    @TalkTalk The engineer who came was meant to have escalated the matter didn’t. The issue is to do with a faulty cable outside. It’s now going to take another 2 days for the matter to be escalated. Your customer service beggars belief!

    @TalkTalk Rubbish customer service over the past few weeks, my go live date for broadband was supposed to be the 13th Sep! Have had an engineer sent out, a new router sent and it still doesn’t work, just get passed from team to team who will contact me in ‘2-3 working days’ 🙄

    @TalkTalk my mum who is 72 years of age is having serious issues with drop outs and has been left with no broadband since 8pm on 01/10/21 till now! This is the second router that has been sent!, We have reset the router, and turned it off and on again loads can you help please.

    @TalkTalk I resigned on 4/3/2021 with offer of free echo and smart plug. Called numerous times, told 3 months, then six months, still no gifts. Seriously not happy, gifts were reason I stayed. Send me my free gifts or cancel my contract as you breached our agreement.

    @TalkTalk I don't need long range connection it's a small house. The downside of not being able to choose the band outweighs the benefits. We work from home and laptops in 2.4 GHz is causing a lot of trouble with video calls. Is there a way to choose which band to connect to?

    @TalkTalk absolutely appalled at your service. Upgraded my Nans talk talk service, was given a new tv box which we’ve now been told is not a recordable box. The old box is faulty. £160 to terminate a contract, that we were misinformed about. Diabolical customer service
