@TalkTalk Thanks for the reply but yes, it was some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced I regret to say. I even tried the phone option to give it another chance, 32 mins later, I couldn’t even get past the automated (non working) system. Really think you need to review it.

@sharonkaursamra @TalkTalk We moved to our new house on the 17th of December and we’re told that we could only have a data service because everyone was being switched to fibre and Talktalk didn’t do a VoIP service and could we manage with our mobile phones. Unfortunately the mobile coverage is hopeless.
