@LundJodie @TalkTalk There you go. Cant talk to anyone . Went on the chat with 3 different operators yesterday. They basically blamed me, even though their own speed test said that I was not getting what I'm paying for! Wrong choice of provider . 1 month in they have let me down dramatically!

Presents for Christmas that require internet connections but a diagnostics test from TalkTalk says they need to send out an engineer & it needs to be booked via home phone line (never used, no handset) & could cost us. I also work from home so this'll be fun Tuesday.

@katiiewrites If you click the link it explains that you will lose access on your TalkTalk mail if you have no active Broadband service with us. You will only gain access if you signed up to our TalkTalk Mail Plus. Were you able to do it?
