@TalkTalk Internet in Hackney, London went down at 00:01. Anything to do with the scheduled maintenance mentioned on your website? Several router restarts and nothing. This is a near-daily occurrence. Not workable. Please sort it out.

Terribly disappointed with the service from @TalkTalk. I am moving flats. Same building so a new contract of 24 months & a £5 increase. If I leave they will charge me £60. If I want to keep my current package I have to pay £60 installation. New package nets them £120 #broadband

@TalkTalk I’ve had issues with rubbish service and on-off WiFi for months now. Moved my router to my hallway with wires trailing around as I was told no one could visit - first lock down. Last two days have been horrendous! Absolute joke

In a time where we are so reliant on our Internet connections I would discourage anyone from considering using @TalkTalk... patchy connection and impossible to get through to customer service 😡

@TalkTalk you are the worst WiFi service provider in the entire solar system I still have had no contact from any of your customer service. As soon as my WiFi is fixed I will be terminating my contract.

@TalkTalk This isn't good enough! Having an excuse in small print is not a defense against misleading advertising or mis-selling services. I note, also, that you are intending to increase the charge for this service in January by £2 a month as well as hiking your already exorbitant rates.

@TalkTalk can’t believe engineer ‘declined the call’ so didn’t turn up & I wasn’t told. Internet problems for over a week & now waiting 3 days for new router 😞 no WiFi, no TV and heating can’t be adjusted. Just as we’re all working from home 😡 #lockdown #badcustomerservice

@TalkTalk customer service and help yesterday really rubbish. A mate had an issue with sky an engineer visited and fixed the problem in less than 20 hours and i have to wait until weds or thursday to get some parts. Terrible service

@TalkTalk recently switched to your service for broadband. Since then I am unable to use the internet from midnight on Sunday till 0100 Monday. I see from a cursory google search that this is a common problem with your service. What is the resolution for this?

@Ofcom I entered into an 18 months contract with TalkTalk but their broadband is very slow: 2.2 to 5.3 mbps. Can i rescind my contract citing failure to provide a decent broadband speed?
