@sixteenthCgirl @ThreeUK Apparently BBC1 The One Show like to know if these things as does the Times and Daily Mail. Yet, would other Cos. fair better. I got a rude letter from TalkTalk saying my Broadband plan (£31 pm) is out dated (Virgin sold out to them, they put me on plan). Need to use Fibre!

@TalkTalk I've had such a terrible experience with TalkTalk. I moved from Leicester last week. I have no phone,TV or internet. Been talking to them every other day. Customer support has been non existent but they don't stop taking the money by DD. Awful experience anyone else???

Hi @TalkTalk. Could you please have a look at issues with network in Amersham area. The WiFi has been terrible since today morning and your online portal does not show any issues with the line. Talktalk dashboard isn't even loading right now and I am getting the speed of 5 Mbps

@TalkTalk been on the phone almost an hour, been referred through the webchat and three different departments on the phone, all because I need to confirm and order I made LAST WEEK went through. And still on hold with no answer. Not exactly great customer service there.
