Never join @TalkTalk under any circumstances. Pay bill by direct debit, talk talk say it hasn’t been paid (it has, we have proof) They tell us to call out bank at 5pm on a Saturday night. Very unprofessional and I’ll be leaving next month. Avoid this company #talktalk

@TalkTalk Without my smartphone contract including 100GB/month I'd be lost. I can't imagine every WiFi service being this bad, with interruptions in almost regular intervals daily. And I know this is a common complaint.

@TalkTalk Major service outage not communicated from you at all! No Wi-Fi for a week, and just been told that the expected fix date is 29April so 3 more wks w/o WiFi. At the same time having to pay more than £50 per month and not able to cancel the contract without £300 penalty!

@virginmedia VM Business service was down at 1:30pm today. Down yesterday at the same time during an important call. Thank heavens for the TalkTalk landline backup. Afternoon outages have always been frequent and long enough to be annoying. A friend has simlar issues around 3am.
