    @TalkTalk All I want is confirmation this is fake message,as paying internet customers you can’t shut our e mail accounts down!,i’m fed up!,the other month I couldn’t get into my account from my phone-took ages to sort out!!!!#incompetent

    @LundJodie @TalkTalk There you go. Cant talk to anyone . Went on the chat with 3 different operators yesterday. They basically blamed me, even though their own speed test said that I was not getting what I'm paying for! Wrong choice of provider . 1 month in they have let me down dramatically!

    @TalkTalk how does one actually speak to a human being I have spent the last two hours trying to a refund owed to my mother. Won’t let me go thru normal channels keeps saying doesnt recognize number. Even the text service didn’t work Talk talk. Not really living up to your name

    @TalkTalk Yes I've been a customer for years and always report the numbers advising on Twitter when possible. In the hope to raise awareness for others to prevent them being scammed!!! I hope your tech team can block this number.

    Aggghhhhh!,I could kill @TalkTalk they keep telling partner to change his password ,keep telling them login details keep coming up as unknown!,what do they do,send reset links to account can’t get into account ,facepalm!,please help!,us and idiots they employ

    @TalkTalk @jshovelt I’m a legitimate customer of 10 years + ,recieved message saying my e mail account being shut March as it’s not connected to paying internet account!!,probably having same problem as me!

    @CaseyDoran @TalkTalk @thinkbroadband Still down due to broken fiber apparently. My phone data is crap in the flat here as well (thanks @ThreeUKSupport) so I can't even watch Netflix or YouTube and I've had to for a run. 😭

    @TalkTalk Yes! I have just got off the phone from reporting the number and setting up 1472 to protect myself. This service should be made public on social media for those who are not aware of it and don't actually know where to turn. @TalkTalk #scammers @MartinSLewis @MoneySavingExp

    Talktalk are just utterly horrendous for Internet. I lost count of how many times I've had to restart the router because it's just slowed itself down to nothing. Do better ffs

    @TalkTalk your broadband is shite. Been okay for 3 weeks then when german footy starts totally diabolical . I need to cancel my agreement. Been with you a month and already a shambles. Please advise.

    @TalkTalk Still trying to. After calling and being told to call back in 2 hrs due to call centre problems I tried the online chat. This has been going on for 1 hr 7 mins so far!

    @Mandi_Riseman It's probably the router that's at fault - the signal from the exchange is similar whoever the provider. Some talktalk routers were awful.

    So I ring @skytv to tell them my broadband hub is not sending a consistent WiFi signal. They tell me to monitor it. It gets worse. Ring them back. They send my a booster. Doesn’t even connect to hub 10ft away. Are you the new TalkTalk in disguise? #shocking
