@TalkTalk Not had any service yet! 😊 Was supposed to be activated on 14th, been told the box outside my building needs to be repaired - though BT was working fine before they turned me off that same day - and will take a few days to fix apparently... Bit frustrating!

@TalkTalk Thank you - new line can make outbound calls and presents the right number but inbound callers get ‘this number is not in service’. I’ve been forced to book an engineer visit even though it seems to be physically fine. I will DM if they can’t resolve.

I am a @TalkTalk Fibre 65 customer. The service is expected to deliver 67 Mbps download. But I never received more than 25 Mbps on any devices in my house. I contacted customer service, who told me even the service suppose to deliver 67Mbps but the minimum throughput is 21.8 Mpbs

Dealing with @TalkTalk customer chat is like having teeth pulled very slowly. Either they don’t understand your problem, or you can’t understand them. All the while the portal tries to log you out.
