    @TalkTalk Just to let you know (yet again) I have no WiFi again although my router shows 4 green lights. It shows that the WiFi so slow that the html basic can't even load.

    @TalkTalk I’m paying for a broadband service that doesn’t work. I call and I sit on hold. I get referred to the text service and nothing happens. I speak to an operator who can’t fix the problem now because the accounts are down. This is by far the worst customer service ever!

    @TalkTalk This was my number 02080134547 and you gave me this number 02036431966 this has been a mess! Your BB has been on and off so i really want to go back to my old provider it will cost me more but atleast i will get the service i pay for and a company that actually values my custom

    He claimed 2 b from #talktalk proceeded 2 ask me install "teamviewer" obviously so i cld and him control of my device. Whn i refused 2 cooperate he began 2 verbally & racially abuse me. He clearly knew i ws customer 01273 404068 that ws his number i will be report 2 @metpoliceuk

    @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup hello, can someone help! Broadband still not working after 2 very long hours yesterday evening on phone to customer services, was told it would be fixed by midnight! Letter sent to customers with wrong info and no customer comms. Very dissatisfied

    Eight days now with no resolution from @TalkTalk after they 'dumped' my email account when they upgraded to new servers! Probably hundreds of customers impacted @MoneyTelegraph

    @TalkTalk Yes and i emailed and contacted you online no has called me to date. Recieved call today from some indians someone called "paul" no idea what he was saying but began to verbally abuse clearly knew i was a talk talk customer.

    @Dannie55781344 @TalkTalk Same here in Downham Market,we are on TalkTalk fibre and our connection went down about 20 minutes ago. Tried to do line test but website said fibre line tests are not currently supported by TalkTalk!

    @TalkTalk my broadband has been mostly off today. Intermittent for most of this year. I keep reporting this fault and I keep being informed that my line is working just fine. It isn't! Should I make my payments as Intermittent as your service?
