    Well with #didoharding in charge it pretty much guarantees that if you ring up with a complaint then you won’t get to speak to anybody that can speak decent English she was the CEO of @TalkTalk

    @Capricorn_1 @TalkTalk Absolutely guarantee you won’t get to speak to anybody that can speak good English @TalkTalk are the worlds worst when you have a problem if they guaranteed only uk call centres they would double their customer numbers but senior management is as thick as pig 💩👎👎👎

    @gbaigel @TalkTalk I know I’ve also had dreadful service from them when things go wrong it’s nigh on impossible to get anything done. If they just had 1 centre in the U.K. dedicated to sorting escalating problems would be a huge improvement.

    @TalkTalk my mums broadband was activated yesterday and it isn’t working. She can’t get hold of anyone so shall we cancel the DD as not paying for service if we can have it.

    Talktalk could avoid all this negative publicity if they just provided U.K. call numbers they really are the pits at providing customer service. Hope somebody takes them to court one day

    @TalkTalk I think the best way is cancelling direct debit. You made a dead circle diversion in your website and call centre. Poor, using these situation is unacceptable.

    @TalkTalk the engineer never came to do the 150 Fibre upgrade. No explanation. A shambles trying to get a new appointment. Getting calls from at least two departments, one sounding particularly suspect. Why can’t I just have an email sent with the new appointment?

    @TalkTalk my boyfriend has been on webchat and you’s have been USELESS. claiming the engineer came out to fix something that was our fault when it clearly wasn’t?!! we aren’t getting the internet we pay for so he came to ‘fix it’ and then said it was OUR issue??? naaaaah

    After a nightmare of a year with @TalkTalk with literally no internet in our flat in london, we have decided to move to @virgin however, Classic @TalkTalk won’t take our cancellation call, or assist with the cancellation. Your customer service is a joke. Stay clear of talk talk

    @TalkTalk Customer Services assured me that they would ensure I was not charged for non-return of my router but I have just received a bill for £50. I can't return the router because I haven't been sent a return label.

    @OpenreachHelp We had an OpenReach modem installed to improve our TalkTalk broadband, it took 1 week to arrive, engineer said today it doesn't work with the router. Now another day's pay lost from working from home without the internet! What can we do? Losing our minds here!

    @TalkTalk Advised to resolve my complaint via Live Chat. I have now been trying to do so for 27 minutes. They clearly do not want to tell me how to submit a written complaint. Presumably because I will then be able to raise the issue with the ombudsman.
