    Wow. Reported internet issues to @TalkTalk at 10am, had an @OpenreachHelp engineer turn up at 4pm to fix the problem. Same day!! Luke, my engineer, was a real delight and tried everything he could to help. 🤞 seems to be fixed now 🤞 you've saved me a lot of stress, thank you!

    @talkSPORT2 @talkSPORT I wouldnt know . The game hasn't started yet in my house due to the fact I have the terrible broadband service that is @TalkTalk . Absolute shambles when footy is on . Do not sign up for these if you are considering a new supplier. Total disgrace.

    @CateSevilla @virginmedia They then tried to fine me for not sending their 'hub' back and refused to refund the house move cost I'd paid a few months earlier. So so incompetent! SO stressful when all of us work from home too. I moved to TalkTalk & is cheaper and no problems so far, at least :)

    @TalkTalk What should have been a straight forward service to leave Virgin & move to TalkTalk has took 5 weeks?! Hence paying another month now on a package we'd plan to cancel. Even that or no TV at all. Phone to ask for help only to be consistently put on hold.

    @TalkTalk not happy with this service. New subscriber. Wouldn't recommend. A lot of info not asked about connection. Managed to sort the TV box ourselves after paying the engineers fee. Box wasn't originally sent out with the broadband?! So now had to pay another month on Virgin!
