@TalkTalk Your pinned Tweet says your down from 11pm tonight. But I called yesterday & today & each time was told the system was down & call again in two hours; which I've done. It doesn't help that quality of the line has been poor & your operators ring off when transfered.

I feel like an idiot.. I thought i have been paying £27.50 per month for my @TalkTalk but turns out its £38 . Thats alot just for broadband. Might need to rethink and might have to change company.

@TalkTalk Had enough now! £27 is far too much for "Broadband only" especially when you get a rubbish service! Just cannot afford getting a crap service anymore. Just because it's broadband only does not mean i'm not entitled to a decent service! I had to buy extra 4G data last

@TalkTalk Just doesn't provide a decent service after 6pm...it's as though you guys switch off my internet and turn it back on 6am. I'm having to use my 4G data which i shouldn't have to.

Everyday after 6pm Talktalk always giving me a crap service! and yet i pay £27 a month which is extortionate for a shite service...ringing them up tomorrow enoughs enough. Keep having to use my data on phone instead..grr

@TalkTalk No, no problems. The connection seems very fast, both for upload and download speeds, but every evening we get the same warning that our bandwidth is too big enough when on Amazon Prime. So we try many times and eventually we can play a video.

Last Friday, the @TalkTalk engineer told me that my poor speeds were due to my line, and assured me that all would be well if I upgraded to fibre. Today a different engineer says that there is no fault on the line, and that it is my connection. One of them must be lying.

@TalkTalk this has been done by one of your colleagues yesterday. No fault on the line found but evidence of drops in service hence engineer booked. If this service disruption was caused by the London Exchange the engineer will be wasting their time finding no domestic fault

@TalkTalk why DM? issues with the London Exchange should be information shared publicly for customers. You’ve already found no issues with phone line. So I need to know what issues were known about by TalkTalk before the engineer visit booked who will likely not find a domestic issue
