    @TalkTalk The engineer who came was meant to have escalated the matter didn’t. The issue is to do with a faulty cable outside. It’s now going to take another 2 days for the matter to be escalated. Your customer service beggars belief!

    @TalkTalk can you help? I’ve tried Twitter, live chat, etc and nothing has worked. No response or ‘live chat busy’ for the last 2 days. I have been charged for services I do not use. ‘Call diversion’ when I don’t even have a landline plugged in...? Customer service is appalling.

    @1efcJc We are with TalkTalk on Fibre and can only remember once in the last 5 years since we moved in when it dropped. But, unless you’re on cable with Virgin they all use the BT Openreach line so if the line isn’t good you will have problems with everyone unless fixed
