    @TalkTalk Apparently a openreach engineer needs to come out to have a look, but I’ve been given no timings or any information I’ve been paying for the service since I moved in a week ago and I’m not any closer to getting internet

    @TalkTalk We’re moving home and changing provider which is why I wanted to cancel the services. It shouldn’t take almost 90 mins to do that! 😡

    @terry_winter @NOWTV 🤔Wonder what's gone wrong, as I've just had a £20/month @Nowtv subscription for the Lions series, paid £3 extra for HD. The stream quality was excellent on PC, Smart TV with Amazon Fire Stick and TalkTalk YouView Box. No issues with all 3 running at the same time. Good luck!

    @virginmedia Your call centre team says VM sold to TalkTalk which has been deleting 'orphan accounts' ever since. The issue is the lack of notice. The entire first year of our relationship was conducted by email as we didn't live in the same place, and now of our 'love letters' are gone :(

    @leemurphy100 It has gone ****. The boxes are old and clunky, they make you take Now tv subscriptions for more channels (which suits me but I already have the app so out came the talktalk box). I'd rather they just did phone and broadband rather than charge for a glorified freeview box.

    @TalkTalk ..still no internet after 22 days. I don’t want to jump through more hoops; giving the same info over and over. I pay for a contract, which is two way and I expect you to meet your part. The history of my issue is on your database from many calls and updates. #internet
