They said only way is to cancel current broadband only contract, and give me a new broadband only contract, which sounds wrong. MaggieTat (@maggie_tat) reported@tesssummers98 I've just spent over 4 hours talking with a TalkTalk chatbot. Eventually managed to resolve my issue by cancelling the service. If I'd spoken to an actual person the problem would have been solved in two minutes. It's absurd.

My elderly and vulnerable grandfathers fridge freezer delivery has not shown up as planned yesterday. No customer support at all.
