    @TalkTalk Yes but they haven’t actually helped us because you don’t have a policy to help relatives of vulnerable people so we are still stuck. Your staff just asking for account details again which we can’t get because Mum is a dementia sufferer

    @TalkTalk 1.5 hours on the phone to you and still refusing to cancel our contract -£115 last month, £111 this month and no internet/broadband today.. you want MORE money for us to pay for an engineer and us to wait 3 days for them. NO-just cancel it!!!

    .@TalkTalk your customer service is APPALLING. My 83 yr old dementia patient mother needs live in care - your broadband has been down for months. She has lost capacity to operate her account and you won’t help because we “aren’t account holders”.

    @TalkTalk Still trying to. After calling and being told to call back in 2 hrs due to call centre problems I tried the online chat. This has been going on for 1 hr 7 mins so far!

    @TalkTalk We’re moving home and changing provider which is why I wanted to cancel the services. It shouldn’t take almost 90 mins to do that! 😡

    @TalkTalk I do not appreciate talk talk putting add ons to my bill without informing me or asking me, after spending over 30mins on the phone to Paul in customer services he has assured me that I will be credited on my April bill, and the mistake rectified for the future, I hope

    @TalkTalk can you explain me why I received a letter from your company telling me that someone had contacted your company telling them that they were moving into my house and wanted to have your broadband etc to no knowledge to me then you contacted my provider to cancel

    @TalkTalk First of all I've been a loyal customer for over 5 years and my bill keeps going up in large amounts and now I noticed services are being added that I don't even use. When I called to get a better deal I was told I would have to pay more what a joke!

    NEVER EVER switch to TalkTalk under any circumstances. They are rotten without a proper customer service hotline or technical support. You will regret switching trust me.

    @TalkTalk I am about to cancel the DD I have for my mother’s broadband. Despite being reassured you would dew with this case you are still fobbing us off with “we can’t talk to you- because you aren’t the account holder”. She has dementia and has no idea her account details!

    @TalkTalk No internet since Sunday 9am. Had internet for an hour recently, and now again "no internet connection". What is going on? Your customer service is trash, internet slow or non-existing and unreliable... Changing provider as soon as I get the chance.

    @TalkTalk I have been an active customer of yours since 2017. In Dec. 2022 due to flooding the electricity blew + my flat had to be evacuated. At that time I lost internet access + no longer have access to my registered email account & telephone numbers. Please DM to recontact.

    @TalkTalk how do we get a fibre to the home contract with you? 3 lots of paper work for contracts, all with install dates and still no progress. Your customer services team can't help and complaints don't answer the phone. What do we do?

    @TalkTalk. Check reviews . Trustpilot facebook. b4 u enter contract with talktalk boardband. Lots of hassle. Bills people dont owe. Dont end service. When asked. Dont always confirm end of contract. Dishonest.
