@TalkTalk last month I lost wifi for a week and an engineer came out to fix it. I was warned of £60 fine not to miss or rearrange so took the day off and met engineer. Now been given £60 fee anyway. Refund please.

@TalkTalk Thank You I have had the details on how to return it, my issue is you charging my 86yr old mother £50 because she’s thrown it away and you only just informed her that it needs returning. The depths you go to to get money out of the elderly is frankly appalling
