@TalkTalk @TalkTalkTV just clicked the link in your offer email by accident...surely there are some rules against signing someone up to an 18 month contract from one click in an email, not even a confirm button on the landing page. I’m sure you’ll have a few requests to cancel.

The Totally useless @Talktalk have sent me an email telling me they have cancelled sky sport as agreed but they have still managed to send me a bill that charges me for it. Good luck collecting it I will cancel my direct debit before the due date if not resolve

@YardleyShooting @TalkTalk Ask for the retention department, you will get straight through to an English speaking operative that has better permission to grant you lower prices/faster issue sorting than the general call centre, locked mine in for £20pm with 6 months free (75Mb broadband and phoneline).

@YardleyShooting @TalkTalk Simple solution with these companies stop the direct debit and make it their problem they will soon be in contact when they want their money, in the meantime check how long left on contract, think of about another supplier
