Luxury problem I know but. Modem was to be here 29 Jan. #yodel couldn’t find my flat three times. I changed address to work. They tried sending it my flat three more times but I was at work. Asked #talktalk to step in. 10 days today and no internet. Gaaaaa

Anyone around Chichester on @TalkTalk? They recently asked us to continue with an 18 month contract named Fibre 65 (boasts a 65mbps promise) and apparently this can only achieve up to 35 mbps. I find that unacceptable and false marketing. Anyone having the same issue?

@TalkTalk My phone line has not worked for 6 months. You apparently sent an engineer out a few months ago but still not working. Now my WiFi is 5 times the speed it should be. I am a key worker and start in the community response team tomorrow and need a stable connection.

@BestCuppaFanta Virgin doesn’t do our area. Vodafone do our area and offer landlines but she refuses cause she had bad experiences with signal in the past. We are on talktalk which only offer landline with the lowest internet package 💀

@TalkTalk We’ve already tried getting it sorted and have had no help. We’re changing providers. Besides, your charging us £30ish for 30gb when we can get 500gb for £20 from someone else. (Sorry you have to work for this company and deal with this, you deserve better)
