@TalkTalk I've had such a terrible experience with TalkTalk. I moved from Leicester last week. I have no phone,TV or internet. Been talking to them every other day. Customer support has been non existent but they don't stop taking the money by DD. Awful experience anyone else???

@TalkTalk My 92 year old mother who lives alone has had no landline or internet or medic emergency line for 48 hours. You’ve cheerfully acknowledged the logged outage in an email that she (obvs) can’t access. When are you going to fix it?

@TalkTalk Hello Talk Talk, we have a problem I’m afraid. My 84 year old grandma cannot get through (major bill issue) by phoning 0800 5427341 … the call was on hold 23 mins - finally when call centre answered the line was un-audible, and then went dead! Can you please advise?
