The engineer turned up this morning to look at the slow speeds and now it does not work at all. Services said you won’t get an update until Monday. So my housemate who works for the NHS will have to go back into work this weekend.

Switch off for 30 minutes and I will call you back. Two hours later. Nothing. Just like the internet. Honestly terrible customer services. Dreadful.

The game hasn't started yet in my house due to the fact I have the terrible broadband service that is @TalkTalk . Absolute shambles when footy is on . Do not sign up for these if you are considering a new supplier. Total disgrace.

They basically blamed me, even though their own speed test said that I was not getting what I'm paying for! Wrong choice of provider . 1 month in they have let me down dramatically!

I note, also, that you are intending to increase the charge for this service in January by £2 a month as well as hiking your already exorbitant rates.

I’ve been rebooting our router several times and decided to check on Twitter and seems like everyone else is having issues too. Apparently Talk Talks engineers are working in it now apparently.
