadavies @TalkTalk Ring consumers 08082231133. Me lots r going through disputes. debt collectors. I am not bothered as i dont want finance. My contract ended 31dec2022.i paid last payment. Phoned ***** trick not doing it. Putting phone down in middle of confirming.Talktalk need 2 b investigated
