They basically blamed me, even though their own speed test said that I was not getting what I'm paying for! Wrong choice of provider . 1 month in they have let me down dramatically!

The engineer turned up this morning to look at the slow speeds and now it does not work at all. Services said you won’t get an update until Monday. Most of my videos are uploaded on the side of the road! TalkTalk know our problems, did nothing and kept taking the cash!
