Wow. Reported internet issues to @TalkTalk at 10am, had an @OpenreachHelp engineer turn up at 4pm to fix the problem. Same day!! Luke, my engineer, was a real delight and tried everything he could to help. 🤞 seems to be fixed now 🤞 you've saved me a lot of stress, thank you!

@RSdriver00 @TalkTalk That is very poor. Never been with them, but heard a few tales. Best way is to find new provider and they will migrate across. When I left Virgin I went back to BT 6 years ago now, was the best decision, but varies a lot depending on post code. Good luck!

My @TalkTalk internet has been awful - always going down. Now, to add insult to injury, I've just had a call from their number, but no-one speaking on the other end, like a 'hang-up'. Then, they did it again! Just inconvenience. Nothing seems to work with this firm. @PoorService

@TalkTalk It’s an on going issue with outside but nothing seems to help as soon as it rains the connection is awful actually did speed tests and it was 1.2 1.4 1.6 etc the speed drops off and I drop my calls 😞it’s awful the engineers have said the issue is outside
