@RSdriver00 @TalkTalk That is very poor. Never been with them, but heard a few tales. Best way is to find new provider and they will migrate across. When I left Virgin I went back to BT 6 years ago now, was the best decision, but varies a lot depending on post code. Good luck!

@DonaKempton @TalkTalk Oooh dear 😕 They shouldn't cut you off whilst you switch, aside from the day it actually happens. Only other reason I can think of is they've restricted or terminated your service which would be if you owe them shitload of money or used your connection for illegal stuff.

@TalkTalk finally resolved mums phone issues we now find out that you are duping her friend Mrs Welstand and have cut off her phone leaving 87 year old with no security . reinstate only if she signs another 18 month contract . You’re 4 pm call never happened. Shitshow!
