@TalkTalk thank you for suggesting via customer service agents, that I was ‘confused’. Over 30 mins wasted with no resolutions or explanations. Appalling service to a customer of over 10 years.

Avoid #talktalk worse customer service I've heard about! Call centre worker laughing at an elderly woman because she doesn't have a mobile phone and doesn't understand why she needs TV. Well #talktalk can cancel the contract and employ English staff.

@TalkTalk Yes, apparently TV is now no longer free, but I've been billed before notification, I also have multiroom but have to buy a box, so I am paying for a service I can't use

@TalkTalk To be honest, it's been going on for a very long time and I am really fed up and don't have any confidence in your company is be happy to talk to someone who is properly trained but again it's a terrible service you provide and I've already spent over 8hrs on the phone with TT

Mr dealing with TalkTalk 'our router is the problem, please can you send a new one' 3 hours later, test after test (engineer was out yesterday), more tests, & a 'can you check you've plugged in the grey cable' (this convo is online) TalkTalk - we've determined it's your router
@TalkTalk Not at the moment as I can not afford the threats from your company, and I've taken this up with Ofcom and I am getting advice to escalate to ombudsman and citizens advice. Your customer service should be shut down it's appalling

@TalkTalk x25 calls made to you, re loss of connection 1.7 hrs on avg with your c/s, which is exhausting, u r becoming a health issue for me, it's a horrific service deplorable reliability I need to quit, yet u ask 4 early termination fee.see u in court, farce of a service.
@TalkTalk I'm trying to reach out to cancel my @TalkTalk contract but I have a feeling its been put out till my 14 days expire. You chat agents been cutting me off as soon as I mention leaving. Secondly you've already taken money from my account this is not adding up
@talktalk I’ve cancelled within my cooling off period and never connected to any of your services and you are trying to charge me regardless. Shame on you
