I even tried the phone option to give it another chance, 32 mins later, I couldn’t even get past the automated (non working) system. Really think you need to review it.

I finally got a call from a case manager from CEO team after my tweet, told she would call me back with update yesterday at 12.30pm.... No call or email.... and no response from @dburdon either... Been talking to them every other day. Customer support has been non existent but they don't stop taking the money by DD. Awful experience anyone else???

Other companies totally understandable given the circumstances, hardly able to understand English, good riddance to you!
