    @TalkTalk What a surprise.. I finally got a call from a case manager from CEO team after my tweet, told she would call me back with update yesterday at 12.30pm.... No call or email.... and no response from @dburdon either... I’m moving my account to a company that can do customer service!

    NEVER EVER switch to TalkTalk under any circumstances. They are rotten without a proper customer service hotline or technical support. You will regret switching trust me.

    @TalkTalk First of all I've been a loyal customer for over 5 years and my bill keeps going up in large amounts and now I noticed services are being added that I don't even use. When I called to get a better deal I was told I would have to pay more what a joke!

    Blooming @TalkTalk is driving me mad. For over an hour I’ve been trying to switch off scam protection as it is blocking my work website and it keeps telling me to phone up. I’ve followed all the steps that they persist in telling me is the only way to fix it 1/2

    @TalkTalk I do not appreciate talk talk putting add ons to my bill without informing me or asking me, after spending over 30mins on the phone to Paul in customer services he has assured me that I will be credited on my April bill, and the mistake rectified for the future, I hope

    @talktalk are increasing my FIXED contract price by £2.50 per month. Their attitude is "If you don't like it, you can cancel" So I'm cancelling. Can anyone offer any positive UK broadband company alternatives? I'm ideally after 50-75Mbps fiber.

    @Rachael_Swindon She took-over TalkTalk when it was a middling, sort of OK, communications company. And turned it into a communications disaster that simply failed to communicate to its users. It frequently took 6 months to solve service issues

    @doctor_oxford @NHSEngland Definitely not. As CEO of TalkTalk they were hacked and customer data found to be" accessed with ease".Test and Trace ..not great record.

    @TalkTalk not exactly pleased to be told my monthly price was going up less than 6 months after taking out a new 24 month contract at which time I was explicitly told there would be no price increase for my contract! I’m a loyal customer of many years - not impressed!

    @virginmedia Whenever i've worked with @TalkTalk or @bt_uk they went above and beyond when the mistake was on their end opposed to making the customer suffer.
