@TalkTalk This isn't good enough! Having an excuse in small print is not a defense against misleading advertising or mis-selling services. I note, also, that you are intending to increase the charge for this service in January by £2 a month as well as hiking your already exorbitant rates.

@TalkTalk Hello. Yet again my internet is down. The engineer turned up this morning to look at the slow speeds and now it does not work at all. Services said you won’t get an update until Monday. So my housemate who works for the NHS will have to go back into work this weekend.

@CateSevilla @virginmedia They then tried to fine me for not sending their 'hub' back and refused to refund the house move cost I'd paid a few months earlier. So so incompetent! SO stressful when all of us work from home too. I moved to TalkTalk & is cheaper and no problems so far, at least :)

@TalkTalk A phone call to say I am looking after you and we are going to do a hard reset. Switch off for 30 minutes and I will call you back. Two hours later. Nothing. Just like the internet. Honestly terrible customer services. Dreadful.

@TalkTalk your support on live chat is terrible. Can someone help me get a faulty line investigated? Spent 2 protracted hours going through inane questions about wireless or wired access. My internet drops (no connection to the router) 5-10 times a day. It’s a prob on the line.
