    @TalkTalk This is getting funny, @TalkTalk . The engineer was booked for today in the morning. 4:13pm and no engineer, therefore no internet. Bad news for me is that I need to stay with you until November... But it seems any penalty will worth the change...

    @TalkTalk dreadful service. Customer's are required to provide a month's notice to terminate. TalkTalk retains the Wi-Fi preventing new tenants from selecting their own provider😳

    @DavidBeckitt @virginmedia In my experience (so might be wrong), all the others use the same BT/Openreach infrastructure - so much of a muchness. I’ve got TalkTalk, it’s cheap & the new router is good. The customer service is poor tho’!

    @TalkTalk are literally the worst. No internet since Tuesday- called them everyday to sort it out. Made us wait all week the tonight us they will send an engineer on MONDAY! 👍🏼 10/10 shite company with 10/10 shite customer service 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

    @TalkTalk Hi, my emails have stopped sending using either webmail or my iPhone. On my iPhone it says my password is incorrect. Retyped it in and error still remains. Can you help?

    @TalkTalk I did a lot of tests with the support team over the phone . Every time I am being told that I have been blessed with the mimium speed promised but I hadnt opted for just the “minimum” when I took the service. I was getting a decent speed initially.

    @Gummo31 @David39133380 That's a different argument. He is saying that he will forcibly take these companies back. Imagine if you had shares in TalkTalk or Sky Broadband and the government nationalised that service, you would lose everything

    @TalkTalk hello. Our internet connection has been intermittently poor since yesterday. My wife is working from home and it took her ages to upload and download work yesterday. Very poor.

    You know what's a joke? @TalkTalk have not provided me with Internet for a month so I've switched providers, yet talktalk want me to pay another month they aren't providing me Internet for just to refund it? Can't wait till I'm officially done with them. Worst customer service!😡

    I wonder if @SkyHelpTeam and @TalkTalk can sort it out between themselves? I’m unfortunately leaving Sky for TalkTalk. Who needs to cancel my Sky contract? TalkTalk, via an ‘active line takeover’, or me? Sky advised the former. TalkTalk said no, the latter. Please help.

    @TalkTalk are useless. Having factory reset my router this morning in order to fix my broadband, an hour later they ask me to factory reset it again so the software can update. I'm not deleting my settings twice in one day 🤬
