    Luxury problem I know but. Modem was to be here 29 Jan. #yodel couldn’t find my flat three times. I changed address to work. They tried sending it my flat three more times but I was at work. Asked #talktalk to step in. 10 days today and no internet. Gaaaaa

    @TalkTalk I take it as per usual you won't have the channel Sky Crime that launches on Tuesday. Another reason to cancel and go solely with Now TV or back to Sky itself.

    @TalkTalk My phone line has not worked for 6 months. You apparently sent an engineer out a few months ago but still not working. Now my WiFi is 5 times the speed it should be. I am a key worker and start in the community response team tomorrow and need a stable connection.

    @virginmedia VM has turned into Talktalk as both seems equally bad in their service for stability in connection and VM is even worst as today it put me in a queue for over an hour just to find what’s wrong with their service, Unacceptable and gutter service from VM

    @TalkTalk I think you should change your name to LiarLiar. The lies and false promises I’ve had is unbelievable. 4 missed engineer installs, conflicting messages from openreach and TalkTalk and then to be told today that we won’t have service until 6.1.2021!!
