@TalkTalk internet died on us at 3:25 this afternoon, got a text from TalkTalk saying an engineer needed to do some work outside the house in the next 2-3 days. Get another text at 6pm saying they’ve done it. Fantastic service at any time but especially on Christmas Day. Thanks!

@TalkTalk 3 days just to have a case manager call me back to explore complex issues on my crap service since connection in May 2022… even for the limited 9-11MBPS as supposed guaranteed level. 2 engineer visits where one informed me the cables from home to exchange need repair

@TalkTalk Poor Service my internet has not worked for a number of days i have not been able to work can not contact anyone at Talk Talk i thought service industries worked 24/7 365 days. No explanation. I do not have a good word to say about Talk Talk i will be leaving them.

@TalkTalk Laptop and camera not connecting (finding WiFi) the other devices connected on the 5ghz. But you lose signal as you walk away and don't switch over to the 2.4 for better signal.
