@TalkTalk We don't trust you to enter into private communication. you have already proved to us you are dishonest. You have the account number you claim is for a service you have not provided to us. We don't have talktalk phone or broadband you are crooks. Sort it.

  • DreamDetective1 Christopher Robinson (@DreamDetective1) reported from Dunstable, England

@TalkTalk If you don't want to correct your problem I will take it as a refusal. You do not need a DM to investigate your **** up. Just be told where to look. We have no faith in talktalk to enter into private communication. You cannot be trusted as we have discovered. Look at the number

  • DreamDetective1 Christopher Robinson (@DreamDetective1) reported from Dunstable, England

@TalkTalk If you can't talk in public you need to change your company name... I do complaint in public so everyone knows how useless you are. You have all the details to investigate. No wonder the country is in such a mess. Deal with this problem now. Please no DM.

  • DreamDetective1 Christopher Robinson (@DreamDetective1) reported from Dunstable, England

@TalkTalk I am not going dark on DM. I told you. We do not have Talk talk services because for some reason you could not provide them at our address. We have See The Light who did provide them. You are crooks. Ofcom even say you are worst ISP. Sort the problem. Or I keep this up.

  • DreamDetective1 Christopher Robinson (@DreamDetective1) reported from Dunstable, England

@TalkTalk We do not have your broadband. You never installed anything at number 11. Your engineer said your equipment wasn't not compatible. We had to get another company because you could not provide it.

  • ishantanu_ Shantanu Deshpande (@ishantanu_) reported from Amersham, England

Hi @TalkTalk. Could you please have a look at issues with network in Amersham area. The WiFi has been terrible since today morning and your online portal does not show any issues with the line. Talktalk dashboard isn't even loading right now and I am getting the speed of 5 Mbps

  • KrisWhoTweets Kris Who Tweets (@KrisWhoTweets) reported from Dunstable, England

@MagentaKoru @theblackcatsays I used to work for TalkTalk, and I would definitely say avoid. I experienced so many issues with numbers not being transferred (usually because of going from one loop to their local loop unbundled system... Pain in the arse)

  • Andrew_Murrell Andrew Murrell (@Andrew_Murrell) reported from Hemel Hempstead, England

@TalkTalk Lost my Internet connection about an hour ago. Ran line test and problem at exchange that must have occurred this morning. Text from you says 2-3 working days to fix. This is ridiculous that I will potentially be without Internet yet no discount for loss of service! 🤬

  • jaxd38 Jaxie. 🏳️‍🌈 (@jaxd38) reported from Aylesbury Vale, England

@GazMTaylor @StopFundingHate @TalkTalk Gotta say, I agree 100%. I usually support SFH, but targeting companies for advertising? No

  • ricki_hogan Ricki Hogan (@ricki_hogan) reported from High Wycombe, England

  • hjo49 helen owen (@hjo49) reported from Great Kingshill, England

@TalkTalk not happy. Was told when I moved house that the £60 fee would be waived. Of course the customer service handler has made no record of this so I’ve been billed. Have already telephoned to try to sort out but told there’s nothing you can do. Extremely disappointed!

  • RaaachelClarke Rachel 🌸 (@RaaachelClarke) reported from Dunstable, England

@TalkTalk hi, over the last couple of days my internet has been so slow. I’m working from home and at points I’ve not been able to have Skype calls due to internet connection. I’ve reported it and TalkTalk are saying there’s no issue. Please can you help?

  • KrisWhoTweets Kris Who Think About Things (@KrisWhoTweets) reported from Dunstable, England

@NickFlaks @TINGLYTASTEBUDS The same ***** Harding who didn't utter a word of thanks to us TalkTalk staff who dealt with a week of back to back abuse calls over the data breach. **** her.

  • KrisWhoTweets Kris Who Think About Things (@KrisWhoTweets) reported from Dunstable, England

I worked for TalkTalk when ***** was the CEO... When they had a massive ******* data breach. And she did nothing to show gratitude for the abuse we all took from customers. **** that Tory ****.

Absolutely no surprise. Ofcom releases latest stats for broadband complaints it received between October & December 2022. 1. Shell Energy 2. Vodafone 3. TalkTalk 4. Virgin Media. Not only are Vodafone useless they also deliberately ignore an are greedy for customer’s money

  • Vecnaria Vecnaria Yamaoka (@Vecnaria) reported

@TalkTalk i pay for 900 down 100 up and i only get 100 max. Pure fluctuations too on full fibre. Aint that fun?

  • Jesss_Chels Jess ⭐️⭐️ (@Jesss_Chels) reported

@TalkTalk I have called your customer service line and got it sorted now Thanks

  • ingridtorjesen Ingrid Torjesen (@ingridtorjesen) reported

If I’ve got standard broadband with @TalkTalk and they are not providing a useable service despite acknowledging I’m overpaying why would It be any better if I locked myself in to a long-term contract with them.

  • ingridtorjesen Ingrid Torjesen (@ingridtorjesen) reported

@Ofcom if @TalkTalk can’t provide a decent service can I expect a decent service from another provider using the same copper lines. Logically I think not so I’m hesitant to lock myself in with anyone

  • ingridtorjesen Ingrid Torjesen (@ingridtorjesen) reported

@Ofcom i’ve been with @TalkTalk for about 20 years are they not obligated to provide me with a broadband service that works without me having to pay for an engineer to look at it or lock myself in to an even more expensive deal

  • ingridtorjesen Ingrid Torjesen (@ingridtorjesen) reported

@Ofcom @TalkTalk say they will send an engineer but I will have to pay £75 if they can’t find the problem. They’ve sent an engineer before who hasn’t been able to find a problem. He said I needed to sign up to fibre

  • ingridtorjesen Ingrid Torjesen (@ingridtorjesen) reported

@Ofcom I’m being charged £50+ a month. My internet drops out constantly and I can’t stream, use zoom or upload files. @TalkTalk imply that because I have not locked myself in to a fixed contact they don’t have to fix it. Is this right?

  • preshous99 michelle preshous (@preshous99) reported

@sophiejb_x @TalkTalk Mine as been down for a couple of hours
