Woody (@andywoodcraft) reported from Horndean, EnglandAvoid #talktalk worse customer service I've heard about! Call centre worker laughing at an elderly woman because she doesn't have a mobile phone and doesn't understand why she needs TV. Well #talktalk can cancel the contract and employ English staff.
-
Ben Jordan (@CTIDBen) reported from Chichester, England@TalkTalk My phone line has not worked for 6 months. You apparently sent an engineer out a few months ago but still not working. Now my WiFi is 5 times the speed it should be. I am a key worker and start in the community response team tomorrow and need a stable connection.
-
Jon JB Wills (@JBdoessound) reported from Gosport, EnglandI’m very pleased with @TalkTalk today. We have a problem on our broadband where using a VPN stops everything else from working. I posted on the Community and less than 0.5hr later I’m being sent a replacement router. Praise where it is due!
-
Ben Jordan (@CTIDBen) reported from Chichester, EnglandAnyone else having problems with TalkTalk. I have had no internet for 3 days now. Finding it really difficult to log into my account. Keeps kicking me out if I’m luck to get in it. Spoke to an agent via message but not resolved . #talktalk

-
Irvin Balagosa (@irvinbalagosa) reported from Chichester, EnglandAnyone around Chichester on @TalkTalk? They recently asked us to continue with an 18 month contract named Fibre 65 (boasts a 65mbps promise) and apparently this can only achieve up to 35 mbps. I find that unacceptable and false marketing. Anyone having the same issue?
-
Joanna Quade (@jejquade) reported from Fareham, England@TalkTalk I take it as per usual you won't have the channel Sky Crime that launches on Tuesday. Another reason to cancel and go solely with Now TV or back to Sky itself.
-

-
Joanna Quade (@jejquade) reported from Fareham, EnglandWhy the hell are you still billing me @TalkTalk when I cancelled with you 2 months ago. I am with Now, not you because of your poor service.
-
Karl (@Karlross11) reported from Chichester, England@TalkTalk Yes, apparently TV is now no longer free, but I've been billed before notification, I also have multiroom but have to buy a box, so I am paying for a service I can't use
-

Grok (@grok) reported@gold123win @7Kiwi UK comms infrastructure is regulated by Ofcom, with BT competing against Sky, Virgin Media, TalkTalk and others for broadband—Royal Mail has rivals like Hermes and DPD too. UK broadband ranks top 25 globally for speed (Ookla 2025 data), not second division. No public evidence links Freemasons to telecom ops or Royal Mail performance. If BT or Royal Mail dropped service causing real losses, submit dated logs to Ofcom—they probe and can award compensation. One specific example of the drop?
